We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. As a family of three, coming to Hong Kong for sightseeing, it was a good decision to stay here. The Hotel has a great location and is right next to a subway station. The breakfast has a great variety. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The room was rather on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Hong Kong. It was definitely big enough for three people and all open suitcases. All in all a good experience.

Location and modern

Location was very nice, just steps away from metro station and walking distance to Victoria Harbor. Room was really comfy, big and had a superb view of the harbor. Breakfast had everything you look for and was in abundant. Had a lovely stay there.

I brought my family to Hyatt Hotel, and it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The whole atmosphere was very family-friendly and perfect for kids. I went with my four children for their vacation, and they truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel gave us the comfort and convenience we needed, especially after our fun-filled trip to Disneyland. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. The kids felt at home, and we, as parents, felt at ease knowing everything was well taken care of. Hyatt Hotel made our vacation extra special, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for families who want a mix of relaxation, comfort, and memorable experiences. 🌟🏨✨

Easy to leave the Do Not Disturb button on by mistake, so room cleaning may not be done when guests are away out.

Location was excellent. Breakfast choice was fantastic. Staff at breakfast were very helpful.

Would have helped if the hotel informed guests when there was a weather warning in force. We didn't know the system and travelled to visit things when everything was shut down.

Fantastic location right next to Tsim Sha Tsui station. Big room and bathroom. Very clean and well maintenaned. All staff were very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time in HK.

We booked club access and had breakfast in the hotel’s 23rd-floor club lounge, but the quality was disappointing—limited variety and the same egg-based options every day. Some staff were noticeably unfriendly, and paying extra for club access did not come with any enhanced service. Housekeeping was inconsistent; towels and trash were only handled upon request, and the bed was never made during our stay. Overall, service and staff attentiveness were lacking, with the exception of the hotel bar staff who were excellent.

Location is superb really close to loads of points to see in Hong Kong. Room is super spacious and comfortable, given very small apartments where people live. Staff is very nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Chiu, and connected to MTR, the location is excellent. It is also integrated with the K11 mall, so from the MTR you can just walk through the mall and enter the hotel via the side door, all in the comfort of aircon and shelter. Staff were attentive and helpful, from the counter, porter, restaurant, to housekeeping. Especially impressed with the room service telephone where I was immediately greeted with my name when I press the button to speak. I had a little problem with the TV and the technician came up promptly and resolved it. The daily housekeeping was done meticulously, and this is the reason why I returned to Hyatt in this recent trip to Hong Kong. Everything was cleaned and tidied as per the previous day, 100%. Thanks Hyatt and keep up the good work.
