The perfect location and wonderful breakfast

The hotel was very well located to the underground MRT tunnels which made it easy to to walk around and down to the waterfront in comfort and out of the heat. The tunnels are extremely well sign posted. The hotel itself was lovely our room 1313 was a large room with the biggest king size bed i have ever seen. Breakfast was very nice and caters for everyone. The staff were polite and friendly although there was no reason to bother them at all. We will stay again when next in Hong Kong.

The Regency Suite was very spacious and excellent value and came with great perks! The buffet breakfast was amazing with so much variety. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the concierge team. The pool was large and perfect temperature as well as a giant spa.

Second time at this hotel and I would stay anywhere else. It’s super convenient for the MTR, Star Ferry and airport connections. Plus the Chin Chin bar continues to offer great evening entertainment.

The location was excellent. The room was really comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

I requested an early check-in, and was asked to come back 3 times and only managed to get my room after 4pm

I thought the rooms were on higher floors

The location was a little too much for me, but certainly right at the centre of things. At my age I'd have liked somewhere a little quieter! Room was excellent, large wiith a luxury bathroom and shower. I try to avoid eating breakfast in a hotel but this was over and above any other hotel breakfast I'd had before, we spent over an hour every morning chatting, drinking tea and grazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. So can't find fault in any aspect of the hotel.

I dont think a downtown hotel is perfect for me at my stage of life, it was like walking out onto busy streets of NYC everytime we went out

The location above K11 art mall, and the luxurious feeling. All of the staff from entrance to reception to restaurant are hospitality professionals and have you feel appreciated. The buffet dinner is high quality with many food choices from sushi to indian food. Room is large (Harbor View King) and bed is so comfortable. Sound-proofing is good.

The rooftop pool could use an overhaul.

Having been to several Hyatt hotels. Not letting me disappointed every time. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Superb location (K11 mall and MTR station just downstairs)

Breakfast at Club are comparatively having fewer choices. But have very nice harbour view.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good, however the bed was less confortable.

No clean enough find few hair on the bed and biscuit on the carpet. Box tussle are not fill up just left few pages left from the previous guest.

Some of the staff went out of the way to make our trip comfortable. Really grateful to them..Kelvin in front desk helped me with tips on local eateries and map. In the concierge (Spurs football fan !) helped us with his friendly nature. And The Cafe team was kind.. thank you

At night there is noise from the neighbouring bathroom ..the plumbing sound is very very loud and distinct. This was probably the only issue i faced

The hotel and views from my Harbour View room were incredible! Great location right next to MTR. Helpful & friendly staff. Very quick lift so no waiting around. In-Room amenities. Dining options - not used. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Powerful shower.

Excellent location close to MTR and the room had a fantastic harbor view. The Chin Chin bar has a superb singer in the evenings - the whole place has a great atmosphere.

The gym was sub standard in terms of equipment.

Room exceptionally good and comfortable; executive lounge service and offering excellent. Location cannot be beat; good to offer local call taxi service as alternative to hotel car to airport. Weekday lunch buffet superb offering, and excellent 40% discount for residents.

The location is good. Mtr exit is at the hotel front door. And hotel connect with K11 art mall. The room quite spacious and clean. The most staff I found have good communication in English.

There are note in the room that they will have window cleaning so if you want private you can close the curtain from morning to sunset but not wrote the exact period of date time. The room have glass water bottles for drink but didn't provide any glasses or cups. Only glass you can find is the glass in bathroom. Normally even 3 stars hotel provide separate glasses for drinking and another in the bathroom. The most hotel staff seem politely and professional enough but feel lack of cordiality. Only concierge (luggage storage in B3) on our check out date that seem more friendly and helpful as if they were different hotel staffs.

Location was fantastic as K11 Art and TST MTR were next door; the hotel staff service were good.

Slightly dated. Lights to the hotel room were not working. Feedback however were provided to the hotel and the GM acknowledged the feedback which was good.
