One of the best city hotels in the world, my favourite in Hong Kong.
My favourite hotel in Hong Kong. Excellent location, connected by airbridge to many shopping malls and close to Victoria Harbour. Very good rooms with all amenities you could think of and excellent service.
I had a fantastic stay, I can't think of anything negative during the stay.

location is excellent, easy access through the galleries no need to hit the street.
Room is clean and comfortable.
Excellent breakfast buffet.
The excessif use of parfume in the airconditionning.
Having breakfast in a parfume store is not pleasant.
Staff seems not smelling it anymore.

Splendid. Never staying anywhere else in HK.
Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.

The best hotel in Hong Kong! I spent my Birthday weekend at the hotel and nothing beats Mandarin Oriental when it comes to service, marvelous rooms and we were pampered like royals! Definitely, we will stay there again on November on my Wife's birthday!
