Nice decoration! Nice design

Fantastic staff. The hotel was cosy and the rooms was fantastic. The shower pressure was great! The beds were very comfortable and we had a fantastic sleep. You couldn't hear any noise from the street below. The blackout blinds also worked perfectly.

The interior design and the details of the settings. The cleanliness and quietness of the room.

The mattress is a bit firm for me. Vanity is small.

Cool hotel in a great location. It is close to a metro station and walking distance to one of the star ferry ports. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had nice smelling body products.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were so helpful, they really couldn't do enough for you during your stay!

The hotel is well situated for public transport. There are 2 MTR stations within 5 minutes walk. You can also walk for the Star Ferry (less than 10 minutes) and the tram. Good shops and restaurants also within easy reach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and they were kind enough to arrange a gift and card which was lovely. The room was a good size with a comfortable large bed. The bathroom was great and good shower. Appreciated the coffee machine in the room. There was minimal traffic noise and the location although central is quite quiet. Would definitely return. Also the Italian restaurant below the hotel is really good!

Location was perfect. The hotel itself was beautiful, really classically designed and everything was just perfect. Perhaps the best hotel bed we slept in ever!

We enjoy staying in boutique hotels for a unique experience, and The Fleming delivered! We absolutely loved the attention to detail! We also got an upgrade, so that's a plus. Definitely staying here again.

There was not much going on around the property, but it isn't a deal breaker. The MTR was not far away.

Beautiful design, friendly staff, great central location with a room that was much nicer than the price suggests

I arrived late and left early. I arrived late to Hong Kong due to thunderstorm in Chicago, and the staff was able to move my reservation despite the fact that I booked non-refundable room. Room is very clean and well decorated by Hong Kong standard, and it has heated AC which is rare in Hong Kong. Just unfortunate that I did not stay long enough to enjoy the other services or try the breakfast. Location is excellent, easy walk to the Wangchai walk bridge with elevators, much easier to walk with luggage compared to Central areas.

I enjoyed my stay with The Fleming - loved the style of the hotel, it's spaciousness, and it's location. It's near some famous eateries in Hong Kong, and also near to the MTR, bus and tram stops (and even the ferry too). I also liked that the general area is quiet enough, which is good after a long day with the crowd. The hotel is also near to the bay area which I used for jogging.

The room was superbly designed and decorated to leave a lasting impression of Hong Kong and a refreshing change to the usual corporate city hotels. The Dining was exceptional and location proved to be ideal as a base to visit all key attractions.

Limited assortment/variety of in-room coffee/ tea in the room as standard - ( no milk etc )

It is to the level that I admire the quality of toilet paper they use. This is a top notch hotel. They do nothing over the top but everything is just right. It was also lovely they celebrated my birthday even when it was my first stay with them.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms and perfect location. The staff were all very nice! Especially the lady often working on the ground floor reception desk.

Hotel room is cute. There was a slight steampunk vibe to the decor and design of the room. Overall a good time but I would try to stay elsewhere next time.

The snacks and drinks in the room were not clearly labeled with their prices. The hotel had construction outside. The lobby was on the 2nd floor.
