Everything about the hotel was amazing. So luxurious and the service was second to none. The breakfast buffet was incredible and we loved long slow mornings sipping coffee and watching the action below from the 102 floor.

Queuing waiting to be allocated a table for breakfast. Sometimes I was allocated a table far away from where the buffet was arranged.

The hotel is truly unique. First of all, it is only possible to stay on the 110th floor in this hotel. The views from the room are magnificent. The breakfasts are excellent. I would especially like to note the service. All hotel employees fulfill your request quickly and with great pleasure. The cleanliness is perfect. The cleaning was beyond praise. Every day we were given some small compliments. The restaurants are certainly expensive, but there is an affordable buffet. The bed, mattress and bed linen are very comfortable. Wi-fi worked at high speed throughout the entire hotel.

During our stay the swimming pool was not working and we were offered a swimming pool in the neighboring building. But this little thing did not spoil the impression of the hotel.

With the hotel reception on floor 103 and the hotel rooms above that, it took sometime to get to your room, including the change of lifts.

Checking in. They were apologetic but then overlooked us and checked in a couple that came in after us.

I was extremely satisfied with the overall service at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Cherry Yeung at the front desk and the spa staff. Thanks to their professionalism and care, I was able to create wonderful memories during my business trip to Hong Kong. Once again, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful view of the city, lovely rooms, delicious breakfast, and a high level of service and comfort. The Michelin-star restaurants were amazing. The view from the bar or during breakfast is simply breathtaking. Overall, a very successful visit, with a well-designed spa and gym area.

The spa is relatively expensive for the service provided, and the hotel lacks a proper lobby where you can sit and relax. You have to wait in the bar or on the ground floor, which doesn’t give the same feeling of being inside the hotel. Additionally, I feel that the room finishes could be improved, considering the price level.
