Best service I've ever experienced
The staff! Every single interaction was one of the best service experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The ladies and gentlemen knew what I needed before I did, and the extent to which the staff go the extra mile without being prompted is truly outstanding.
The hotel itself is gorgeous with excellent facilities.
Daqueen in the spa is truly outstanding at her work - knowledgeable and kind.
Mike at Tin Lung Heen was outstanding.
The ladies and gentlemen at reception are the most helpful I've ever experienced. I was lucky to be upgraded to a room with a corner window.
That I had to leave. This place feels like your close friends welcoming you into their home.

I had a very relaxing time . Everything was just perfect for me
staffs were excellent. Specially Manager May was very helpful . Restaurants are top class well decorated. And the view is breathtaking-

Best hotel in my life
Everything. It’s the best hotel in my life. Panoramic view from the suite was the best I’ve ever seen. Service, food, staff, cleanliness- everything was great. We certainly come back again!!!

Room was spacious with 270 panaroma view (though have to wait for an hour to get our room) and staff were fantastic
Breakfast was still a bit below expectation. Not too many type of food there, seen much less than that of Shangri-la.

Great location, hotel facilities, astonishing view from room
There were some problems with restaurant reservation: started communication via email, got a nice recommendation, but couldn't manage to finish booking because got no answer to letter with chosen time so I had to arrange a dinner via website. In the end the dinner was great but still communication could be more convenient.

Everything. A truly exceptional experience from the moment we arrived at reception.
Maybe the pillows? They were too soft for us, but they have a few types available as replacement so this was easily resolved by calling housekeeping.

Very luxurious hotel, very expensive, silly Covid-related restrictions.
It is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong. My suite was on the 109-th floor. The suite has large glass windows looking out upon Victoria Harbor. The view was breathtaking. Hotel staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Due to Covid there were some changes and adjustments from normal operations - specifically, the Club moved back-and-forth from the 102-nd floor to the 116-th floor a few times. I prefer the big Club room on the 116-th floor.
In normal, non-Covid, times, there would not have been any negative. But because of Covid, there were the ubiquitous bar codes and other Covid-related silly requirements. When entering the hotel, you must scan a bar code, then when going to the hotel restaurant, or the Club, you have to scan another code. But that is not all, you not only have to scan a code for entering the restaurant, you also have to scan your vaccination code. I was not vaccinated in a country that provides a bar code for the vaccination. My vaccination was in Thailand. My vaccination record was a little booklet. And I had to carry that with me at all times to show hotel personnel. The more annoying thing was that each time I entered the restaurant or Club, I had to show the vaccination record - as though maybe my vaccination would disappear or change from one day to the next.
Now, I realize that this is not the hotel staff's fault. Rather the Hong Kong government created these silly requirements and the hotel is obligated to follow them.
The only additional negative is the very high price.
