Best view of HK skyline
The best view of HK skyline from the Kowloon side you can get! We were on the 15th floor and everything from the staff to the room were beyond expectations. I could spend a whole week just looking at the spectacular view. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon.

Regent Hotel has given us a very happy and comfortable 12 days’ stay in HK. Thank you Regent team.
The harbour view from the room window was stunningly beautiful.
The Regent staff from managers to receptionists to porters to doormen were really friendly and welcoming. Like to say a big thank you to Sandy who took my registration when I arrived. She escorted me to my room and placed a bowel of fruits to welcome me. A big thank you to Anna the chambermaid and Tony the porter for their exceptional friendly services. Regent Hotel does HK proud.

You don’t want to miss the harbour view experience
The harbour view is excellent. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff even prepared a birthday welcome snack for my stay. The room service also provide mini surprise everyday in the evening.
The minibar (except coffee capsules and tea bags) are chargeable. For the price paid, I would think at least provide a few cans of coke for free.

Unfortunately, this one made last place on our recent 15 day and 5 hotel tour!
Decent hotel with nice views to Victoria Island.
Been to this hotel many times with special stays on my 40th, 50th and now 65th Birthdays. Always booked river view mini suites. Under Conrad and Interconti management, there was always a fruit bowl or small bottle of champagne waiting. Under Regent, there was not even a "Hapy Birthday". The renovation also did not impress as the electronics (lights and AC) were extremely difficult to understand and use and there was no separate light in the bath toilet section, meaning that your partner always woke if you needed to go to the toilet at night. This will be the last time we go here. Too many other high end options in Hong Kong. This was the hotel to go to in the 90s and 00's, but sadly no longer lives up to its glorious past.

Perfect, just perfect day.
Everything was perfect. The service, view, amenities, and literally everything!
I’ve been this hotel when it was intercontinental. It’s fourth times being there. It was perfect back then, but It’s even upgraded after the renovation!

Great hotel with little to improve!
This is an updated hotel that is newly renovated, the property is impeccable as everything is new. The staff are all well trained, accommodating & understand what service meant. The room is big for Hong Kong, location is next door of K11 and the harbour, I love the breakfast buffet, it has everything.
the layout of the room, I think too much space had been wasted for the entrance area and the bathroom- the water pressure could be better, and the bathtub is not a standard size bathtub which only allows you to sit.

Wrong room type due to very disappointing management.
They did not give me the room type I had reserved. First they said I had reserved a room similar to what was in the photo and that I had only reserved a generic room! I could not believe what she said. I think Booking.com would have something to say about that.
They offered me another room "like" the one I had reserved. Finally, the lady manager admitted that they did not have any free rooms like what I reserved. So I had to settle for a smaller room than the suite I had reserved.
The club food was monotonous - the same food was repeated for some days.
The time you can get alcoholic drinks in the club at no additional charge is between the hours of 17:30 and 19:30. Outside of those hours you must pay.
Housekeeping was uneven - some were OK others only fair.
All in all, a very disappointing experience.
There are many good hotels in Hong Kong - you don't have to settle for this one.
