Staff and facilities were peerless. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The family had a wonderful night and felt truly spoilt. The rooms were exquisite and very well appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

The room is homey and comfy. The staff are very welcoming and they even remember you.

Can’t think of any. Price is a bit steep but it’s worth every cent, so no complain here.

Very beautifully designed hotel with an exceptional bath experience. Friendly staff upon check-in and a nice view restaurant on the top floor. A great place to stay if you want to stay away from the busy crowd and crazy staycation fever.

Booking.com seems didn't provide the option of "free flow popcorn" which was a key talking point in social media. Not a big deal because the Maxi bar was awesome too.

Very nice decoration and design, staffs are kind and helpful, the room make me feeling comfortable and relax. The room size is big and clean. I am satisfied the stay at The Upper House.

Staff were very kind. Ada gave me a warm message when I made a reservation, and Sebastien Hue explained kindly when I visited although it was extremely busy time. The room and bath tub were clean and large enough that made me satisfied, too.

Nice view from my room, staff are considerate, nice and helpful. Appreciate the maxi bar instead of a mini one, impressive bathroom with a stunning sea view.

The TV is relatively small, not many facilities in the hotel. Breakfast is included in the package, a great variety of choices, yet it would be better if they serve warmer bread.

I found the bed way too low and firm to be comfortable - almost like my student days futon. I actually slept better on the sofa. The TV system is a little old-hat for a hotel of this caliber. Wifi was very sporadic

Nice hardware , very decent and luxury place with good vibe ! I love the bath tub facing the ocean and the spacious closet area and wash room! Room was very clean and neat with everything you need for a comfy stay.

Service can be improved relatively. I have informed the hotel it’s my fd’s birthday and gave the name to staff at my arrival . While they send me the sweet dish with a wrong name on the card XD ( that’s very hilarious to have a male name appear on the card while my fd is a female and the name written is completely wrong ) Tho, it’s just a tiny thing but I think their service can be improved. In conclusion , we loved our stay here and would like to stay again some days for holiday retreat! Thanks !
