2nd time staying in eaton hotel! We love it for the convenience, location and value for money!! Its within walking distance of everything you may need! Perfect if youre staying a few days like us xxx The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of vegetarian options and was good value also!

The reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The staff wasn't just mindlessly following established instructions, but showed empathy and critical thinking in resolving a couple of minor issues that I had. The breakfast was amazing. Ironically, the best local food I had were the hotel dim sums.

When I arrived for the check-in, I had a minor foot injury, so climbing the stairs with luggage was suboptimal. I expected the hotel to be more business-oriented, but it turned out to be more hip. Nothing wrong with that, but keep that in mind when choosing your stay. I also expected a bigger room, but, again, one shouldn't expected a lot of space for this price in the center of Hong Kong.

Central location. Busy but not overly busy and crowded. Easy access to MTR. Lots of convenient shopping, restaurants and laundromats.

The restaurants, the concept, location and staff are great.

Even though I had a newly renovated room, it was born out. The wallpapers and the bathroom tiles were not well maintained bathroom furniture pet couple rusty areas which was concerning. I would have changed my room if hadn’t gotten my tetanus shot recently.

Legit the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The variety of delicious Chinese food options was amazing. The food was Michelin star restaurant like. Thank you. Also great location. Nice facilities.

Obviously the Eaton hotels are a class of their own and the Kowloon property amazed me. The vibe of the place is buzzing, its like a small town of its own. The staff are very professional and approachable, the room is cozy, warm and welcoming. Bedding is exquisite providing for excellent quality of sleep. The bar on the 4th floor is also stunning with amazing cocktails - not to be missed. The hotel generally provides for a very interesting experience, lots to explore and discover here.

The gym! Unfortunately its small, badly designed and honestly a bit of an excuse of an exercise space. There arent many machines, the free weights are placed right outside the elevator banks with limited space to move around (I mean really tight). the hotel is massive and has so many different things like a radio station, a co working space, a food court and more. All this is confusing to the newcomer. try not to get lost inside this place.

Clean, exceptionally clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Amazing experience and comfortable bed perfect after a long day.

The hotel met my expectations and offered good value for money. It was very clean and the staff were excellent. Although the rooms were somewhat small, they were quiet despite the central Hong Kong location. A highlight was the breakfast; it is organized like a food court with many stations preparing a great variety of styles.

Should have been able to watch platforms like Netflix and not enough condiments. More came when requested but too meagre to start with

Great location with plenty of food and transport options nearby. The newly renovated family suite is spacious for Hong Kong, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the pool hours—it opened too late and closed too early for us to enjoy it.

The room is a bit smelly due to the bathroom issue that could have been better maintained.

Booked this location as I needed to stay relatively close to King's Park Rugby Pitches Check in process was seamless even though we arrived past 12am Room was larger than what you would normally get in HK. Worth what you pay for Had hotel breakfast and it was a sumptuous spread. Loads of different options were available and they even had non-dairy options for latte :)

Insufficient lighting within the room The hotel safe was in an enclosed cabinet together with the fridge, making the safe kinda warm? Bed was too soft

Breakfast is excellent - vast varieties of selections of different cuisines and seats are wide.

Centrally located, great facilities

Our room’s a/c was broken so our room was stuffy and hot, however the hotel staff sent an engineer and was able to fix it

Very nice hotel in Kowloon area near the metro and bus stations. Breakfast us excellent with plenty of Western and Asian options. Staff is really friendly, helpful and attentive, I cannot praise them enough. We appreciated a new water bottle every day.

Sometimes there is a smell from the bathroom, but nothing major.

Easy access. Temperature regulated swimming pool so children able to swim even in Feb. Family room spacious and good layout. Huge selection of food in food court and coffee nearby. Great access to city. Clean room and nice staff. Quiet and good curtains for children to sleep through different time zones.

No room service however 24 hours food within 3 mins walk. Room is a bit dated but very clean

Eaton Hong Kong is extraordinary, starting from the staff, rooms and facilities, it is very pleasant and most importantly, the location is very close to all modes of transportation, making it easy for you to get around Hong Kong.

There isn't any

The hotel was really nice and centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk to the Temple Night Market and Jordan MRT station. There was also a 7-Eleven right across the road, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious enough for two adults, especially as we didn’t spend much time in the room since we were mostly out sightseeing. The bathroom was big and clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

They have several elevators; however, one of them was not functioning properly. The doors were closing very forcefully, which actually hurt. After scanning my key card, the elevator wouldn’t move and just kept opening and closing the doors repeatedly.

It’s an amazing property, not quite like your usual hotels. The place has a personality and a very good community with the locals. Very artsy.

Loved the recycling, filtered water bottle refills. Room was comfy and quiet. Liked the Foodhall, very convenient, especially when you are tired, hungry and its late, there's multiple food options so close.

Felt that I spent a while waiting for the elevators. Also elevator didnt feel that it had air/aircon, was extremely hot one time.

The Eaton is a beautiful hotel well situated in the Kowloon district of Hong Kong. We enjoyed that it was a bit removed from the more touristy locations, but was still super easy to navigate to and from. The metro and bus stops are super close by, and getting anywhere we wanted was always less than 15 minutes. There are great shopping and dining options all around, and you're just steps from a great night market. And if you want to pay a little bit more, the restaurants and buffet in the hotel are very good and very convenient. (all photos are of the hotel or our hotel room.)

The price for the in-house food options was a good bit higher than everything else around, but that's to be expected for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel.

The neighborhood is not fancy, but there's plenty to see and do. The Temple street night market is just blocks away, and it's also not far to the Jordan MTR station. There's both a good food court as well a fancy, Michelin rated restaurant under the hotel. The room was not large, but it was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was too expensive. Since I like a smaller meal for breakfast, I wish there were other breakfast options in the hotel. Fortunately there were plenty of other places nearby.

Great location near Jordan Station, Nathan Road - really handy for getting around. Super close to Temple night market. Nice breakfast with a great range of options.

7 eleven 4s away from the front door. Soo many different places to eat and walk about eithin 5-10 mins. Easy bus out to Hk island if needed. Lively hotel, but quiet when in the room.

Lift is outside the building. Probably not the best option for family with young children.

The breakfast buffet was superb and made for an excellent start to the day. The food court and Terrible Baby made for great options at the end of busy days exploring Hong Kong. We definitely plan to return.

A minor point but perhaps vetting cab options. The vehicle that was hailed for me to get to the airport had quite a dangerous driver.

the first room was very small without table to work, not fit for business trip , i upgrade the room, and the size was the same but much better organized.

I loved this hotel and highly recommend it. Such thoughtful touches - such as having adaptive plugs in the room - greatly appreciated and saved me from buying one!
