Towels are not soft and no sockets close to mirror for blow drying hair

The vibes were great I enjoyed the bar the staff spoke good english. The location was well centered not too far from the islands and a good connection to everything.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, spaces are clean and fun with events and live music for all. Rooms are spacious and designed well for travellers. Decent pool and gym facility although rooftop pool is rather small and gym equipment is limited. Still nice to have access!

Cheeky extra charges after booking. No amenities in the rooms- instead of offering them at front desk when requested we have to pay extra at a vending machine. Understand it’s reducing waste but for a hotel of this standard and the price, it could at least be a complimentary item when guests require a toothbrush or anything else.

Good Access to MTR, Temple Street and Airport Bus. Excellent breakfast options. Friendly staff.

Great location in Yaumatei. The rooftop pool turned out to be a wonderful daily reprieve from the midday heat of HK. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable

Location was great. Hotel has a funky vibe. Room was small but probably quite good compared to many Hong Kong rooms. Lots of on-site restaurants, cafés etc to choose from (although they are expensive).

I find Hong Kong overall quite overpriced for what you get. We were happy with this hotel and our room but it wasn't super affordable. We also thought the room smelled quite damp and musty.

There is no charging socket at the main room, i have to go near by the TV the one by the wall is not charging For the price I paid too much for the room.

Everything! The location was excellent; Jordan station, Kowloon Park and the waterfront were all easily accessible on foot or by bus along Nathan Road. There were lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The neighbourhood was very vibrant and always felt safe, even at night. We stayed in a Trio room, which had plenty of space for the three of us and was well equipped with a smart TV, nice bathroom, comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The room stayed cool enough that we could turn the air con off at night, which made the room silent: excellent for a good night's sleep! The breakfast at the Astor was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The resturants in the food court were also excellent. My son and I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Staff were excellent and helped us with storing our luggage and booking a taxi to the airport.

There is no shelter at the rooftop pool, so when it rains it's hard to keep your stuff dry. This was only a very minor inconvenience though.

We thought the Eaton HK was a well priced excellent hotel in a great area with very good transport links and plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although small, the room was well designed for the space with all the amenities you would expect. It was also spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and a hot and plentiful shower. Breakfast was truly amazing with so many choices. The bar area and terrace were good for evening drinks. The food hall had plenty of options and was reasonably priced. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very good, as did the wellness centre. We would certainly stay at the Eaton HK again if we return to Hong Kong and highly recommend it.

The breakfast was expensive, especially with kids. We are outside of hotel for this. Luckily there is loads of options around.

Amazing breakfast. Having stayed at several hotels already, I can honestly say this was among the best when it comes to variety, while still keeping its authentic traditional Hong Kong flavours.

For that price, they don’t have hair dryer,no free water bottles,no weighing scale. It’s like a big room with basic stuff. I was expecting more because of the price I paid for 3 nights.

- One of the best intercontinental breakfasts I have ever had. Just needs more natural fruits and natural juice (real natural one from squezzed oranges). - Decent Gym, but can improve with new equipments - The food court is very good and complete

- The restaurant on the base of the hotel is extremelly expensive, because it serves buffet and you can have very exquisite goods like oysters and so. But if you want to go just to eat a basic beef or standard fish, you still have to pay 80 USD per person because you have to pay for the "availability" of other goods. They should setup different options for guests, with an extra charge in place if people go for this kind of goods.

The building is impressive, so many things accessible on location, there’s lots of food options, bar, pool and all very taken care of. Everyone was nice and accommodating to us. All public transportation are very close by and it’s very central to many attractions.

The room was clean but there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom in our room.

Few hotels in HK that can accommodate a family of 5 in a room (instead of 2 rooms). The hotel is located above a small food court and a min walk from 7/11.

Location is great close to restaurants and train station. Staff were very helpful. Room is very clean and has enough space to accommodate family of 4.

Hotel art series was exceptional; Director from Hong Kong Ballet hosted an intimate fireside chat while we were there which made for real point of difference. Dining hall was also a real treat; would highly recommend a stay at the Eaton Hong Kong. Bar balcony worth a visit, makes for a nice urban sanctuary.

Not anything the Hotel can change however the dining hall is in the basement which means there is no natural light; not always good for the circadian rhythm to be travelling in a different time zone (from Melbourne) and not have any natural night to suggest a day has started.

The room was small but had everything in it, it was clean and the staff making up the room were kind and helpful. The food court and bars were amazing and the location was great.

Good location between 2 MTR stations, very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in staff tried to find an available room when we arrived much earlier before the check-in time. Although there were no rooms available, he offered us access to the top-floor wellness centre, where there were shower facilities and hairdryer for use. We managed to freshen up before heading out and leaving our luggage behind for storage. They will send out an email to you when your room is ready. There are a lot of food options within the hotel, from a vending machine selling snacks and cup noodles, to a noodle restaurant, chinese restaurant, buffet place and even a large basement foodcourt.

Location was good

The location was perfect for reaching all the places we wanted to visit in HK. The room was very good and the pool was really nice. The bar on the roof was great. The food hall didn't really suit us as we all are a bit anti-buffet. But I imagine many people would be happy with it.

Only that the food was more to my finicky vegetarian/ wholefood taste.

Love the Eaton. Have been staying here every year for the Hong Kong 7s. Close to station and easy to commute. The staff are always friendly and the best breakfast buffet ever. See you again next year.
