Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of thoughtful extras including Nespresso pods. Good breakfast included in the price.

The room was great, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The location was good if you want to explore, lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel.

Could have been cheaper

The staff are accommodating and even the Manager took his time to engage in conversation with us. He gave us freebies too. The place is clean and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel was wonderfully modern, clean, and well managed. The rooftop pool and bar areas were really nice features.

There was a slight plumbing smell in our room

Close to public transport, bus, tram, MTR. Tastefully decorated and presented. The pool was most welcome in Hong Kong summer. We did not try the restaurant or bar.

Lovely contemporary and quirky Chinese themed room. Felt very relaxed in it.

Hard to find at night when cab drivers are not familiar with it.

Great location

It is a nice hotel in a vibrant part of Hong Kong at walking distance from Wan Chai subway station. For Hong Kong standards our room was spatious. The quality of the bed and pillow was good. The rooms were modern and clean. The rooftop pool with glass bottom and side wall is very nice (bring goggles!). During our stay there was a special action that breakfast was complementary.

The gym is relatively small with only one treadmill. With multiple people in the gym this results in missed sessions.

On check in we were offered free breakfast which was great. The bed was super comfy and big. Room was quirky with basin right near bed, could be a bit too much for a longer stay than the two nights we had.

Pool was closed due to thunderstorm warning, but not the hotel's fault.

The location was perfect.

The shower / bathroom area is inconvenient - water gets everywhere. The flooring in the room is very dated.

Maybe the lobby is a little small it doesn't provide a first impression to the level of the hotel. but the hotel is great, i just think that if i had just passed through i would not have think much of it

Cleaniess, Square layout. Water Pressure from the Bathroom is good

Great location, v near MTR. Great eats nearby. Clean room, quiet, cosy. Friendly staff.

Toilet set up is inconvenient to use. Lights control is a bit confusing.

Lovely comfortable stay in the heart of the city. ideal if you are working from the apartment of using as a base.

I know space is a premium but would be good to add weights facilities to the gym and maybe a sauna / cold plunge?

Staff were excellent! I had got the date of my flight wrong and the staff were so supportive and helpful in helping me make the flight. Couldn't have asked for better service. Room decor was modern and lots of plug sockets etc. Sofa was nice for evenings relaxing instead of having to sit in the bed Lots of storage Good mini bar selection

The rooms are big and nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast included is a total scheme. The food was limited and poor quality compared to any other IGH hotel. In the moment that I came to the dining room a menu was pushed to my face and I was expected to order extra food(again breakfast included), they asked for extra 180 dollars for a couple of eggs and salad!

Good location. Good value. The room size is bigger than average rooms in HK hotels.

Housekeeping calling us everyday even though we had the ‚do not disturb light’ on and mentioned multiple times that we don’t wish to be disturbed in any way when the light is on. Very upsetting.

The Hotel location and the staff are 5 star. The food in the roof bar is good and at a resonable price I had the steak twice, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean.

The Pool spent most of the time closed ! The breakfast is very poor, the orange juice is a chemical ! poor choice of cerial, limited fruit and dried out pastries. As I was on Holiday we went out for breakast on most mornings, which was no bother as there are so many good places close to the hotel, the Bake House was our No1. So for Hoilday the breakfast is not a huge issue but if I was on business I would stay elsewhere as the additional time in going out would be not well tollerated.

Rooms are very well designed, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Close to MTR, pool is great on the roof top

The staff is very helpful and courteous I have stayed in this hotel many times (pre covid) and I think the standards have maintained over the years

layout of washroom/shower might not be great for certain family travellers. Shower door swings out without room for a floor mat to step onto
