Nowhere to put a open suitcase in the room, so had to clear space from the table/shelf that was clearly not meant for it with it’s lamps and trays that had to place around the room. Bacon poorly cooked soggy mess.

The bed was comfortable and the small room was super neat and clean. The tea/coffee service in the room was a nice welcome after a long and tiring day. The location was perfect with Esplanadi park across the corner and several tram lines stopping right in front of the hotel.

Staff were very welcoming and informative, great location and facilities and the restaurant in the hotel makes exceptional Italian food.

A returning customer. Have found this hotel to be quite ideal for a downtown stay. Rooms are pretty small and tight, but do the trick. Breakfast has been nice and the restaurant downstairs (The Toscanini) offers really delicious Italian food. The staff were able to help me in various special requests.

Room size can be an issue if you have plenty of luggage. But there probably are bigger rooms as well. There is no ironing device in the rooms, but the staff were really helpful in delivering one when needed!

Great location , really friendly staff , fair room size with nice quality bath products , very clean , breakfast was adequate , limited hot food but plenty of variety of cold meats , fruit , cereal Pastries .

Breakfast was amazing, wide variety of everything you would possibly want for breakfast. I never experienced such hotel breakfast and I travelled quite a bit around the world.

Breakfast and gym. Location is great close to restaurants and shops.

Room was cute and location was great. Staff was friendly at check in and helpful with finding things. I was only there for a night byt enjoyed my experience. Also there was a tram stop right in front to go to the main train station that took me to the airport which was helpfu.

I chose to give this a 5 star review because everything from check in, to available facilities and how peaceful it was, that I really enjoyed my stay. I get worried about hotels as you don't know how noisy other guests can be but it was so quiet that I could enjoy my stay and have a decent nights sleep in the process. Check in was very smooth and the reception staff are super friendly. The room itself was tidy and compact. Small double room would be a stretch for 2 people but it is doable. The hotel is in a fantastic location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a tram stop directly outside so it's very handy when travelling. A very enjoyable stay.

Great location. Clive to museums, shops and the Harbour albeit frozen over, no wonder the canal and tourist ferries weren’t running. Nice people and luggage storage till near our flight time. Excellent breakfast. The Italian restaurant next door was a gem.

The room, (we had a suite) the location and the view from our room. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was good however it cost extra an omelette.

Breakfast on Sunday did not open until 8:30. We were leaving at 8 and missed breakfast. The water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor .

Convenient location. Tram stop right outside and not far from the Central Train Station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Good to have a sofa and a table in the room.

There was one lift which served the ground floor and another next to it which only went as far as the next floor up from the upper floors. When trying to go down from the 6th floor to the ground floor, the other lift kept arriving and preventing me from using the lift down to the ground floor. In the end I had to use the other lift and carry my heavy suitcase down to reception when checking out.

The hotel was central to everything but very quiet, staff was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable!

No sauna, the bathtub was not big enough.

Cozy hotel in the shopping district, nested among furniture and design stores. The rooms are compact and have all the features you'd expect. Breakfast, bar and an Italian restaurant available downstairs. In overall, good value for money.

The size of the bathroom is limited.

The hotel does not have a Steam - Sauna and in house Spa As a big Sauna fan person - regret this Rest is good

There were mold stains in the shower and some of the Breakfast items not fresh (came very early to Breakfast). Otherwise, Breakfast and bathroom would have also gotten full marks. But nothing major - this was a really nice stay.

There is nothing not to like. I most warmly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Helsinki!

Fantastic room, the sky studio suites are amazing and very clean, spacious and lovely facilities within the room. The staff accommodated an early check in and gave us an upgrade due to a special occasion during the stay. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of options, the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely return when next in Helsinki. The hotel is fantastic value for money and the staff are superb.

The entire hotel team was impressive. During my short stay, there were two situations that stood out. I arrived in the evening with a cake that I needed to hand over the next day, and when I asked the reception staff whether it would be possible to store it in the kitchen fridge overnight, it was arranged with ease — very professionally. The second incident was again partly related to the cake. I still ended up forgetting it at the hotel in the morning and headed to the exhibition centre. I took a taxi from the exhibition centre to pick up the cake and then returned to the exhibition centre in the same taxi. I paid for the ride by card, but during the day it turned out that the card payment had not gone through, and the driver contacted the hotel in order to reach me. The receptionist shared the driver’s contact details with me, and by today the driver has received his payment. Many thanks once again to the receptionist who got in touch with me.

The room I stayed in was too small. I felt like I’d been put up in a closet.
