Klaus K Hotel, Helsinki

Location is excellent

The bed was very small for a 2 person room. There was also a lack of electrical outlets and some of them were not functioning. The electrical outlet in the bathroom (a wet space) was hanging loose.

The toilet seat had a visible fracture that split the other side of the toilet seat and made it quite uncomfortable to use it. Not something that is ok at a hotel of this level.

Small but comfortable and quiet room, fast check in, useful amenities at the reception, great Italian restaurant in the hotel, good breakfast

No power socket by the bed No bedside table The master switch button by the bed switches of both the lights and the electricity; since there was no socket by the bed I discovered that the phone wasn’t charged in the morning

I have stayed here many times and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the breakfast very good. The gym is well set up.

In the room we were in, the curtains did not cover the windows fully and one of them would not run easily on the runner - in fact is was stuck. We did report this to Hose keeping and I am sure it will be taken care of for the next guest

The location was great! The room was extremely clean with plenty of space! The breakfast was yummy! No bad things to say! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the centre of Helsinki. The tram stops directly outside of the hotel, so you can easily get to all locations. A wide range of amenities are provided.

Rooms are generally a little small, but you have enough room for your stay.

Excellent location, tram stops right outside the hotel were a big plus especially during the cold winter ;) I liked the size of the room, double duvet, heating and a couple of lighting arrangements. Coffee machine was a plus, though more caffeinated capsules and less decaf would be better!

The lifts are confusing and nobody explained the floors so it was a hit or miss at the beginning. My key didn’t work and I had to go back with the luggage up and down. There’s nothing to clean the water from the floor after the shower (like a rubber tool). There are teas but no kettle. The hot water from the coffee machine tastes disgusting for tea making.

Breakfast very good. Location very good.

The hotel is not what Klaus Kurki Hotel used to be. Needs refurbishment.

Excellent location in city centre. Very friendly staff. Room was cosy and convenient, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. Highly recommended!

Location, people, breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was perfectly located to access trams as well as within walking distance to sightseeing locations like the Skywheel, churches, museums, shopping. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and twice during my stay I needed an early morning taxi and the front desk assisted me very quickly.

The proximity of the hotel to transportation was great. All our restaurant options were within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The cleanliness of the floors was an issue with the constant traffic from outside. This made the floors dirty but this did not distract from our stay.

Everything was neat and cozy. After having travelled through Finland the weeks before and having stayed in different places it was super nice to have a comfortable bed and a nice shower. It was even better to be able to order my dinner to the room and it arrived very fast (needed some spices but still rather good)!

Only luxury complaints here... The Netflix on my tv didn't work and I also couldn't connect my phone to use the screen sharing option. I was missing a shoe-iron (shoe-horn?) in the room. The control knob on the radiator fell of when I touched it so I couldn´t turn down the heat (my room was super warm all night) and when I let the staff know they said someone would check on it after I would check out in the morning. Would have been nice if they had checked on it right away but I just opened a window to cool down the room (sorry if the electricity bill was very high)...

Extremely helpful and efficient staff. Warm, clean and comfortable room with lovely shower-room. Great location.

The staff was amazing and very helpful all the time :) The room was very cozy. The breakfast was riched with many options and flavors. The location was great, near to everything in the city center.

A small issue, was only inside the bathroom, when you took a shower the water was going outside.
