The staff were brilliant. Helpful, engaging, courteous.
The restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday evening so it was necessary to go out for dinner. Not what I particularly wanted to do.

Thoroughly enjoyed Helsinki
Breakfast had wide choice. Breakfast room in separate building with a slightly awkward entrance (loose step)and not well lit. Staff excellent
Water temperature in room was variable. Coffee machine leaked water twice after refilling.

Great hotel in excellent location
Fantastic location and staff. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room. The room was very comfortable with lovely toiletries
The only criticism is that the rooms were far too hot-AC needs to be adjusted in warm weather

The room and cleanliness was excellent and staff were so helpful.
The cooked breakfasts items needed to be topped up a little quicker. eg. some of the items (like bacon and egg) were almost finished in the dishes.

I recommend Haven Hotel sincerely
Our room was spacious and stylish, no complaints whatsoever. The location of hotel is really good - downtown of Helsinki and the small harbour are nearby.
Premises of breakfast area are a bit worn-out so some kind of refurbishment will do no harm. Otherwise the breakfast itself was fine and delicious.

A very enjoyable stay.
Hotel Haven is in an excellent location, convenient to interesting places like the old market hall and also the various ferries (including to Tallinn and Suomenlinna). The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

Lovely hotel in excellent location
Lovely hotel very close to the harbour and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see. We had a large room on the top floor which overlooked the roof tops with a very comfortable bed and was very peaceful. Breakfast was in a separate building in the courtyard and was very varied and plentiful.

Overall, a very cozy, high quality, classic hotel.
EXCELLENT, highly economical (relatively speaking for such buffets), and beyond the quality usually encountered.
Thermostat (AC), could not be lowered below 72F (20C), but the hotel CAN open the windows if you ask them. Despite that, this could be a problem in the summer months.

Loved the comfort and being in the heart of the city.
Bed was amazing - so comfortable!!
The bath was superb - so lovely to soak in hot bubbly water with no interuptions!!
It would have been nice to have an easy chair or small couch in the room - the bed and desk chair were the only seating options available.

A comfortable luxurious place to call home for a night.
Very easy check in, nice and spacious room with all the amenities. The staff was welcoming as well. Great breakfast. The location gave us easy access to stores, marts and Christmas markets.
