Very good
Very clean & comfortable. Quiet, despite all of the construction noise. Had read previous reviews that suggested asking for a courtyard view for the noise issue (not related to the construction) & glad we did.
Good breakfast & simple check in & check out.
Wasn’t made aware of all of the construction surrounding the hotel - this made getting to and from it VERY expensive

The location if the hotel is great! It is in the city center, you can reach all tourist destinstions on foot. Also Allas Sea Pool that I like a lot.
The room was bigger that I expected which rarely happens. The bed was really confortable.

Very comfortable hotel close to the city center.
Very good location, close to the city centre, the harbour and the market place. It is clean, comfortable, well-organized. The beds are very good, the bathroom and the shower are excellent. The receptionists and the personnel are very helpful and kind.

Great location and very nice rooms for the price!
The location is fantastic and the rooms are smartly designed and clean.
It's not a big deal, but the towels didn't stay on the hooks outside the shower in the bathroom.

Our room didn’t have tea coffee making facilities but I asked and a kettle, fresh milk and t bags bought to our room

Boutique hotel stone's throw away from everything.
The location is great as it's tucked away in a semi residential area that is quiet but still walkable to the city centre and the harbour. Also the Kaivopuisto area (large park) is just a short stroll away and the sea views are extremely pleasant and calming.
Hotel isn't big thus the breakfast area is also quite small. When the weather permits it is great to have a morning coffee outside but otherwise it could become quite busy and crowded if you happen to come down at the wrong time.

Excellent would stay here again.
Breakfast was good and plentiful. We stayed in room 504 quiet even across from the elevator. Staff was outstanding, ordering us a taxi for the airport and providing us with the Helsinki Card at the front desk.
Room windows did not open.

Good value hotel in a quiet area
Big comfortable room. Good spacious bathroom. Quiet location but still convenient for tram and waterfront. Small hotel so felt more personal.
Nothing really. Possibly a larger hot breakfast choice would have been nice.

gorgeous! comfy! clean! high quality linens! heated bathroom floors! excellent big shower and bathroom! pull out sofa was even comfortable for our 14yo. delicious breakfast and the kindest staff. courtyard was lovely

Great location
We have stayed in hotel Fabian numerous times. It’s a nice and relatively small boutique hotel in a central part of Helsinki.
The rooms are a decent size and the breakfast buffet is tasty.
Having said that we have stayed in this hotel numerous times, we have noticed the price-quality becoming a bit less.
The cleaning of our bathroom wasn’t done properly (weeks old dust on shelves) and the breakfast buffet - however tasty - has less of the foods it used to have (for example warm smoked salmon). Overall it could use a bit of a freshening up.

Ideal location, close to Esplanadi. Spacious and very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good price quality.
Breakfast is of good quality but not exceptional (rather limited choice). Shower in the bathroom is ok but simple (no rain shower).
