Established in 1887, Hotel Kämp was once a premier destination for Europe’s aristocracy. Today, the hotel has been renovated and restored to its original form, hosting a diverse array of travelers every year. Nestled in the heart of the city, across from Esplanade Park, Hotel Kämp is near plenty of cultural attractions, eateries, and shopping. Lovely short stay in Helsinki center
The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is wonderful. The location is also convenient to many shops, cafes and sights.

Classic beautiful hotel on a beautiful central part.
Classic hotel in the best location in Helsinki. We were in the historic wing and the rooms were lovely, traditional and more spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. We normally don’t eat dinner at a hotel, but we were jet-lagged. What a beautiful experience Brasserie Kamp was. We sat in the glass pavilion having a light dinner gazing out at the Esplahade as the snow fell.
I had no complaints. Everything was perfect.’

Excellent stay in a historic location with exceptional service.
The staff was first rate! Service at every level was excellent.
Location was perfect for access to the main sites of Helsinki.
The room was quite small by American standards but normal for Europe.
The Hotel is well over 100 years old but perfectly maintained. You can feel the history.
Breakfast was excellent. The variety of options was fabulous.
The dinner options in the restaurant could be larger.

Worth the value. Make sure to upgrade to business class for the privacy of the bar.
The concierge was incredibly helpful in Sistine with a reservation, local stores, and other needs we had. She went out of her way to assist. I also loved the afternoon tea.
The very long wait at the bar for a drink. However, it was a busy night, and I must note the concierge was kind enough to offer us a better seat than where we were originally sitting.

The perfect choice for a very special occasion!
Excellent hotel staff helping to make this a memorable stay for the newly-married couple. The suite was beautifully designed and the breakfast an absolute dream!

Beautiful hotel in a great location to enjoy what Esplandi offers!
Reception and concierge staff were fabulous and very helpful. The sauna and steam room were excellent!

Big ,spacious,comfortable rooms,I actually thought it was a suite, perfect location you can't get anything to top that in Helsinki,we opted for room service which was on time,I will say for continental breakfast they need to polish it a bit, there are smaller hotels who have better breakfast than that with smaller amount,Eggs Benedict was no were near to perfection,I know they can do better than that, otherwise all was great.
