Nice hotel, old style, great breakfast, warm rooms, friendly staff..

Cold water in the pool

Facilities are good eapecially the Sauna room.

The pool is a bit cold, no slippers and robe in the room.

The hygiene was good 👍 and the food was delicious good waiters

The receptionist who worked on me was very very rude and so disrespectful as soon as I arrived on the reception she asked me what do u want in a very rude way and she was rude throughout the whole process but the rest were so nice only her her names starts with T bur you can find out

The room wasn't completely cleaned (there was a lot of dust under the beds and on some surfaces), but it was still overall clean!

Building is a bit old and shows it. Sauna / wellness dept was cold. Air in the building was not so fresh.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful location that has perfect balance between Helsinki's nature and its city attractions. The tram connection to the city center serves very well. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. The hotel restaurant, sauna facilities and gym are of high standard.

Great location by the sea with rocks and sandy beaches and few deck chairs. Summer sunsets are amazing. Nice hotel with nice staff and amazing breakfast for almost all tastes, healthy diets, also alternative milks and glutten free bread are available. They even prepare coffe and tea for you. Saunas for wimen and men with towels and shampoo are lovely and open to the sea where swimming is possible. Small pool is not so clean (sand from the beach). The tram station (No4 to/from Helsinki) just about 50 m away and about 1,5 km steps to port from where you can access capital town Tallin (Estonia) in just 2 hours by ferry. Tennis court and sup rental are just around the corner of hotel. Cafeteries and restaurants with gastronomy from Finnland, Giorgia, Italia etc. are nearby. Finnish salmon soup and carrot cake are very tasty at Café Torpanranta at the beach. The nature is stunning - in July bluberries and wild strawberries are everywhere, wich is the food for many wild birds, ducks and goeses. Nearby are some sights (famoes Alvaro´ house and studio) that are easy to visit by feet or by bike (free to rent at the hotel reception). Few kilometers away are island Seurasaari with old Finnish architecture, birds, squirls and rabbits,- access prohibitet by bike. Bike and walk routes, art museums, monuments you can find on islands Kuusisaari and Lehtisaari. If we would have to pick a hotel in this area, we would deffinetly come back again. Few more deck chairs on the beach would be nice on sunny days. Better rental bike service - despite all the parked available hotel bikes in the morning, we could not get the bikes for short trip.

The restroom in the sauna was small and hard to find. I think it would be nice if breakfast could be served either at the restaurant with an ocean view or at the one in the conference building.

Good parking facilities. Walking distance to the Aalto house. The tram to the city centre stops nearby. Surroundings are beautiful and access to the beach is convenient without having to pass through the reception area.

Breakfast (though good) was very overpriced when ordering it upon arrival. There were no casting options to the TV.

breakfast - excellent selection of food, including traditional Finnish dishes, food very tasty, polite and friendly waiters location - convenient, great place to stay to visit Helsinki (it is not that far from the downtown, and you stay in place close to nature, by the water, with direct access to parks and to walking and biking trails), Seurasaari island with the Open-Air Museum is a walking distance from the hotel. You can easily get by bus from this hotel to the Haaga Rhododendron Park, a great place to visit if you are in Helsinki in late May or early June.

Everything was great, but one thing was unexpected — it was my first time experiencing the bar and restaurant being closed due to the public holiday on May 1st. So after the sauna, there was no beer and no dinner, snacks

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and extensive, but best of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful, every single one we had contact with. The hotel is situated very close to the tram which is so convenient for visiting Helsinki City Centre.

View from the seaside room was wonderful. Everything was clean and functional, and the restaurant exceeded expectations. The sauna was luxurious and private, and my son loved the pool. Several great playgrounds within easy walking distance, and the cafe just a few minutes' walk away from the hotel was absolutely perfect for breakfast with lots of options for everyone. The walking path by the water makes it easy to go for a quick walk or jog.

Only wish the sauna hours were extended on Sunday! Decor in the rooms is a little dated but totally fine. Really didn't have any issues to speak of.

Beautiful location, in a quiet, leafy suburb, right on the waterfront. One of the best hotel breakfasts ever! Amazing selection of hot and hot buffet items, lots of selection for various dietary needs and tastes. The hotel restaurant for evening meals is equally wonderful! Beautiful setting overlooking the water and sunset, with a great menu. Good gym, reasonable size indoor pool and great sauna.

The curtains in the hotel room were terrible! They didn't close fully, they were full of holes, and very little protection from sunlight, so made it difficult to sleep. The room was also too hot, with no option to change the room temperature. The heavy duvet didn't help with the temperature either!

Everything! This is (one of) the best hotel(s) I’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful location: Green, quiet and peaceful locations, with free parking and easy tram connection to city centre. But there’re also things to see and explore within walking distance. Super comfortable(and soundproof!) room, especially beds. Amazing breakfast. Very good restaurant with sea view. Swimming pool and sauna. Super friendly staff. Outstanding value for money!

Difficult to think of something. Well, the pool is rather small, and whenever we went there, it was pretty full. Only big adult bikes available for rent. And armchairs in the reception lobby make a horrible “creeeeak” sound when moved; this can easily be solved by attaching felt tips to the chairs’ legs.

Hotel has been built quite some time ago and rooms desperately need some renovation. Also, no need to charge for the water in the room 6 Eur. In most hotels today at least one bottle of water is complimentary.

Nicely located, quiet and close to beautiful beaches. Easy accessible with public transport. Tram 4 brings you to centre in about 15-20 minutes. Very friendly staff.
