The breakfast was good. The staff was attentive.

1. There's roadwork in the thoroughfare nearby so all buses was diverted in front of the hotel. It's a good for me as I relied on public transport.
2. A Helsinki Metro station and tram station is within walking distance.
3. Supermarkets and market are also nearby.

Instant coffee packs, etc. were not replenished on my second day of stay. Need to go to the reception in early am for such.

Location was good. Room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Spent one whole Sunday night here due to easy proximity of my doctors appointment. First time also staying in Hilton-brand hotel. It was overall a very good experience, even though first we got uncleaned room when we arrived a little past 2pm. The reseptionist however upgraded it to a better one for free, and the new room was very clean at the 6th floor. The view was nice towards the sea, though there are some major construction work by city of Helsinki, so keep that in mind noise-wise too (lower rooms). Our room however was some of the quietest I have been in Helsinki. I slept really well and the bed was ok.

The rooms were pretty spacy too, if comparing to some other hotels in Finland. As a very nice bonus, there was a bathtub too, which is not that common in other hotels in Finland. Hotel itself is a blast from the 80s, as a nostalgic old hotel.

Some comments also mention the room coldness and it was true for us too. It was -15C outside and our room radiator was a bit cold, so the air ventilation made it a bit chilly due to constant normal airflow. I asked the receptionist if they could turn up the radiator, and the nice lady did. She even called the rolm to confirm the change. So definately ask if in winter you feel cold in your room.

Just small nitpicks; the rooms could be bit modernised, there were some visible wear, breakfast is not included in the price, the staff could be a bit more welcoming (maybe a finnish thing).

That being said, the hotel itself is not bad. The lobby is beautifully designed and has a cozy atmosphere, which added to the overall experience.

The room had paid bottled water—5€ per bottle, which was quite unexpected. There was also limited storage space for belongings, and the bed was not neatly made, which felt a bit disappointing.

Additionally, there was no doorman to greet us, and no one offered to help with our luggage. For the price and rating of the hotel, I expected better service and attention to detail.

Sauna was incredible. Great breakfast with a lot of choices; especially typical Finnish food.

We stayed 10 years ago and the Hotel has not been updated, but it is still a great choice and very easy to walk to the Center Plaza and the Esplanade or take the tram.

The hotel complex was very nice and the breakfast was sensational and staff very friendly. It is close to a tram stop and shops so was quite convenient once we worked out the tram routes.

We arrived very early in the morning and had to fill in time waiting for our room which has nothing to do with the hotel really and they were quite willing to let us sit in the foyer.

No luggage service

Location is perfect - there is a bus (600) straight from airport to hotel. Every interesting place is in walking distance and for further trips you have metro station.

There was no such thing.

Nice cosy room. Love the heated bathroom floor. Nice pillows. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Extra bed set up in the room limited the space but still nicely done with pillow and comforter and tucked away at the windows area.

Stayed 7 nights and got a bit too used to the breakfast spread, needs some refreshing every few days. There were 3 of us in the room with 3 single beds, but housekeeping kept replacing with only 2 sets of towels. Reminded them each day throughout my stay.

Great location with good views. Rooms were soundproof (we were on the third floor, very close to the center of the hotel) as we could not hear any of the noise from reception and the restaurant. The hotel was perfect for our needs, but we would have been disappointed if we had been staying for longer than one night.

Rooms weren't really a 4-star standard. The bath and shower left a lot to be desired with water pressure and functionality. Plenty of hot drink options available from the kettle in the room, but only one milk sachet provided so they couldn't be used. We arrived with lots of bags (we were travelling onwards to the arctic circle) and not once were we offered a hand with our bags.

The room was well-rennovated, spacious and good bathroom.
The daily cleaning service was done very thoroughly and professionally.
The room was quiet, with goid air conditioning.
The beds were comfortable.

Honestly, one expects much more friendly welcome to a Hilton hotel! I had to ask about everything, receiving very short incomplete answers.
The executive lounge was a joke! The number of tables/chairs for seating and benefiting from the lounge was low, the upgrade to executive was definitely not worth it.
The breakfast was not on par with other Hilton hotels I stayed in!
The bar closing at 23:00?! In a hotel where any other bar was at least 1 km away.

I thought I had specified needing three beds in a family room but the hotel gave us two doubles. It was fine but meant my teenage children had to share.

Very spacious room with a nice view, cool elevator, amazing service at BRO restaurant, vintage style of the swimming pool. There was a super cute activity for kids which our family appreciated a lot.

Boring breakfast, proximity to a construction site. Some of the receptionists were very kind and made us feel welcome, but we also encountered rude and sarcastic behavior, specifically regarding complaining about the construction noise.
