Hotel with friendly Staff, excellent and beautiful location, great accessibility.

In a pleasant location. Breakfast excellent.

Fabulous welcome and service throughout. Fabulous breakfast - varied, fresh and the coffee tasted good. Spacious room with an excellent shower. The little touches in our room like the Nespresso machine, kettle, iron/board and the robes and slippers were perfect. The mini-bar fridge in our room was useful for storing our milk for tea/coffee.

The hotel is in a great location. It's a twelve minute walk to the railway station. It is easy to walk to the shops and restaurants or to walk to the harbourside. The staff are extremely helpful at the main desk. The rooms are clean and comfortable and attractive in their decor. The breakfasts are superb with so much to choose from. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was well equipped and was quiet. Breakfast was nice: more than enough choice. Location is excellent: some nice restaurants are within walking distance as is the city center of Helsinki. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Helsinki.

The room had a slighty musty smell either coming from the carpet or curtain but was able to overlook it for the amazing view!

A bit of confusion between staff about whether breakfast on the room, but it was quickly resolved. No other issues with the stay.

Wonderful staff, really great size comfortable rooms. Location is beautiful with the best cafes shops & restaurants. Easy walking distance to the ferry & train station with bags. Gym & sauna on site. I stayed in a more expensive hotel after this and it was nowhere near as good experience.

What an extraordinary hotel. The staff were very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and slightly larger than what I was expecting. The bathroom and shower in particular were very comfortably sized by European hotel standards at this price point. The property was immaculately clean throughout. The breakfast buffet selection was large and of high quality, especially given the size of the hotel. The location was perfect, right near a tram stop. But the tourist core of Helsinki was much smaller than I was expecting so just about everything was within walking distance (except Suomenlinna) (which is on an island out from the harbor) (you have to take a ferry to get there) (but every place else is walkable).

The sauna hours were a little short. Yes, that is how deep I have to reach to find something for the negative column.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location. Beeakfast is very tasty with a choice for everybody.

This is my preferred hotel in Helsinki. The location is excellent, the rooms and beds comfortable (except for too thick duvets) and the bathrooms have good mirrors and lights and space for toiletry bags. The breakfast is very good (except for the tea that has been changed to lower quality) and the restaurant is rather good, too.

Bring back better quality tea for breakfast! I would also prefer thinner duvets as I could not reduce the room temperature enough. The room had a faint smell of sweat about it (maybe some upholstery that cannot be cleaned?).
