Hotel Indigo Boulevard, Helsinki

The breakfast was OK except the stove, oven was broken for the four day stay I was there. I had wanted an omelette.

Great location, clean, comfortable, tasty breakfast.

Sauna operated on weird hours. I was looking forward to going to sauna after the half-marathon but the facilities were closed and would be opened again during dinner time.

Cosy location at the Boulevard, easy access to public transportation (3 strreet cars lines outside), many restaurants and café. Rooms regular size, big bathroom Walking distance to central Helsinki. Breakfast exceptional - included a freshly prepared hot item such as Egg Benedectine. Very helpful friendly staff.

Very nice room with pleasant decor and fantastic bathroom- best hotel bathroom I have ever seen! Great room size for the price. Friendly staff. Good location with all of Helsinki centre being walkable.

The wifi wasn't password protected so this could have been more secure. The snack shop at reception had a limited selection but I visited only once late at night.

The location is very good, also the facilities are excellent. Good and fast wi-fi anywhere, gym, sauna, it has a bar and a restaurant. Very comfortable room, bed, slippers and bath robe included. A+

I could hear the water running in the other rooms, which was a little annoying, especially trying to fall asleep at night.

Location is excellent! Very close to the center (like 10-15 min walk), but not in the middle of the busy central area, which is perfect. The transportation is just 1-3 minute walk and has all the necessary public transportation needed for the main attractions and to go to the center, shopping area etc. The breakfast is very good, a-la carte options of omelets, and a choice of coffees. Rooms is excellent, spacious, but comfy and cozy, modern and quite new, in good condition. The shower has proper water pressure and different temperatures. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable for women. Coffee, teas, slippers, bathrobe, iron board, and iron - rooms have all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Staff is exceptionally warm, welcoming, polite, and helpful!

Great hot and cold breakfast food as well as delicious coffee.

Some noise from the elevator as our rooms were very close to it.

Staff were wonderful especially Antonetta. Superior twin room was huge, large very comfortable beds, large walk in shower.

Could not adjust aircon at all and windows didn’t open so it was generally a few degrees too hot in the room all the time.

Very well placed to be used as a base for exploring the city or doing other businesses in the city center. A lot of places to eat and drink in immediate vicinity, even some places still having the kitchen open close to midnight. Just a 10 minutes light stroll away from the Kauppatori piers with connection to Suomenlinna and Vallisaari islands. Excellent breakfast with diverse choices. Conveniently connected to the airport combining one train to/from central railway station and one tramway (6T) with effective walk in between of max 150m.

My room was adjacent to the lifts, the noise of which intruded into the room. Suggest requesting a room away from lifts.

Small room, a view to roofs only. Breakfasts were OK, but every day the same, a bit boring.

Pleasant, comfortable and superb decor. Ideal location

- Bed was good. - Bath (amme) was nice. - In the hotel, there was Cocktail bar, but unfortunately we did not have time to test it. - Coffee was good. - Wifi connection was good.

- Breakfast had some portion to choose at and buffet, buffet selection was somehow small. Breakfast little bit was disappointment. To us it was included to price, but if you buy it is not worth of 32 euros.

Kinda small but did the job.

The staff was amazing; we were only in Helsinki for a long weekend but the receptionist (Antoanette - apologies if spelt incorrectly) gave us some really good suggestions for places to go and how to get there. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the room and the easy distance to all the sites.

Nothing to dislike, had a lovely time.

Perfect base for exploring Helsinki with comfortable rooms and a warm welcome.

This hotel was a most positive surprise. Friendly staff that checked me although I arrived well before 3 pm. Beds perfect, well functioning WiFi, clean, tasteful bath room. And best - the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant Bröd. Everything fresh and a great variation. Fresh home-made bread. And about 10 different hot dishes to chose from the menue .

Comfortable room with additional complimentary extras much appreciated ie bathrobe, slippers, bottled water each day and body lotion. Delicious, good quality products for breakfast with plenty of choice each day. Pleasant staff.

The Indigo is my go-to-address in Helsinki! Always love it there. The rooms are spacious enough for me, sleeping like a baby 😊 The breakfast is always good and the staff is the best! Thanx again and CU in december 😊
