Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg

Fabulous hotel located perfectly near a beautiful lake in the heart of Hamburg. The building is beautifuly furnished and rooms are exquisitelly decorated, one of the best hotels I've ever visited, everything here is pure art. The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations! Will definitely return, I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Hamburg.

The room was noisy (#270) in the evening between 9 to 11pm. Quite unpleasant.

The doorman did not appear during our departure and we had to wait 10 minutes outside in the cold at temperatures below zero and only after third time asking at reception, the receptionist came to deliver luggage to us. Doorman never showed up and I had to put suitcases myself into the taxi.

Is it better to have loved and then lost, or to never have loved at all? That is this hotel experience in a nutshell. Everything was exceptional from the pillows to the concierge, to the hotel Grill and the ambience. The staff was exceptionally friendly at reception. The rooms were incredibly large, clean, and well-furnished. The beds are turned down for the night and you quite literally sink into the pillows like Goldilocks. There were also an abundance of amenities from the obligatory toilitries, to complimentary sewing kits and snacks/wine upon arrival. The stay also included laundry and shoe shine service, conveniently made available within the room. Attention to detail is an obvious utmost priority here! The Hotel Grill was another phenomenal experience. Our server(s) (a young blonde gentleman and another young man with a crystal tennis bracelet) were knowledgeable and accommodated our tight schedule. The food was a delight, we had the chateau briande and the truffle-parmesan pasta. Even the doormen were so incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us without hesitation and seeing that we got where we needed to be with a taxi no more than 5 minutes away at any given time. I truly did not want to leave, and I found myself wanting to live here like The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. 10/10!!!

Quite literally the only thing amiss was the shower door in my room (306) creaked REALLY loud when I opened/closed it. C'est la vie.

We stayed in a lovely junior suite overlooking the Alster. We loved the central location of the hotel, the beautiful art deco rooms and the excellent old world service provided by the staff.

The hotel is historical and very centre located in the city. Most of the shops are just in a walking distance. If you had chance to have view room, you can also look to the lake. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are perfectly designed and had various choice of bathroom amenities.

My room was looking for internal hall. It was dark and cant have too much fresh air. If I am not wrong there are 3 restaurants one with michelin star and other 2 for normal foods. I experienced steak restaurant however I cant say it was perfect, waiting time was awful. Foods were fine.

Exceptional hotel. Great location, clean room, comfy bed, and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding, specially Alba García. One of our best hotel experiences.

Nice location, quiet rooms

The room door was difficult to open with an old styled locking system, and the Brasserie restaurang had a poor service, (poor english), and the lobster consume was poor

The location is good and also majority of the staff except a lady at the reception. She really needs to change her behaviour

The location is very central & nice. The room 120 is wide, clean and lovely.

The room did not have an iron. I ordered well-done steak on the night 4/9/ an the chief made it black i.e. burn it for me, although I ordered the same steak on the 1st of September and it was done very nice, it must have been different chief.

Very professional staff. Our room, but also the public spaces and breakfast service were second to none.

When leaving the hotel, the staff will get your car from the garage and drive it to the front of the hotel. This went a bit wrong and ultimately took more then 15 minutes. We tried to ask the doorman to check what was going on, but he said 'just wait' and didn't seem that interested about it.
