The room was very pleasant though a little tight. The bunk beds were large and very comfortable. The inclusion of a minibar (complimentary) was a great touch as was the sauna (also complimentary) Access to the carpark directly to/from the hotel was really useful. The location was central to all we wanted on this trip Great choice for breakfast in a slightly dark but atmospheric restaurant

The carpark was pricey (flat fee for our stay 28euro) The grace period after validating carpark ticket in the hotel was only 15mins - a little tight

The bathroom in the room was a good expression. Liked the staff: it was good and polite.

Over €550 for 2 nights is waaaaaay too much for the location and the room given. The windows in the room were not silent enough to “mute” the big construction site over the road.

Katya at reception was absolutely fantastic. She really tried to help us with every request. Food in restaurant was delicious.

No coffee in room and no room service to bring you a coffee if you want to order one.

Great, modern hotel. Decor was very up to date with lots of nice touches in terms of lighting, books in the room, and a mini bar with free water , soft drinks and beers. Useful things like a portable BT speaker that you could take out if you wanted, and spare power packs free to borrow in reception. Super friendly staff. A very refreshing approach.

Very little. Breakfast was slightly disorganised - I was offered eggs cooked to order only after I'd eaten for instance, but that was a minor omission.

Good breakfast, they have a good selection of bread, meats and cheeses, eggs of course and vegetarian options. The breakfast was never crowded, no matter at what time we went. Public transport is a short walk away, a supermarket is around the corner.

Located in the Hafencity very close to many companies, as well as interesting sites of Hamburg (e.g. the International Maritime Museum). The room was quite spacious and very interestingly decorated. Mini bar is complimentary (with a couple of bottles of water, a couple of bottles of local beer, two chocolate bars and a bag of chips).

Perhaps the interior design of the room, although very nice, it’s a bit too busy for a business traveller, who needs to relax after a long day of meetings or concentrate to do some work.

Love to the details. Free minibar (refill every day). Lager room. Hotel Restaurant "Heimat" is very nice with friendly stuff and tasty food.

The small room with bunk beds and a ladder on the side is uncomfortable for tall people.

You’re a bit on the edge of the new build area and it’s about a 15 minute walk to town.

Nice and clean. Bed was cozy.

Room was cold even with AC off. Was not really sure about cleaning hours. Also, missing maybe amenities like conditioner or makeup remover. And it’s not that clear that there are 2 25hours hotels within 50m.

Wasn't aware of the bunkbeds, not ideal as I was traveling on business. Excellent for families & kids.

The staff was perfect! They were always willing to serve us. They also gave us very good tips and advices about the city The design was very nice and harmonized with the city (urban & maritime) !! Very nice breakfast

Funky reception area, nice breakfast room.

No suitcase holder / table. No tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Had to go down to the first floor to get a cuppa. No work table in the room. Steel chair was uncomfortable in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. It was just about the breakfast which we did not enjoy at all. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant area were quite too small. I was bumping into other guests who were annoyed by the narrow access to the buffet. Staff were nice but could have worked more efficient.

We traveled with our two young children. Unfortunately, there were no adjoining rooms available but we were given neighboring rooms, and we had one adult in the room with each child. We were surprised to find that there is a small playground behind the hotel, enclosed in a courtyard with some high-end apartments. There is a sandbox and two small slides, plus some sand toys left by the neighborhood children. There is also a foosball (Kicker) table on the first floor, and a vintage video game system. The restaurant, Heimat, had excellent food and very kind staff. It gets booked up so it’s best to make a reservation, though we were lucky when walking in early (17:45 for dinner).

We did not try the breakfast because 24€ seemed excessive to me. We had a nice breakfast at the nearby Cafe Gautioes for about half of that - they have terrific local bread, too. And it would have been great to have connecting rooms, but it worked ok without.

long check up queue , we were missing our flight due to this no express check out option we asked for an assistance due to flight they did not care
