LOVED everything about this little jewel of a hotel: small, intimate, cozy, location, artsy, attention to detail, great food, and staff was very helpful and lovely. A total surprise and find! Would stay there again—no question!

Outstanding boutique hotel on quiet street close to the train station in artsy district with plenty of shops &. Outdoor cafes and restaurants. Lovely outdoor garden with food and drink service until late evening.

It was unseasonably hot while I was there and no AC, no cross ventilation, so the room got a little stuffy.

Cute little boutique hotel by the Alster with a stunning garden and a nice breakfast selection. Location is a little far from the city center but we knew this going into it and preferred being in a quieter part of town. There were lots of nearby restaurants and cafes too which was nice. The room was really simple but had most of everything we needed. We reserved parking for the night and the staff so kindly allowed us to keep our car there well after our checkout.

We couldn’t control the temperature in the room for some reason. It was a hot day and we had to open a window to prevent from sweating through the night.

Very cozy and nice hotel in a wonderful location, 10 minutes from the central station. Also very close to Alster lake! The room was already for check-in 3 hours later without additional cost. Room was very comfortable and clean, fully equipped according to the description. Even tissues were there! For sure a nice place to stay in Hamburg! Additionally, very nice support at the reception desk, I asked for a change to the invoice and it was delivered very quickly!

The design of the hotel and the rooms is fabulous. Lots of wood making it very cozy. I just loved it!

I stayed hear for three nights for a work trip. I found it cozy and comfortable, and loved the big window onto the garden. It was much nicer than staying in a soulless corporate hotel.

There is no coffee or tea making equipment in the room. I like to have a cup of coffee in bed before facing the world, so this was not ideal.

Very clean and nicely decorated entry with books and a sitting area.

Room was quite small for 2 travelers and suitcases, though very nice otherwise.

We got an upgrade to a nicer room, the reception staff were very friendly, the room itself was stylish clean and practical, we had a great time in Hamburg!

The design, decoration and cleanliness. Very convenient. Accommodating our dog was lovely too! They left her treats, bowls and a little sleeping mat.

Our coffee machine didn't work - but it wasn't a big problem for us! Lots of coffee shops around.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Good facilities available. The property is just one bus station away from the central station

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist, good central location of hotel and good breakfast buffet.

Rooms on street side were bit noisy on some nights when sleeping with open windows but this was not a big issue for us.

The garden is the very nice extra of this hotel, ideal for a drink or a breakfast with good weahter. For the rest: nice rooms, good breakfast, nice style. The neighbourhood is perfect, some restaurants and bars closeby in Lange Reihe, a few steps away from the Alster Lake.

It was a bit warm in the rooms at night, even with an open window, but that's just a detail.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It has a beautiful window that looks into the garden and it is a nice place to sit by and work. The staff is nice and welcoming, open to help with everything.

The location is within easy walking distance of the main station but quiet with a lovely large green garden. The Aussenalster is two minutes away in one direction and the Lange Reihe in the other, with many shops, cafés and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, the bed wonderfully comfortable and there was a good variety of lighting. The staff were quite lovely.

The room was rather dark, but that was due to the trees and the fact that we were on the ground floor. The bedside table tiny, with no drawer.

The location is excellent. It is close enough to the train station, but located in a very nice neighborhood and just a few minutes away from Lange Reihe, a street with many restaurants, cafes, and shops. In the other direction, it is just a few minutes from the Alster, which offers great opportunities for recreation. In addition, the breakfast is very good and the staff wonderful.

The stairs up to the bathroom were a problem in the middle of the night. The room was a decent size, but it was not easy for luggage. All the stairs, period,are a problem with luggage.

A comfortable hotel near the center of Hamburg in a quiet location with very friendly and very helpful staff. The room had all mod cons including a mini fridge and an in-room safe which is a bonus.

The breakfast was nice with a substantial selection of fresh food though maybe a little bit overpriced.

Every night of our stay we should have been provided with free fresh water. Its a small thing but had a major impact.

Over looking trees and gardens, our room was amazingly quiet and peaceful for somewhere so central. Well connected - just a short walk from the main railway station, subway and local restaurants. My family loved the split level room - though lots of stairs to climb! Great characterful modern design, using a mixture of warm natural materials and exposed concrete. A distinctive hotel - we enjoyed our stay and still talk about it now.

Beautiful courtyard with lush greenery was an added bonus to a well appointed classy hotel.

The room and facilities are excellent. Location is also very convenient. The staff is incredibly kind and useful. The only downside was breakfast, very expensive for the limited choices that were available. Overall, a very good experience, I would definitely recommend it!
