serious construction problems in the bathroom. the water is coming out, so much so that the floor was damaged.

Brilliant location, lovely room with a view over the canal, and a fabulous breakfast and little bar to sit in and have a quiet prosecco or two.

Great facilities, great location for us. Exceptional cleaning staff. Our room was immaculate every day.

The hotel is beautiful, linens and bed very comfy. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean and the bathrooms are large with plenty of vanity room, with nice rain shower! We really love this hotel! Booked it twice already with my husband and our friends and we will be back for sure! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Hamburg! Location is terrific!

I can’t say one negative word about this hotel. It’s perfect.

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location of the hotel. Canal view was a bonus.

There was a delicious breakfast, all staff were very friendly and the hotel is very well located to see the sights and for public transport

There were a couple of issues with the room, the basin plug did not fit so the water kept draining out and also a standard light socket did not fit. However, the hotel was excellent and, as they could not fix it immediately, they gave us some complimentary drinks

Nothing major. Would be nice if spa /wellness facilities were open. Bathrobes in denim not so comfy. Perhaps, when time comes to replace those, the hotel could consider the classics of a fluffy softer ones. Rooms are small! I think their names / grading are quite misleading vs their actual size and as above bathrooms take way too much space

Beautiful interiors , great artwork everywhere and a little open space outside the bar overlooking the river. walking distance to the miniature wonderland .

The shower leaked a bit into the room, we let them know and it didn't diminish our experience.
