Friendly staff, nice country style deco, nice breakfast with really good scrambled eggs

Great location, very nice room with extremely comfortable bed and lovely decor

The air extraction in the bathroom didn't work at all, but fortunately we could open the windows in the room for the necessary ventilation after a shower!

Location is perfect, 5 min from the main station and right into the city center. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Their vintage vibe is nice and rooms/hotel are full of details to complete such atmosphere (maybe too much at some point).

Wifi was not reaching properly the rooms at the end of the hallway floor and worked poorly; a repeater wouldn't hurt. I understand the building is old, but if you have early birds taking a shower in the rooms above you, the pipes make a LOT of noise so not nice if you have light sleep. Lastly, there are nice indications in case you lack small basic hygiene products so they can provide in the reception, however it would be nice to have at last one of those (e.g. conditioner) already in the room because realistically, nobody goes all the way down to reception again once ready to take a shower (and there is plenty of space for having such products ready).

Great place for an overnight stay when travelling by train as it is very near to the station, check in and out was quick & easy and food was available when I arrived relatively late and left fairly early

The quickest route from the station is down a rather dimly lit street - a little daunting when travelling alone. But second time around I knew to follow a different route down the main shopping street - it took 1 minute more

Great rooms with illy espresso machines :). Very centrally located, great for work and in and out to airport via close s bahn. better than average breakfast.

poor wi-fi, was hard to do zooms. also, couldn't do check-in before 3, but staff watched my bags.

An absolute delight of a hotel. It’s beautiful and has so much character. The staff are very helpful and kind. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, the sauna was wonderful, the free evening meal was an excellent and unexpected surprise. The breakfast is superb.

The location was excellent, but the car park was a few blocks away. Not a deal breaker but I wish I could’ve parked my car closer and also didn’t have to be responsible for a garage key and delivering it back after I left. It slowed the check in and check out process a bit.

Everything . Style comfort and location plus the spa

Reception staff so happy, welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic for walking and trains. Room very comfortable, shower powerful and the room had everything we could need. The breakfast was excellent and loved the honesty bar and selection of food available.

Room was well kitted out, light and airy. Interesting bespoke furniture and a great coffee machine.

Across the road was a construction site (but no issue for us) and there were limited parking spots available

The location near Hamburg Central Station is perfect. Everything in the room was perfect - we felt at home immediately. Staff was very friendly. There‘s a „public minibar“ where you can find everything you need and then take it to your room. So a very innovative and cozy hotel in the heart of Hamburg.

Location was excellent for all major attractions in Hamburg. Most within short walking distance and the city transportation system was close to the hotel

I would have preferred double duvet rather than a single. Also it is good to provide decaf coffee and tea.

Very warm welcome from the staff, lovely stylish shared area and very comfortable spacious room. Super comfortable bed and fab shower. Loved all the quirky touches.

Great location, homely atmosphere, evening snack was a happy surprise. We arrived 7am but reception kindly changed our room so we could checkin at once and get some rest!
