It's altogether a wonderful place. It's situated right in the center of Sternschanze but in an alley somewhat withdrawn from the street. You can actually hear birds in the morning - and no traffic.

Very convenient location (close to both S-bahn and U-bahn) in a vibrant neighbourhood. Spacious areas and terrace. Very welcoming reception process. Complete set of amenities, kitchen utensils...

No elevator (no problem as it was expected, but worth pointing out). However, some storage in the basement to make up for it (strollers...), which was helpful.

What a find, perfect location for our stay. Spotless and very comfy.

Great location, in lively but safe area of Hamburg with lots of nice cafes, bars, restaurants and independent shops. Not touristy, but popular with locals. Handy for S bahn to get to city and airport, but also possible to walk to city centre. An easy walk to Landungsbrucken where we picked up Elbe ferry for a great trip. Apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious - much more relaxing than staying in cramped hotel room. The Wifi is good. There is a free washing machine and dryer in basement which is very useful if you are staying a few days or have been travelling before.

The hostess was so nice, the apartment very clean and beautifully decorated. We could leave our bags in the reception both before check-in and after check-out. All in all a pleasant expererience.

There are two floor height differences (I think the English word is landings) in the apartment that are easy to miss. As two elderly ladies we were afraid to trip and hurt ourselves and some kind of color marking would be helpful. Further, the chairs are a bit too big for the space at the table, making it difficult to move around the table - we both hurt our heads on the lamp a couple of times. The u-bahn is approx a kilometere away, a bit far for our old legs, and the area quite spotted with grafitti.

A beautiful oasis in the middle of a fun and lively part of the city. Staff was nice. The accommodations were comfortable and stylish.

Small but so well-designed that had nearly everything we needed.

We would have liked an oven (not just a microwave) but not having one gave us a great excuse to explore the excellent & eclectic restaurants on our doorstep.

Beautiful , modern, very clean apartment. Every detail is top: delicious nespresso coffee , bottle of water, amazing quality of shower gel and cream. My husband and I enjoyed so much. The host of this apartment is very friendly lady . Thank you so much. We will come back:)

Had everything you needed. Very clean and tastefully decorated. All the mod cons microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. Lovely outside area to relax in. The property was very secure with on-call support if you needed it.

Roomy, clean and well equipped apartment, cooking facilities, free washing facilities in building. Pretty good location near many restaurants/ shops - not to far from public transport. Large balconies nice touch

No air conditioning - did have a few warm days, no English speaking TV channels, had to carry luggage up 3 levels.

Super friendly staff, well located, safe storage for our bikes and room was clean and well equipped.

The building is hidden in the quiet inner yard in the middle of the great and lively neighborhood fool of restaurants and bars. Even though the weather was super hot during our stay it was cool and pleasant in the apartment (and due to it being hidden in the inner block, it was relatively cooler even in the garden of the house). And the dyson fan helped a lot on the hottest day. The little terrace in front of the apartment is so lovely

We loved the location as it is close to downtown - we even walked there and back on a couple of occasions. Our room was very well organized and cozy. We had a balcony facing the backyard with comfy chairs and a coffee table where we enjoyed our breakfast every day. The area around the property is very lively, especially on weekends. Plenty of places to eat - small cafes, bars, pubs. Also, there are quite a lot of international cuisine options to choose from. Overall, we had a great time at the property and the area.

Closeness to family and amenities near by

That there was no lift as we were on the top floor, but we managed. Also it would be good to have larger bath towels, and the ones provided were not very big and did not cover me.

Clean, fresh, newish in a trendy area with many restaurants. Well appointed unit. Quiet despite being in a busy area.

We were on the third level without a lift but maybe our fault we didn’t ask for a lower level. Parking was a touch tricky 2 streets away but not insurmountable.

Free laundry facilities-awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived early and check in was available which was just fantastic. Great location close to walk to the exhibition. Comfortable accommodation - loved being able to sit on the balcony after the busy exhibition! Lovely touch giving guests a bottle of wine - thank you so much. Great local bars/restaurants nearby. Overall a really comfortable and great stay. We've booked for next year!
