Really nice apartment in a great location with loads of cafes and restaurants close by.

Little garden area was an added bonus!

Staff were super attentive and thoughtful.

We returned for a second stay here because we loved it so well the first time. Quiet, tasteful oasis in the heart of the hopping Schulterblatt neighborhood. Little things like free laundry, umbrellas, heated bathroom floors and lovely patio. Good coffee, excellent attention to detail.

This place! For such a hopping neighborhood, the quiet courtyard with grassy outdoor seating is an oasis of calm. Every detail in the apartments is tasteful and functional. The high ceilings add to the feeling of airy space. We've already booked to return.

Street entrance dirty, bins, didn’t feel safe. Better lighting would help.

Excellent facilities. Apartment was immaculately clean and tidy. Quiet location some way away from street. Reasonably central location. Groceries available nearby. Uber availability was prompt. Staff very helpful. Laundry room in basement.

The shower pressure was not as high as we like. The local area is rather marred by ugly graffiti which is not attractive, but that is not the apartment's responsibility of course.

Good location close to lots of restaurants.

It was a little noisy at times, but nothing that bothered us too much.

The bathroom door was squeaking too loudly.

Very convenient location (close to both S-bahn and U-bahn) in a vibrant neighbourhood.

No elevator (no problem as it was expected, but worth pointing out). However, some storage in the basement to make up for it (strollers...), which was helpful.

Great location, in lively but safe area of Hamburg with lots of nice cafes, bars, restaurants and independent shops. Not touristy, but popular with locals. Handy for S bahn to get to city and airport, but also possible to walk to city centre. An easy walk to Landungsbrucken where we picked up Elbe ferry for a great trip.
Apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious - much more relaxing than staying in cramped hotel room. The Wifi is good.
There is a free washing machine and dryer in basement which is very useful if you are staying a few days or have been travelling before.
