Roomy, clean and well equipped apartment, cooking facilities, free washing facilities in building. Pretty good location near many restaurants/ shops - not to far from public transport. Large balconies nice touch

No air conditioning - did have a few warm days, no English speaking TV channels, had to carry luggage up 3 levels.

Super friendly staff, well located, safe storage for our bikes and room was clean and well equipped.

The building is hidden in the quiet inner yard in the middle of the great and lively neighborhood fool of restaurants and bars. Even though the weather was super hot during our stay it was cool and pleasant in the apartment (and due to it being hidden in the inner block, it was relatively cooler even in the garden of the house). And the dyson fan helped a lot on the hottest day. The little terrace in front of the apartment is so lovely

We loved the location as it is close to downtown - we even walked there and back on a couple of occasions. Our room was very well organized and cozy. We had a balcony facing the backyard with comfy chairs and a coffee table where we enjoyed our breakfast every day. The area around the property is very lively, especially on weekends. Plenty of places to eat - small cafes, bars, pubs. Also, there are quite a lot of international cuisine options to choose from. Overall, we had a great time at the property and the area.

Closeness to family and amenities near by

That there was no lift as we were on the top floor, but we managed. Also it would be good to have larger bath towels, and the ones provided were not very big and did not cover me.

Clean, fresh, newish in a trendy area with many restaurants. Well appointed unit. Quiet despite being in a busy area.

We were on the third level without a lift but maybe our fault we didn’t ask for a lower level. Parking was a touch tricky 2 streets away but not insurmountable.

Free laundry facilities-awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived early and check in was available which was just fantastic. Great location close to walk to the exhibition. Comfortable accommodation - loved being able to sit on the balcony after the busy exhibition! Lovely touch giving guests a bottle of wine - thank you so much. Great local bars/restaurants nearby. Overall a really comfortable and great stay. We've booked for next year!

Loved the decor and the cute balcony and the location was fab.

There was no air con so room was a bit warm.

Both the apartments booked were lovely. They were exactly as seen on the website. Spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfy. There are lots of shops, eating places and bars on your doorstep but as the apartments are set back from the main street you don’t hear any noise. You can walk literally anywhere in Hamburg from the apartments. You are around 35 mins walk into the centre but plenty of places to stop on the way. There is a shopping mall near to the apartments with a couple of cheap supermarkets and eating places. The staff at the apartments we dealt in person and via email couldn’t do enough to help. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

We liked the apartment. It was nicely furnished. The office staff were helpful. It is very nice that there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The location is very central and in an interesting area. The bed was very comfortable.

I think it would be nice to have some time of mini oven as there is a hob and microwave but no oven so this restricts what type of food can be prepared. The website should explain the need to contact the office before arrival to get all the information for the door codes. By the time we arrived there was no one there and it could have been very difficult if I had not been able to access my email. I had to ring earlier to obtain the email, it was not sent automatically. There also needs to be more information about how to park the car to unload as we did not understand we had to open gates to drive in. It would also have been nice if there had been an extra cover for the bed such as a blanket.

Comfortable bed, clean and luxurious bathroom and kitchen, nice balcony and courtyard for summertime. Light apartment due to windows facing in 3 directions.

Lack of light in bathroom and by mirror in kitchen. Not enough light for putting on make-up. Barstools and high table - would have preferred normal chairs and normal hight of table.

A great apartment in a lovely and multicultural neighborhood. Great vibe! Comfortable, clean, and warm. A fully equipped kitchen and closet (with iron equipment). We loved the music in the bathroom. Great idea! We enjoyed our stay!

The kindness of the staff The style of the apartment

The studio apartments were beautifully designed. Everything fit together and the most was made of a relatively small space. For example, there were high and ample cupboards for clothes that had a nice night table with a lamp for reading in bed built in. The apartment looked out on a nice garden that was extraordinarily quiet, given that Schulterblatt is a lively street full of restaurants and cafés.

We had problems re-entering the garage (some 200 meters away from the apartment) when our car was parked there. The instructions could be much clearer, for example, by including photos of the entrance. We had accidentally entered through the exit of the garage which was locked at later occasions; and we didn't know that the entrance was quite a bit farther on the same street.

A really nice place to stay in one of Hamburgs pretty attractive and lively areas. The place is newly renovated, has good interiors and is lovely designed. Staff was pretty friendly, called me upfront to clarify checkin time and procedure. Self checkin was just smooth and easy. I really liked the place, it really gave me a being home feeling. I do definitely recommend the place and will stay there another time.

Everything about the unit was perfect. Very clean, enough space, modern finishes. Centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants.

My room was on the top floor, so with heavy suitcases, not as easy to access.
