Stayed here before. Great location, 5 min. Walk to central train station, shops, restaurants and bars.

Very efficient check in with plenty of staff who were friendly and professional. Good room and overall nice decor and ambience. Very good that my dog was allowed in all areas as well.

Parking in the rather tight and old NCP car park next door wasn’t great but not the fault of Motel One.

Great staff, hotel well positioned for rail, city centre and Wetherspoons🤭. Very clean room.

Louie at the bar was an exceptional guest customer service provider!

No control over the air flow in my room. Even just letting the fan run !

The location was great and everything we needed was nearby. Room was more spacious than the standard room, so we could move around easier. Bed was comfy. Shower was strong. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I felt a bit of disappointment with the room compared to the pictures. There was an odd void; blank walls.

Really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Also, it is in a great location, so close to the rail station. Staff were friendly and really helpful if there was anything you required.

We got back to room at 4am after scotland game and sunlight was peeking thru 1 side of curtain (at wall). Was wee bit of a pain till we dozed off

Location of this hotel was great! Right outside Central Station and the main shopping streets. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view into to street below.

It was quite pricey for just one night but that’s to be expected when there is a concert on the same night.

They only had decaf coffee in the room, tried asking for it and they said only decaff was avaible at the moment

Excellent location, nice decor and reception/lounge. Felt safe with security on the door.

Noisy outside woken up at 4am with singing from outside which I know couldn’t be helped given the Scotland game.

Location and the fact it is a daily room clean with fresh towels and hand towels. Unlike some hotels trying to cut costs by not cleaning toilets and replacing towels & toiletries not realising that cleanliness and hygiene are top priority of most guests.

For double they only have one chair. Hopefully they should at least have a foldable chair in the room.

It was so central and a very comfortable and beautiful hotel with pleasant & professional staff.

The room was small but sufficient, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect. They also have a really nice bar in the lobby.

The rooms were very cold. I tried to adjust the heating, but it would only go up to a certain level. The hotel should consider that some guests may be coming from much warmer climates and might find Glasgow's summer temperatures quite chilly :)

The staff at check in desk when we arrived and checked out were very helpful.

Felt our room a bit on the small side and a little claustrophobic for my liking, not much room round the bed etc!

Very central as we were attending a concert at hampden, deffo ideal straight of train back to hotel. Hotel is lovely, highly recommend.

Nothing major but bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and trying to charge our phones sockets weren’t working properly.

The staff were all lovely, friendly & efficient. The location was good close to everything we wanted.

The breakfast was rather expensive for what it was. The room was a bit small, not much room to open up our big suitecases.

Really nice modern room with great facilities, spotlessly clean and a good bathroom. Amazingly quiet at night despite the location right next to Glasgow Central station.

The room was a little compact and the breakfast option was very limited for the price, but neither were a big issue.

It was clean the room are spacious, clean and the staff are very welcoming.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

We couldn't get what we wanted to drink at the bar. There was no peach schnapps. And no prosecco, which we were told they hadn't had any prosecco for 2 or 3 days.
