Motel One, Glasgow

The bed was incredibly comfortable, shower was amazing. Hotel overall was so clean and the staff were lovely. Close to all the shops and the train station.

There’s no air conditioning, the hotel was extremely warm, had to get a fan but didn’t really change much.

The room was very comfortable and our room had a great view. The reception and bar are very comfortable and stylish. Convient location for shops , bar and restaurants. This was our third visit, we will definitely be back

Beautiful hotel. Lovely comfortable reception area. Room was spacious and ideal for a wheelchair user. The bed was super comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Great central location

Clean,comfortable,staff were friendly and helpful, great location, have stayed there several times.

Too hot in the room! had heating turned down and windows open, closed them at night it was hot through the night. Doesn’t put us off though, have stayed there several times before.

Hotel was lovely and clean . Reception was very eager to help and nothing was a problem . Area was perfect close to shops and pubs .

Breakfast is continental . Miss a hot breakfast . Was in a disabled room pull cords beside beds and in bathroom along with handles everywhere . Bar had no draught beer .

We could take our dig with us. Very helpful and friendly

It had all the basics but also some extras, plus was very modern and walkable to most every place! In the city center BUT right on the edge. Also very secure.

As a foreigner, I didn't know it was required to keep my room key in the wall slot to activate the electricity... would be nice to include those instructions instead of being embarrassed by asking for maintenance. The room was excessively warm, and difficult to adjust the temp... felt embarrassed to ask about that.

No Fridge in the room

The location is exceptional directly next to the train station and in the heart of the city - we could walk everywhere and head out with the train the next morning. Also, very clean rooms, great vibe, great staff! Really, this was an exceptional visit for us! Thanks for letting us check in early.

We were there for a gig at the Hydro & the location was great for the train shopping places to eat.... excellent 👍

This is a small complaint, but the room was so hot we didn't get much sleep and I didn't particularly like the style of the pillows, different shapes and firmness.

Decor vibe, checkout times. The new toiletries, which smell a lot better.

Plastic coffee cups, Hospitality tray had only two coffee sachets. The mattress, which consisted of two; wasn't the comfiest if you slept in the middle of the bed.
