Clean hotel with a very nice foyer and lounge. Next to the station and car hire and very central.
Breakfast was very nice and there was good variety. All very fresh and replenished quickly. We had a accessible room so it was spacious but the standard rooms are quite small. Very clean throughout and a very comfortable bed.
The price, we stayed for a night at the beginning of our holiday and 13 nights later the price was £30 more.

Great location, great service, great comfortable room.
Location was great, so close to the station when it was pouring with rain. The size of the room, the cleanliness and the friendly staff were all good. The number of pillows was spot on.
This is being really nit picky, but...
For the size of the room, the bathroom was a bit cramped. But it was fine.
The bathroom door mechanism was annoying, not easy to close or open and no lock.
A table or console under the TV area would be useful to put things on

Great hotel in excellent location
I have stayed at Motel One many times and have always been very impressed by the facilities and the staff.I came to drop my case off early and was very pleased to be offered check in at that time as my room was ready. Emma was also very helpful when I couldn't access my room and gave me tips in using the key card and opening the door.
The sound proofing was brilliant as I could not hear any noise from the road works outside
I had no issues apart from the muscle power needed to open the door to the bedroom.That was more about my strength rather than any fault as I know the door needs to be heavy as it's a fire door.I must be getting old lol😆

Brilliant, clean, friendly hotel with great location!
All the staff were professional and friendly, it was very clean throughout the reception, hallways, lift and room. Beds and pillows were very comfy, and the temperature of the room was easily controlled. The food at breakfast was fresh and delicious with great dairy free options! Oksana, the staff member that cleaned our room did an excellent job! Great drinks at the bar at nighttime.
If I had to say anything it would be that the shower tray was a bit creaky and annoying but it didn’t stop the use of the shower and it certainly wasn’t something that I would ‘complain’ about.

Quiet and friendly hotel centrally located
Fantastic central location right by the station and yet very quiet. The room was clean with everything except a fridge. Staff were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage securely before checking in when we arrived early.
There was no cooked breakfast but plenty of choice of breads and cold meats. The price was good by city standards and considering the location.
A fridge in the room and some bananas for breakfast would be nice.

Lovely hotel and room and ideal location for my needs.
Very nice and clean hotel with great facilities
No early check in. A lot of people were attending the Metallica concert and needed to be at stadium early so people had to check in at 2330h. However, staff were great and quick process and had a system to leave luggage before check in
