Motel One, Glasgow

Stayed before a few times so know it's a good hotel & location is great as right across the road from Central Station. Lovely staff also.

Met all needs

I was really surprised by this property - in a good way. The architecture was on point, and the room layout was just right for one person. Very clean and tidy. The staff were super helpful and polite. The breakfast was definitely more than I expected - great variety considering the price of the room. If I come back to Glasgow, this is most definitely the place I'll be staying at.

My only feedback would be to have teas other than English breakfast in the room. Maybe some options of non-caffeinated tea would have been very welcome.

Very clean

Went for breakfast at 10.20 and it was only cereals left. All the cooked breakfast was away so we didn’t get a cooked breakfast even though it was advertised for 11am cut off for breakfast. Money wasted !

The hotel is very clean and cosy, the staff were lovely.

My only disappointment was it only offers a continental breakfast and not a cooked breakfast, but it does state that when booking and I didn’t spot that prior to booking, but the continental breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

Only a small issue with the tap in the bathroom it was hard to tell which way was cold and hot .

The location was fantastic! And I messed up by leaving something personal at the hotel and they’ve been so accommodating and posting it back! Cannot fault this hotel and would stay again!

Good selection for breakfast and made gluten free toast immediately after I asked about it. The bar was lovely, a good place to relax in.

Staff were lovely, the hotel room was excellent. We had a great view over hope street and can’t get a better location. Great value for money! We stayed here last year and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend

Nothing for us, our stay was spit on however it is city centre based so I would think some rooms might be affected by street noise especially as the pubs and clubs close.

This was the first time we had even heard of Motel One, found during a search of Booking.com. Our stay was in the middle of the festive period, and it was a fantastic location for a nice dinner and a cinema trip. We would highly recommend.

So close to the train station which we appreciated. The hotel itself is so nice, loved our room, and restaurants also close by. If we are ever able to visit Glasgow again, we would definitely stay at Motel One Glasgow.

Right outside central station. Hotel was nice inside and staff were friendly. Im sure the lady said it was 12 o'clock checkout which is also really good.

Nothing really the room was a bit small and compact but still cant complain for the price.

There was an incident with my ex partner who followed me, attacked me and took my phone. The manger on duty that night went above and beyond to help me and make me feel safe. Can not thank this gentleman enough for what he done for me.
