Wonderful decoration, stunning art deco style, really different. Very comfortable room. Good was delicious. Very central

The instructions to get from the parkade to the hotel were very unclear and it is quite far from the hotel.

Good location, staff super friendly, excellent service. Loved that it was pet friendly at no extra cost and they very helpfully provided a dog bed, very close to all the local amenities. Very grand architecture inside, champagne bar has views over the station and the breakfast in the morning (buffet) was very good. Huge selection and all tasty. Made use of the room service also, fast delivery!

Check in was smooth and efficient, room was clean, warm and comfortable. Very quiet, no external noise at all. Comfy bed, nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the station with any number of eating places around.

- the parking garage is not directly at the hotel, which makes it a little less convenient, but the closest QPark is only 300m away

The breakfast was excellent, and the location at the train station was extremely convenient for me. My room was bigger, cleaner, and brighter than expected because I booked a single room and bed.

The wall in the bathroom was a little sonically thin and I could hear a neighboring conversation in the morning, but it did not bother me at all in my main bedroom. I had a quiet and restful night.

Everything was very good about this hotel, from Friendly staff, great breakfast, location, most definitely would stay again when back in Glasgow. Choices for breakfast were excellent. This hotel has great character, lovely features.

Apart from the room being a little on the cold side,everything else was perfect-the location was great, staff were friendly, the room was spacious,clean and tidy.

The room was lovely, comfortable and clean and some nice touches like a bottle of water and some biscuits.

Always go to this hotel as I feel at home there and it is in the best location. Staff are awesome, beds are extra comfy. Got a smaller than usual room this time which wasn't quite as nice to hang out it.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The addition of the capacity to cast from your phone is also a boon. The staff were excellent, and the fact that Champagne Central is in the hotel too is also a boon.

It is s beautiful, historic hotel in a great location. The service was wonderful and the room was spacious.

Staff were lovely. It’s a beautiful old traditional hotel in the heart of Glasgow, with a modern twist, loved all the little details. Even though it is next to Central Station it is very quiet. The sweeping stairs are amazing, we were on the 5th floor so if you want to get those steps in use the stairs, there is of course a lift too.

voco Grand Central is always our first choice of hotel when we come to Glasgow. Straight off the train cross the concourse and you are there. A visit to the champagne bar is a must do!!

Brilliant central location at Glasgow Central Station. Friendly attentive staff. Rooms were modern and clean. Good hearty breakfast.

Very friendly, professional staff. Clean, bright and tastefully decorated room and fantastic choice at breakfast.

With regard to the bathroom in our room (339) the plugs in both bath and sink didn't house properly in their respective plug holes, so having a bath instead of a shower wasn't an option. While this wasn't really an issue for either of us, it might prove so for other guests. Having a shave, however, was a bit more annoying as turning the tap on and off in order to save water, just to rinse my blade got a bit repetitive. Just little things, I know, but it's often the little things that make a difference to a good day and a great one.

The room was great, clean and roomy. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which is extra but worth every penny. The location is above the metro but you cannot hear any noise and even know that you are on top of the station.

The parking is in another garage and is discounted, but it is a short walk to the hotel. It's easy to get to, when you put in the location in GPS before you arrive.
