Excellent hotel in prime location a few metres from train platforms. Very quiet, large room.
Very classy hotel and great staff. Large room, nicely furnished. Nice to see an old building that has not been compromised. Champagne bar nice to sit in whilst waiting for train back home.

The location.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Delicious Martini Rosso and lemonade in the bar. Many places don't have Martini Rosso now.
The room on the 5th floor which we were originally appointed to had a constant humming noise. However, the staff were very courteous and I was able to change the room easily to a better one on the 4th floor.
Information about how to work the air conditioning unit. My husband eventually managed to switch it off.
Lift quite slow.
