Exquisite building

Our room was quite small but comfortable

Great location adjacent /in the central train station. This is a large, stately, old world feel hotel in remarkably good condition.

At check in we confirmed the exact room type we had booked. Staff agreed. Unfortunately, as we entered the room, we realized we’d not been given the upgraded room booked and paid for. To their credit they immediately provide us with the correct room type.

Excellent location for event attendance, good facilities.

Everything was great.

A great hotel in Central Glasgow. Great room, very comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom and great in-room entertainment. The breakfast was amazing! We stayed for one night and wish we stayed for longer.

Room was on the smaller side.

I love EVERYTHING, the environment, location, staff in every area of the venue , comfort, quality of food and drink , ALLL of it !

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Mark from Concierge and front office. Large well appointed room as well as having a fabulous Champagne/lounge Bar. The location was excellent.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We were informed that breakfast would be finished in 20 mins when we went to the dining room. We felt unwelcome.

The light from the billboard kept flashing and the blinds did not cover or blank out the light from outside

Location is perfect right next to station. The room felt comfortable and provided everything I needed and expected.

The bathroom could use a towel rail you can reach from the shower over bath or even a table next to the tub. As if I was any shorter I would have been able to reach it.

Great location at the heart of glasgow and direct access to train station.

Extending our stay for one more night was not possible and staff claimed there was not enough rooms and huge price difference. Went ton booking and there were plenty of rooms available and for same price. Staff should help and not complicate things.

Cheerful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good location. Excellent breakfast /not included but good value, plentiful and well-cooked. Comfy bed. Clean. Next to Railroad station, but no noise or smell from it.
