Point A Hotel, Glasgow

Staff were very friendly, easy to check in. Bed was comfy. Breakfast is worth the money.

More Storage in the room, no shelves or drawers.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had a windowless room which I like as you do not get street noise, though you may get noise from within the hotel. The staff here are lovely.

I had stated a gluten-free requirement for breakfast. The bread/croissant took quite a while to arrive, I could not understand why these were not already available and the croissant was on the hard side. If I'm honest I thought the breakfast was a tad expensive for what I was able to have. It may be ok for people who are fortunate enough to be able to eat what they wish.

No kettle in the room. Pillows were uncomfortable. Only 1 bedside table. Very small room and bathroom

The property was very well located to the bus and train networks, with an abundance of great places to dine and drink. Also very close to Buchanan St for all your shopping needs.

I didn’t like the fact that the price of the room was more than what it normally is for one night

Rooms a little tired!!!

Small but perfectly formed room , cleverly designed to make the most of the space. Well lit, despite the absence of a conventional window, with effective aircon. Adequate for an overnight or short break. Short walk from Queen Street station and main shopping streets. Continental breakfast available at extra charge. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast buffet was in a rather confined area. Became crowded when a coach party appeared for breakfast. No tea/coffee facilities in room, but hot drinks available from reception.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is also very good and easy to find. Breakfast was good but nothing hot. The lady at the restaurant making coffees she was a gem as were the reception staff. great place to just get your head down and it was quiet.

bathroom needs an overhaul, as with a small bathroom it wasn't easy to get in and out of especially when you need to turn the water on. it also leaked all over the floor. On the plus side it was very clean.

My room was tiny, hardly any space to put the luggage. Breakfast could be improved. But overall I had a great experience and I will surely come back.

Great location to all train stations and bus station. Great for doing day trips from either Glasgow or Edinburgh. Clean. Comfortable. Good size. Lovely staff.

Great location. Very clean and modern.

Bathroom door in a twin bed room was glass which did not close properly. Not great when sharing a room. No kettle in room either. Hot drinks available at reception. Receptionist even made me a cup of tea at 1.30am.
