Efficient and inexpensive.

Noisy neighbors but not all night or anything. I didn’t like that anyone could enter elevator. There were staff at front desk but how could they know who was sneaking in and who had a key?

It was very noisy Friday and Saturday nights till well after 3am with street noise, but it may just have been the fact it was Halloween. My room’s heating/cooling system was not working properly. Staff were apologetic when I reported this on checkout - didn’t bother earlier as temp was OK without any manual adjustment. Booking directly would have qualified for free breakfast so disappointed that Booking.com didn’t give any advantage.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Central location great for shopping and choices of restaurants. Will stay again in the near future.

No facilities, no bar, only a coffee machine behind reception and a vending machine. Tiny room, broken safe.

Very understanding evening staff, tried to find solution to issue with a broken safe, bringing options. Very clean, quiet despite location, good breakfast but no cooked food unfortunately.

Safe was broken and maintenance had been to see the issue before we arrived, but defined the problem as "cosmetic" when actually the safe was unusable and door couldn't be opened as the keypad was hanging off!! They didn't do a proper check. But chilly in the room and the heating is a fan, so blowing air. Breakfast Team did not have our prepaid breakfast on the list and wanted to charge us again. I had to prove with my Booking Confirmation as I was sure I booked, but I am sure a young lady after me was made uncertain with their questioning and paid twice!

Excellent location, good price compared with other hotels very nice breakfast with good serving times and that it was included in the price. I liked that I could leave my luggage after checking out. I thought the security of the hotel was very good. I have stayed here before and i would definately return.

The bathroom door doesnt lock, pillows were hard and i would have liked a toast machine at breakfast.and a bigger milk jug.

Really central location, our room was perfect for my son & I visiting Glasgow for a football match. Point A is a straightforward hotel that gives guests a stay with no complication.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean, the facilities nice, the bathroom a bit small but a gem nonetheless. We were not expecting much from our room without a window, afraid it would feel claustrophobic, but we were positively surprised because it felt like any other room. The room was also pretty quiet. Would definitely come back!

There was no electrical plug on one of the sides of the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. Also we would have appreciated having a second chair/stool in the room.

Modern clean, near pubs/restaurants. Good shower and fancy light options for the room, changing different colours or flashing.

Could have done with kettle, but room wasn’t large possibly for it. The safety box was broken so couldn’t use it.luckily weren’t from abroad, to put travel money and passports in.

Great location for my concert at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and the train station. Room was fine, clean, got a window I wasn't expecting even though the view was of a roof. For the price I paid and the convenience of it's location I was more than happy with my room. Your staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Would probably stay here again

You have the noisiest plumbing! I heard every toilet being flushed, not a kind of in the distance sound but almost as though I was in the same room as them;. If return I'm bringing earplugs!

Good location and nice clean room. Good shower although bathroom is a bit small. Probably not for long stay but great for stopover.

It was all about the location. Perfect for what we needed. We did not stay for long and we had to catch our flight early in the morning. It was all good.

Very clean hotel at a good location in a walking distance from the bus and train station.

The breakfast goold be much better as does not represents the normal English breakfast. Very small room.

Great location, street mall just around the corner, bus and train stations are also not too far. Easy check in/out.

There are steps in Level 1 where you had to lift your luggages. The room is small for a double bed size with minimal gap between the walls and the bed.

No drinks available in room. So you have get up and dressed to go down to open reception to purchase tea or coffee for £1.75. Which is expensive if you like your beverages.. so chilly in a room is not really happens.
