Beautiful hotel in a good central location

Residents only having restricted access to the spa during early mornings or evenings

Breakfast was excellent and we were made to feel welcome by the staff .

The room was INCREDIBLE! The snacks, bed, bathroom, robes - everything was top notch. We used the spa too - just wow. Loved it. We will be back for sure.

Nothing really it was just what we needed

Amazing place for a relaxing staycation. Beautiful rooms that are comfortable and exceptional spa facilities. All staff are very friendly and helpful especially the gentlemen at the front doors upon arrival.

The snow room was out of order which i wish could have been mentioned prior as was a little disappointed when arrived.

Main restaurant was closed and the spa upgrade didn't seem much different ice room still closed and a few hot bedsnot working I had a leg injury there is not enough relax beds or seated area for the amount of people allowed in

The overnight stay was perfect! The staff were so helpful and the spa was lovely and so relaxing, had room service breakfast brought to our room staff went above and beyond and the hotel is central to everything. Amazing stay

Location and staff

It was an exceptional 4 star hotel. The feeling was that they ticked the boxes to get 5 stars but fell short of the 5 star experience.
Would stay again because staff were very good and location.

The hotel staff were so so friendly! The food at breakfast fantastic. Not so gone on the evening meal!
Spa and small pool are incredible. Please note it is only available in early morning and evening 5pm until 8pm

Evening menu is not great and alot of oil on the fish dishes.

Rooms were well equipped. Excellent shower and bathing products. Good heating/cooling system. Comfortable bed and pillows. Free soft drinks in mini bar.

Good location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast. Most of the staff went over and above to help, lovely atmosphere.

Room was a bit hot & tv didn’t work. We had to queue to get in the spa but it wasn’t for too long. Overall really really good.

Beautiful property especially the restaurant area. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, we felt welcome from the minute we walked in. Happy hour in the lobby was a nice touch and a perfect way to start our weekend - not something you get in many hotels. Room was lovely, although some of the bedding and carpets seemed a little tired but overall very impressed. I wish we had been there longer to enjoy it some more. Complimentary mini bar (soft drinks & snacks) was a lovely surprise too. Breakfast was delicious, nice touch with ginger and lemon shots being handed out.

The spa felt a little tired in some areas and the snow sauna was a little disappointing. Some of the carpets around the hotel were stained and marked but appreciate there’s a lot of wear & tear in busy hotels. There was nothing at all that would put us off going back however had we paid a peak night at a higher rate, we may have expected a little more from the quality.
