94DR is a boutique bed and breakfast set in a Victorian house only two blocks from Holyrood Park. Located about 1.6 kilometers from the city center of Edinburgh, this hotel is a short distance from the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Palace, the New Scottish Parliament, and several bustling shopping streets. You’ll also find numerous cafes, bars, theaters, parks, and restaurants within walking distance.
Comprising only six guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms, 94DR accommodates up to 12 people. Each room is individually decorated, featuring a modern twist on the traditional Victorian townhouse.
