The whole experience was excellent.

Excellent location. Liked rooms and bathrooms. Quality of breakfast.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived after check in time. So we went to the bar and it was very hard to get seating even though we were residents. Breakfast order had to be sent back because they got it wrong. Valet and concierge was a mess upon dropping and retrieval. When picking up my car they came to after 10 minutes of waiting to say they had lost my keys and could i help them search for them. No room for us at restaurant at breakfast even though were were down very early.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great location. We walked to all the major attractions! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Variety of restaurants/lounge area to choose from within the hotel. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Hospitality, generosity, prompt action, professionalism. I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel location was amazing. The staff were so kind and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and everything felt comfortable and easy. It’s the kind of place I’d happily come back to and recommend to friends.

The breakfast is amazing. You must partake! The flowers at reception are quite something! We stayed in two suites which were stunning. This hotel is right in the centre which makes it very convenient for everything. Our beds were very, very comfortable and the room had lots of nice touches. This is my 2nd time at this hotel and each stay has brought many happy memories.

The hotel was extremely busy on the day we checked in and there was a slightly late checkin but we offered a round of cocktails which made up for any inconvenience. Not really a bad moment.

Hotel is lovely ,central, great bathroom amenities and the bedroom turndown was unexpected but classy. An expensive experience tbh. A one time treat.

Overall my stay was comfortable but I did find the pillows to be quite hard,which unfortunately led to a sore neck in the morning . A softer pillow option would have made a difference . Something to consider for future guests.

We did not have breakfast; our flight was very early. The duty manger personally came to the room, and knocked on the door to ensure we were awake. The wake up call was malfunctioning. Much appreciated the attention to detail.

The staff and room were fantastic. We had a super experience and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location! But more than that, loved the staff. We inadvertently left our passports behind and Eddie and Layla went out of their way to get them to us at the airport - they were absolute life savers. Thank you!

I have stayed there many times, best location, walking distance to all attractions. A bit pricey but worthy it.

They will need to do some updating to the hallways at some point, carpets looking a bit tired

The location, staff and facilities were generally excellent. We were able to walk to everything and felt safe.

One of the staff at Sidecar bar front desk was short and abrupt. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a back dress and hard dark hair. I asked her if we could take our drink to the lobby. Her response was “absolutely not”. A no because … would he be been much more appropriate for a staff at a hotel ov such caliber.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect center city location. Loved the “sealable” windows to keep out sounds of a very lively city. Staff was extra friendly and helpful.

Electrical connections were confusing. Even w an adapter the outlet in the bathroom did not accommodate.

The best hotel in Dublin in-terms of location, service, cleanliness, staff and seriously the reception staff were the best ever

Upgrade to a very nice suite

Exceptionally friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble, excellent.

Staff were friendly did everything to go above and beyond for us. The sidecar bar was a lovely spot for a cocktail we also got two free vouchers for drinks and a complementary drink was also given to us.

Breakfast was too overpriced especially for the portion size and it wasn’t included in the stay. I think it should be included especially for the price you’re paying for to stay there.
