Beautiful hotel, loved the decor as it was just the style I love!

Nothing at all, would like to have had the pool open later maybe to 10. But that was only because I arrived late in the evening.

The location was perfect for us. We were upgraded to a premium room which was great. Luckily there were plenty of places to get food in the area.

We couldn't get a seat for food at the bar as it was full. It hadn't been suggested that we should book ahead. We have received an apology from the Hotel management.

We stayed here for Our First Wedding Anniversary. The staff especially Benjamin the Concierge made sure that it was a very special stay at the hotel. We will definitely be coming back. He sorted out our parking and check in as well as organizing a table for our evening meal and he even checked us out. His attention to detail was excellent.

The friendly welcoming staff, the spa which we could use before check in, the room was immaculate with all luxuries you would expect and more. We loved the big comfortable bed. Room service was also second to none. And the breakfast… probably one if not the best we have ever had. We will be back!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the receptionist was particularly friendly and very attentive. I had said it was for a birthday and we received an upgrade and a treat to the room, the service was exceptional!

I loved the bedroom, hallway, the staff were very polite and respectful, the room was very clean, breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very helpful if I had any questions.

There was nothing I didn’t dislike about the property.

Everything. The hotel is luxurious in a good location, walking distance to the Aviva Stadium. Staff were warm, friendly, courteous, complimentary, and offered us interesting history and insights into the design of the building and the area.

There was nothing not to like.

Room lacked amenities. Lighting configuration in the room a bit off and not thought through.

No stairs only option is lift Revolving door stopped at times leading to feeling slightly trapped

The hotel is well located and offers great facilities. The view from the room was great. The breakfast was good with big variety of food.

The hotel might need more staff at the reception. We had to wait quite long for the check-in.
