The beds where comfortable and the room clean, the staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast was the best I have ever seen in a hotel 🥰

It would have been nice if there was a spa or just a hot tub and a sauna, the doors could have been better soundproofed since I heard well when people were walking past it

Top.class hotel, true to its 5 star rating in every way. Excellent facilities, beautiful decor, and service were excellent throughout. Tomás, the restaurant manager, was so lovely, both professional and charming, a real asset to the hotel. Our room was upgraded as it was my husbands 60th. A beautiful chocolate presentation brought to our room after arrival and a further 'Happy 60th' birthday sweet presented after our dinner. I can not thank the staff enough for making our stay so special. This hotel delivers in every way. We will be back! X

Some drilling work started about 9:30am, I was awake and up, so it didn't disturb me, but I was on a call and it made it difficult to concentrate. I cant imagine this is normal for the hotel, other than that, stay was great.

The location of the property was excellent within walking distance to the centre of the city . The staff were helpful and accommodating . Facilities within the hotel were very good , and the room inviting quiet, clean and very comfortable . We brought our dog and had no problems . Very nice hotel.

I didn’t like that our hotel room looked out over rooftop ventilation. Plus our room was next door to the service entrance and exit so was a bit noisy. Also, one of the elevators was out of service. Long wait times for the elevator.

We upgraded our room to a really lovely suite. Staff at reception, bar and especially at breakfast were really friendly and helpful.

The fact that only one lift was operating was annoying as it meant long delays at both breakfast and checkout time.

Beautiful mid size room. Fabulous Comfy bedding and linens, many pillows, sleeping in a king size bed was glorious! Turn down service. Closed the beautiful drapes, turned down bed. Wonderful bathroom with nice shower, great water pressure and lighted makeup mirror. Oversized towels. Scented soaps. Helpful front desk and valet. Contacted a taxi for me and gave me directions. Lovely lobby, plush seating, fresh flowers. Choice of fine and Terrace dining on property. Maintenance responded in a second to my needs. Clean lines, efficient furnishings, a desk with built in charging station for working on laptop or charging phone. Comfortable seating for relaxing or working.

The lighting in the room. Many lights and switches, with a master switch that if not done in the right order, couldn’t get lights to work in bathroom and one wall of the room. Had to call maintenance, who arrived in a flash, and turned the lights on with a flick of a switch. I felt stupid and of course had to get dressed in a hurry to let him in. When the front desk asked about my stay, I explained the lighting difficulties. She said that happens to so many people, and management is aware of the numerous complaints. But chose not to address it. The outdoor Terrace was not as Gluten Free as most restaurants in Ireland. My first choice was a burger, no GF roll and I asked for the meat to be cooked medium rare , they said the kitchen only serves meat medium well. This is the only time I have had this experience in any restaurant in Ireland. My second choice was a Tofu curry with rice. Very disappointed in small portion size. Below average, not much Tofu, broccoli was not cut to notable size. You could just tell very little effort went into making this meal, no side dish or garnish. I left hungry. The view from the Terrace dining was beautiful, lots of indoor and outdoor dining. Yet, a price was charged that was in keeping with the posh hotel environment. One elevator was not working. It seemed like the problems with the property were all corporate. The staff were lovely and doing what they could to deal with lighting and food issues.

The hotel is lovely and the staff was extremely helpful, even when we had a last minute change due to illness in the family. Breakfast was excellent.

The downstairs restaurant was useful but the food was just okay for the price.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were extremely courteous, the hotel was within walking distance of most attractions and in a very safe area. The breakfast and all meals within the hotel were excellent.

The staff was phenomenal. Truly this is what makes a 5 star hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. From check in, to room service, to check out, to helping arrange taxis, I've not a single complaint! The shower / bath was super (lots of options for how you want to wash up), and the shampoo didn't make my hair ultra dry. The room layout was great, and our room had an awesome window nook that we loved!

Bed was fairly stiff. It was the only real main detractor for the stay. Only other thing to note is the bath did have someone else's hair in it, but I didn't notice until I got in the bath, so it wasn't easy to see. Could be the lighting of the shower area itself is dimmer which makes things hard to see even when cleaning.

Excellent hotel, fab location, food was amazing, beautiful rooms, thee comfiest beds, staff were brilliant, will definitely be back!

First off, the staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. They answered any and all questions we had regarding the area and our stay. Traveling with a baby can be challenging and they were very understanding and accommodated our child's needs. An example we requested a baby cot and they went beyond the request by providing a bathtub, towel, pillow, and blanket. This alone showed they care about all their guest no matter how little they are. Additionally, the breakfast was phenomenal the eggs benedict and pancakes were our favorite. Apart from the many amazing coffee options they had a self-serve mimosa and bloody mary bar. Lastly, the location/atmosphere was great there are a few parks nearby to stroll in or take the kids to play in. There were many great food options that are only about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It smelled amazing in there as well. 10/10.

we had to wait over an hour after 3pm for check in breakfast seemed understaffed and there was a long queue of guests waiting to get in up to 11am the hotel is due a make-over - decor (particularly bar) feels dark and outdated

Breakfast was excellent and the Staff were all very friendly. The location of the Conrad is fantastic just a short walk from the center of Dublin.

Only one lift was working all weekend to service all floors so there was quite a wait at times to access the upper floors.

Exceptional, quality, comfort, location...had it all.
