Clean and friendly staff

Wow, this hotel was just exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we got a lovely warm welcome from the friendly staff and a gorgeous fire warming us up in reception. We were staying for the Dublin City Marathon and had a few meals here, one with 13 of us. The food was lovely, the staff were great, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Gita was incredible in the restaurant as were most of the staff we met. Our room was near the roadside on our first night and we found it a little noisy, but once we mentioned it, we were moved straight away without any fuss. That level of customer service and the genuine effort to make things right isn’t something you find everywhere, these people are exceptional. The warmth and hospitality here really capture what Ireland is all about. A special word of thanks to Orla and Brandon, who looked after our every need and went above and beyond for us. We’ll certainly be back!

The room itself is compact and so comfortable and warm.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was excellent.

There was a wedding one evening and the music from the reception was very loud and went on very late for people who needed to get up early in the morning. Also our friends experienced loud music from a dance club near by.

The hotel is just beautiful, the staff are amazing and made our stay memorable ,we would definitely stay again.

Nothing about the property. However there was lots of noise outside car horns bibbing at about 3am for what felt like an hour that woke us both up.

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was great. People were so nice and friendly.

Being able to park closer would be the only thing. But it was fine.

You could hear the music in the hotel bar 2 floors down thumping at night. Fortunately it stopped before too late, but we could hear it quite loud and it wasn’t relaxing for our evening in the room.

Poor lighting in the bed room

Room was lovely, nice and clean and had all I needed. Staff were really helpful and polite. Central location and even though on a main road I didn't find it noisy.

A little costly but I think that's just Dublin! Compared to similar cost hotels in similar locations it was good value.

Staff & food excellent. Good location. Fabulous coffee shop,The Bakery nearby.

Heating was intermittent. Lighting could be better.

Noise at night from club across the street

It was quite messy when the nightclub closed. Lots of taxis used their horn at 4 in the morning, waking up the guests with rooms towards the street. Try to agree with them not to do so. It is a residential area.

Very nice and friendly greeting on arrival from staff. The room was of a highly clean standard with all the expected amenities. The shower was very spacious and of good pressure. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was no disturbance of noise, despite the location in the City Centre. Breakfast offered a lot of options and was very tasty.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and attentive. Location suited us for a walk in St Stephens Green and to Temple Bar and inbetween Lovely location. Would stay there again.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was great and good value. It was a very central location, if you want to be close to a lot of museums and main attractions.

Dublin is absolutely expensive so that's fine but the cost of the hotel vs the room location I was assigned was quite disappointing. It was one of those basement type rooms so it was always too warm inside despite having a fan. I would suggest asking to be placed in a higher room in future.

Beautiful property with exceptional service. Too bad we were too ill to enjoy it. We tried to extend our stay because we were too ill to fly. The hotel was completely booked but offered us a complimentary late check out giving us time to find other accommodations.

The room had no heat but they quickly delivered a space heater.

Excellent location, short walk to Stephen's Green area. Facilities at hotel very good and staff excellent, helpful with taxi bookings.

No air conditioning in room, room noise was high, fan in bathroom runs constantly and background noise annoying.

The room was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant for dinner had quality food. Staff was helpful, especially with booking taxis.

Some evenings got a little noisy because of the college students gathering outside the pub across the street until 3:00am. A little more variety on the TV in the evening would have been nice, the 1970s Lee Majors television shows were a bit outdated.

I love the hotel, terrace garden, the relaxed atmosphere and friendly atmosphere from the staff
