Other than shower issues it was amazing.
Amazing location
First night we couldn’t shower because the water wouldn’t get hot and was coming out with weird particles and a red ish color.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.
This is a Beautiful hotel with lovely decor. Excellent location and very comfortable bed. I loved the breakfast room and the breakfast was first class.
Tried to have a shower before going out in the evening but the water was cold and dirty brown water emptied into the basin. I reported it and was advised to wait for 15 mins - I waited for 30 mins but not fixed and unable to have a shower. It was fixed by next morning.

Very good
The place was very nice, the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly.
The only thing I didn't like was the price as I just think that's just a Dublin thing. No offence to the place at all. As it's the weekend of Patrick's day so it was not worth that price. But that's just Dublin altogether. But other than that I can't say anything bad about it

Even though I chose “Pay at property” on booking.com the hotel tried to take the money out 4 days before my stay and then took a €50 deposit when I got there and never informed me of this before. More information needs to be told before booking

Very lovely, but could be better for the price
The public areas were beautiful, the furniture in the (newly refurbished?) rooms was lovely, very comfortable beds, great shower, staff were very friendly and helpful. The barman in the Cocktail Bar was really great, advising on whiskies etc
I felt, for the star rating and price, there were things missing. I think they should offer free bottled water, better quality coffee and tea and have biscuits. The room furniture and lamps etc were new and lovely, but the wooden furniture was tatty and chipped which made it feel dirty (which it wasn't, it just felt it)

Great location to explore central Dublin.
Decor and interior of the building and great central location by the river. Fantastic in house restaurant and atmospheric cocktail bar
The room on the first night had issues with heating and noise from the nightclub below but the hotel promptly resolved this for the second night. The suite was beautiful.

Nice place. Not worth the price.
The staff and the lounge were absolutely amazing!
The fact that the room was cold and you couldn’t do anything about it as the heating was not controlled by the thermostat but by a central heating at random times.

Great hotel in wonderful location but let down by staff.
Location is great.
Several bars were not open. When we asked for details regarding one in particular, we were told it was closed on Mon/Tues. so we invited friends over for Wednesday night only to discover it was closed again. No apology, only a comment that ‘we didn’t think there were enough guests around to open it’!
Also had a problem with shower drain so we told them on the first night, but no one ever came up to inspect or fix the issue.
In retrospect I have probably rated the hotel too highly given these issues.
