Loved the pod beds. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good security.

Although it was great to have a bathroom in the dorm… it was a combined shower and toilet. Difficult when someone was having a shower and taking their time. Much better when they are separated. Could do with a fan in the dorm for better air circulation on the warmer days.

The hostel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-equipped. The dorms had everything I needed: spacious, secure lockers, comfortable private pods, great views, mirrors, and clean, convenient bathrooms. The lounge had a lovely café-like atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or bite. The staff were attentive and responsive, and the self-service luggage storage was incredibly convenient after checkout while I explored the city. As a first-time hostel guest, I was a little nervous, but the experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone I met was friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable and safe. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and if I ever choose a hostel again, this will be my first choice.

No real complaints. My only sleep issue was largely self-inflicted. I had a late-night cappuccino, and my roommates preferred to keep the window open on a windy night. I didn't want to close it and affect their comfort, but it made the room a bit colder and noisier for me. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend keeping the window closed, as it greatly reduces outside sounds.

I really appreciated how clean everything was. The white bed linen was fresh and spotless, and the bathroom was very clean. It was also a nice surprise to find shampoo and shower gel provided. The location was excellent as well — most of the places I wanted to visit were within walking distance.

I did not like that the reception staff treated guests disrespectfully. I had booked two nights in the hostel in different rooms, but they were not able to provide free luggage storage for me. In the evening, I also informed them that I would need a hairdryer early in the morning, and I was told I could simply come and take it. However, when I came to the reception in the morning, they asked me to leave my ID card, which meant I had to go back to my room and return again just to get the hairdryer. I also did not like that there were no power outlets in the bathroom, which felt very unusual, so I had to dry my hair in the room instead — not a very comfortable situation in the early morning.

The hotel was generally pleasant, but I was disappointed by one interaction with a member of the staff. When I asked about obtaining a refund or claiming the breakfast that had already been prepaid through my booking as my plan changed and cant make it to the breakfast, the response I received was: "Next time, don't book it early", which really pissed me off

Breakfast and vibe both excellent

I love the atmosphere of the hostel it was lively and welcoming yet also had it calm and cozy moments during the week in the evenings. Loved the experiences of the pods, i honestly thought i'd hate it but i was plesently surprised! They even were helpful enough to provide luggage lockers for me to rent till my flight home post check-out.

I couldn't really fault anything it was really great especially for the money i paid!

As a solo female traveller the area is quite dodgy, didn’t feel very safe at night (even when it was light at 8:30pm). Lots of people constantly hanging out out the front of the hostel, loud street noise.

Beds and cushions were comfortable. Modern and clean. Powerful hot showers and big bathroom. Key code access so felt secure.

A bit of a walk through homeless area to get to main town but nothing bad happened, might be scarier solo but I was in a group

The location isn’t great. In a rougher part of Dublin and at least a 15 minute walk to the main walking streets with the popular restaurants and bars so walking home late at night feels a bit sketchy.

it’s top class in the hostel world because you get a private pod (with walls and a curtain all round your bed so you have total privacy). and it includes USB plugs (B and C) and two (!) lights inside your pod just for you to use and control and a cute little shelf and coat hanger and towel rack to hang your clothes/total put your stuff on the shelf they thought of everything. Each room has a bathroom so you don’t have to leave the room and travers endless corridors past men to get to a bathroom! Superb.

the bathroom gets quite damp and steamy after people use it, the extractor fan should be stronger (cos it’s up to 10 people using the bathroom in the morning, all your room mates)

The front part of the premise is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The lift makes weird noises when running. I don’t feel safe it would stop and open safely every time it runs. Maybe it’s due for an upgrade. The customer service is inconsistent, with one customer service great and a few more unenthusiastic. Decent enough though…

Comfy beds. Pods were nice. Very private and liked the shelf and charger and lighting in each one. The lockers were nice and big also.

The mattress was a bit stiff. The automatic light in the bathroom was too harsh at night when going to use the toilet.

Location was great had publica transport just around the corner. Water available at all times was very kind and useful. Great price quality.

As a woman traveling alone for the first time I felt very safe. Staff was friendly, I met lovely people, and it was very clean.

The location of this hostel was a little shady. I did worry a little walking around alone. But as soon as i stepped into the Hostel it was completely different, welcoming and clean. My assigned locker hold my luggage hostage once, but staff easily solved the problem.

Location near the Conolly station is fine. Little loud but near to everything. Nice people wide range of age to meet. Breakfast was surpriselly nice.

Hotel is hostel. There are rooms with own bathrooms as we had and dormitories. First night we have room with broken mattres. I do not belive that was newly brokem - only hotel normaly not solivng this. We reported the problem and get new room where it was okay. But I am sure that our original room 410 get that day someone else without fixing. What was very strange that we should move in the afternoon after returning from trip. When we return we get new code for new room and wanted to move our thing. But they moved that for us. Our unpacked things. The feeling of it that someone really touching your personal and intime things.

The beds were extremely comfortable and private. They had nice lighting and outlets. The rooms were organized well and I felt like my stuff was safe, especially with the locks.

My room had a private bathroom which was nice but late at night I wanted to use the communal bathroom / showers and it had a weird smell and hair everywhere.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, you could go everywhere you needed by foot. Rooms were cleaned daily. You have nice options for food and entertainment in the lobby and a rooftop where you can hang out.

The USB ports in my bed did not work and there were no regular plugs by the bed. So i had to charge my devices during the day in the room or somewhere else. Also there were traces of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

Good staff, well-equiped bar and cafe-restaurant, location very near Connolly Dart station.

I rated this hostel 8 mostly because I did not like the pod beds. If these do not bother you, it deserves a 9. Also, the hostel did not have not male and female bathrooms on every floor. The female washrooms were on the first, the male on the second, so I you were a female on the second floor or a male on the first, one had to go a long way if the bathroom was occupied.

I was a bit worried about staying in a dorm as an older traveller, but it was very quiet and clean and the pods are quite private too

It would be great if there was a kitchen area or even just a kettle where you could make a cup of tea or coffee before the bar opens

Very convenient and comfortable. Beds were in privacy pods and there were free lockers to use during the stay and paid (cheap) luggage storage even after I checked out.

Its a good clean hostel, it's in a quiet area. But a few minutes walk to the town centre. It has a nice bar. I also like the extra privacy you get with a pod style bed - nobody can see you sleeping
