Staff were super helpful and accomodating.

It was all excellent

The room was very spacious, clean and the decor did not disappoint. We got fresh fruit almost daily in the room. The location is fantastic. Breakfast was great....quite a large spread. The service overall was great. The in-dining team were fantastic (Christopher, Roselyn and the rest of their team). They went out of their way to make my husband's birthday special. Petronella at the breakfast area was great too and the rest of the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful.

Not much, but as with anything, there is always room for improvement!

The location is good if you want to just recover after a long flight from New Zealand. It has its own beach and chilling by the pool is lovely. The staff are very attentive and provide you with buckets of ice with water to keep you hydrated. The food in the Social restaurant is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and we had a great view of the waterfront from our balcony. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast range is superb.

Staff are amazing. very polite and content. We were upgraded to a wonderful and large 1 bedroom suite. Sagar By the pool was a great man and made our days exiting. restaurant quality was exceptional, Loa had our heart. thank you guys, hope to see u soon.

0-17 are considered children on Booking.com but hotel considers 12+ as adult. so it was quite complicated to have our teens on a kiddy meal.

It’s an excellent hotel and the facilities are great here. The rooms are stunning and bathroom is beautiful. The pool area and the beach are lovely and it’s all kept really well and was super clean. Everyone was extremely friendly. A special mention to Gwen who worked in the Serafina bar. She was one of the best servers we had and her customer service was outstanding. Thanks for making our time so special

The staff in the buffet area and the pool side dinner area were very friendly however they sometimes didn’t seem to understand things we were asking for with ordering drinks. Particularly the breakfast buffet staff. We stayed for 8 nights and every morning they managed to get something wrong with the order. Whether it was bringing over a drink we didn’t order or charging us for the breakfast even though we were half board. Not sure if it was a language barrier but they all spoke English, there just seemed to be constant mistakes and with the price you pay to stay here I expected slightly quicker / better service. This feedback is ONLY for the buffet staff

As usual, things were excellent! This was my third stay at the place. I might surely come back. Now, some special thanks to some special people: 1. Mr. Rahul - The Chief Cook - a wonderful man who was exceptionally nice to us and made all possible to please us 2. Mr. Nadeem (a.k.a. Mr. Shah Rukh Khan) - Friendly, polite, and super nice to us as always! 3. Mr. Santos always had a great beach bed for us. Super accommodative! All the best!

Very good service and facilities, pleasant overall impression. Everything is up-to the great level of service and comfort.

here I was told that the hotel cannot take deposit from a debit card (which I still cannot explain), therefore I had to separately pay for any services within the hotel, which was a bit of discomfort.

I didn’t like the entrance to the property very unappealing, the rooms curtains were bit dirty for the price we paid for the room and housekeeping was slow and didn’t clean room properly tea stains were still on the counter. Housekeeping never picked up calls. Food options but limited in the buffet.

The staff are so welcoming. Every person we encountered at the hotel was very helpful, friendly.

Various choices in the resturant. Rooms are big and clean, we had the most amazing view on palm Jumeirah. staff is great and polite. Calm atmosphere perfect for some one who is looking for a quit and nice vacation.

I understand that the hotel motive is calmness , but there are more attractions that need to be added to the hotel.

Fantastic rooms, excellent breakfast, amazing grounds around hotel as a whole. Always clean rooms with great views of the sea. Would recommend to all for a peaceful stay on the palm. Also staff are all very helpful.

Only thing that stops this hotel being a 10 is the location since it's on the outer section of the palm and is a bit further down it's a ways away from everything. There are free shuttle buses to get into town but missing a nearby accessible shop for some amenities or snacks and things of that nature.

Everything. Impeccable staff, very good breakfast and dinner, perfect beach facilities. Huge room, excellent Aesop brand cosmetics, comfortable mattress and pillows. Now I know what a perfect holiday hotel looks like.

I can't imagine there's something that requires improvement in this hotel. The only thing - the sockets' location makes using the hair drier uncomfortable. Just a normal socket near a mirror without needing to put away a coffee maker or to crawl under a table - that's all I need.

Lovely, calm and well appointed hotel. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious.

We have stayed here many times but we didn’t find the food as good as previously. For example, in a place like this one would expect proper chicken breast say in a Caesar salad or BLT sandwich. It wasn’t. The buffet has always been superb but though fine, did not overly impress.

The location, the hotel is very nice and clean, the food is very good, the restaurant has great staff are very friendly and kind, specially thanks to Andrei and Priya I reception they very professional and friendly, and thanks to Ryan he’s attendant in the lobby he always be attendant en everything we need, I love the hotel I recommend every one, definitely I will back.

The staff and reception is just amazing. The room was unbelievably spacious and tidy. Housekeeping were very polite and helpful. The buffet dinner was not at par with the breakfast the next morning.
