Beach and pool close early and open late, should be open at least 7 to 8am and pool should be closed at least by 9pm

The hotel was lovely the staff around the pool were always on hand with water and towels and the food was great!

The hotel was beautiful but open plan so sound travelled!! Very busy at weekend with the public being able to come in and use the facility so became to busy and loud !

food was far below expectation especially the new Chinese restaurant, only the name is Chinese, but the taste is nothing to do with Chinese food, sorry but poor quality, very salty, or very sweet, also very expensive to such quality, prices of drinks are far too expensive,
maybe you need a good Chinese chiff.

The buffet restaurant was good and the food,but children running around at 10pm is not good in the restaurant and also very noisy the restaurant is for eating and not a playground for young children,this has happened twice now on our staycation and it spoilt our stay,perhaps you could ask children to eat early.It also happens in the restaurant by the pool.

Kind staff, spacious room, good view. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous.

My stay was half board package. I understand the situation, yet the dinner was so limited choice.
Only one restaurant is available, and the menu asked a lot of extra payment. Again, it's not a bad deal, but it was like a forced menu for half board.

Room was stunning, as was the view. Breakfast was too crowded and queue was too long. Didn't feel like a premium experience at all. Dinner was pretty similar experience. Spa, beach and pool were fantastic. Check in was good. Valet was a little slow and disorganised.

Breakfast & dinner disorganised and slow, as was valet. The live jazz wasn't running and bar was closed with no notice.

Customer service was amazing. The room, breakfast and Dinner, all really stood out. It was a true five star luxuary experience for us.

Drinks chargeable in half board dinner booking.Also we arrived at 1:00pm received our room at 4pm when we requested to check out the same time they gave us the room they agreed only until 3pm late checkout and no compensation they said the policy until 12:00pm which doesn’t make sense why we received the keys late
No one from staff or reception told us at checking in that you get to enjoy 50% off at restaurants not even the restaurant or ice cream shop did until we found the next day by coincidence from someone
Housekeeping never answer.

The restaurant “Social” was fantastic and our waiter “Faith” was super attentive and welcoming.
Pool and service was amazing! Loved our breakfast experience, staff again were incredible.

Rooms were exceptional, no complaints.
