The hotel itself is elegant and very clean.

They didn’t return my deposit until now!

I loved the breakfast, and the afternoon tea was amazing, and I really enjoyed the experience. However, the spa was fully booked, and there were no offers or promotions available for hotel guests.

The security team delayed our order from outside the hotel. It took about one hour for the delivery to be brought up to our room.

The Lana is just on another level. From the service to the little details, everything feels incredibly thoughtful and personal. You never feel like just another guest. The hospitality is warm, genuine, and tailored to you. It’s refined luxury without ever feeling over the top, and easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The welcome was exceptional and beyond our expectations. We were especially surprised and touched by the Guest Relations team’s attention to detail. Erika made my son’s birthday very special with a Rolls-Royce car gift, and the team even arranged for him to experience a ride in a real Rolls-Royce. The birthday cake was also a beautiful gesture. Thank you so much for everything.

Came to this hotel because of the pool and view, must say pool and view from the room is something worth visit in Dubai. Everything is very stylish, clean, modern, we loved our terrace which had a Burj Khalifa view. Staff were nice as well, breakfast exceptional

What should definitely be improved is drinks on the pool. They only serve few cocktails, no margarita, no tequila sunrise etc.. we had Moscow mule which was mostly more juice, no taste of alcohol at all.
Another thing is iron inside of the room- should be added.

The staff was welcoming way beyond the expectations. Very friendly and for sure I’ll visit again and again. The hotel overall is modern, clean with very well soundproof

Maybe they can make the lobby more fancy, and a bit bigger to accommodate the amount of people.

The food in high society was delicious with very attentive staff. The bed was very comfortable.

I had a pleasant staycation. Friendly staff and spacious room. Loved the upgrade gesture. Quick check-in. Dior spa experience was just refreshing. And finally the views were amazing.

I was upset from the arabic lady in the reception when i went for my card as it was deactivated after finishing up breakfast at the 4th floor. The lady was not able to offer some time for us to do a late check out. She insists that the latest she can offer is 1 pm. So we went back to the room for a quick shower and getting our stuff packed for the check out. Called reception to send someone to take out our luggage and we’ve waited for more than one hour !!! If such thing would happen i don’t understand why the lady did not offer us a late check out then this made me somehow upset!

The pest hotel in Dubai

I had a wonderful stay at The Lana. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with modern and elegant design. The service was exceptional—staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with an amazing view.

Honestly, nothing major to complain about. Everything was great.

This is an excellent hotel. The employee engagement, recognition, and quality of the guest experience is very good! The pool and high society is one of the best for views and a great F&B experience.

We stayed at Lana when the Middle East war started and UAE closed its airspace. It was the first time we have experienced such a situation and tge staff at Lana was nothing but excellent at keeping us calm and accommodating everything according to our needs as we were travelling with small children.
The hotel is a true 5* star experience with a spacious rooms and experienced employees. The breakfast a la carte was exquisite, the hotel was clean and beautifully designed. Great location with a view on Burj Khalifa. The rooftop pool was also very nice.
Even though this hotel feels more ‘adults only’, we never felt like coming with small children was a problem.

The staff was absolutely amazing!

An absolutely beautiful hotel with attentive staff. The rooms are stunning, the service is exceptional. Would recommend a Marina facing room for spectacular skyline views.

Excellent hotel — truly one of the best in Dubai. I have always appreciated the overall level of service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail, which consistently made my stays special.

However, I must say that the breakfast experience has changed significantly compared to my previous visits. The quality of organization and service in the morning no longer reflects the high standards that define the rest of the hotel.

I sincerely hope this aspect can return to the exceptional level that made the property stand out in the past.

The Lana truly is paradise. I love it and i would be back soon
