The location is great if you like the beach (which we did and was great). The hotel itself nicely designed but the best thing about it is the staff. Everyone so kind and professional even though they have been opened just a bit over a year. Nice breakfast, food options on the pool and beach very good and several very nice restaurants for dinner at the hotel but also the sister hotel next door. Great for families with small children as well (we were there woth friends and a total of 3 kids from 13 months to 4 years old and they all loved it), but also seems great for couples without kids or single people. Would definitely return.

Bathroom fixtures look like they’ve been in use for a decade and they’ve actually been in use for just over a year. It’s a shame because it ruins what would otherwise be a spotless review. But we didn’t care that much and probably most won’t either.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Good choice of bars and restaurants, and a short walk to Bluewater waterfront. Pool and beach were clean and well maintained.

Service at the pool bar and beach was very slow, difficult to grab someone's attention to get a drink.
We ordered drinks which we followed up after 20 minutes, we were told the order was never placed. We still waited another 15 minutes to receive the drinks.
Mistrust in guests. Upon arrival Delano reserved 1500 AED on the credit card for use in bars & restaurants etc. Once the 1500 was used we weren't able to put further bill charges on the room and was told to use the credit card. This is the first hotel of many we have stayed in that does this.

What I loved the most about the place is how quiet it is. It’s very peaceful and there’s no noise at all. The rooms are spacious and the colors are so refreshing. I honestly loved the place so much . The buffet was honestly delicious, and I loved the way everything was arranged. Even the available options were amazing.

What I didn’t like about the place is that they gave me the rooms very late. I had booked a family room, and the first room was given to me at 3:30 pm even though the check-in time was supposed to be 3. The second room wasn’t ready until 5 pm. It was really frustrating, especially since I came all the way from Abu Dhabi, and the delay was very disappointing

It felt like a superior resort, in the heart of Dubai! It has everything you need for a relaxing break - beach, pool, fantastic restaurants and bar, and generally all of the facilities were of a high quality and the service was worthy of a 5* rating. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Delano to anyone and everyone!

The only one very small gripe, was service at breakfast was a little hectic whilst I appreciate it was always busy during 9 to 10, I think they could have helped their cause by having staff on set tasks to allow it run more smoothly.

The hotel feels sophisticated and staff well trained. Facilities are world class and the view from the main pool is like a painting come to life. My family and I had a wonderful time during recent half term break.

Shower door is not fully sealed, water on the bathroom floor after every shower.

We absolutely love the Delano. It feels like a much more personal experience than other hotels and the staff are all so polite and friendly. Rooms and facilities are amazing. I had my son’s 6th bd party at the pool and the staff did everything to ensure it ran smoothly.

The entire setting, Excellent staff, well laid out with easy access with just the right amount of amenities. The beach is very nice. The hotel management is clearly driven by customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to check me in several hours ahead of the check-in time. Valet service was very well set-up and organized.

- The Coffee shop - with a better sitting area needed, maybe with tables
- Room access. Certain rooms are located at a distance from the elevators above the average hotel walk requirements.
- Would be great to have a proper bar / light meal place. The only indoors bar is relatively small and more oriented towards night life

This is my second time Everything was awesome.
If you need a relax vacation o will definitely said book this hotel.

Modern, clean and quiet rooms, amazing gym and pool. Special shoutout to patience working in the restaurant for breakfast, she was so friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Little cake in the room for my birthday. Dyson hairdryer in the room, beds are sooo comfortable!

Rusty areas in bathroom, some staff were a bit clueless, no discounts for UAE residents. queues for checkout and breakfast.

Great hotel and amenities

The noise of skydive dubai. Unfortunately, even though I loved this hotel I will not return because of the noise produce by skydive dubai. It woke me up every morning around 8 on vacation even though I wore earplugs!

The Delano is beautifully situated at the top of Bluewaters in Dubai. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a relaxed, laid-back vibe. Staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly focused on ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with a wide range of amenities. The pool area offers plenty of space, with sun loungers, cabanas, and attentive guest services available throughout the day. The beach area is equally inviting, making it an excellent spot to spend a few leisurely hours.

Water sports are available through a partner based at the beach, with a variety of options ranging from relaxing activities to more energetic pursuits, including both motorised and non-motorised choices.

When it comes to dining, guests are spoilt for choice. The Delano itself has several options, and additional variety can be found at its sister hotel, Banyan Tree, as well as in the nearby shopping area.

The hotel should be stricter with sun lounger reservations; many beds are reserved via a towel early in the morning, but no one is using them for hours.

Room which I booked was nice , reception told me he give me upgrade but I find out the room he gave me was swimming pool view and my original booking was full sea view so I asked my room , so no upgrade no welcome later room was ready for another customer and I really was disappointed

It was my birthday and I mentioned multiple times in booking and checking time and WhatsApp conversation too but nobody give attention I was honestly disappointed, check in was not 5* I had feeling it was hostel, checkin experience was so bad they make me wait so long we was standing 20-30 minutes and waiting reception just forgot me and my family and we was super tired but nobody care , I back to reception and reminded myself that still waiting my room, I mentioned I will be early check in thanks god was 3 pm but nothing was ready

The pool the service breakfast is a bit crazy and they do not have a club lounge that is a down fall . too busy and too noisy and you have to wait to be seated took long time

EVERYTHING! Especially the staff, always serving with a smile! The attention to detail across the entire hotel is amazing and the breakfast and dinner at Tutto Passa gets 5 stars! I think they make the best focaccia I have EVER eaten.

Delano pool was lovely, Breakfast was great, suite was soooooo nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I would go back frequently if I could.

The beach was closed for renovation, but the pool area was so nice it didn't matter.
