The facilities are world-class, especially The Link, which offers a truly unique experience unlike any other hotel in the city. The atmosphere feels sophisticated yet relaxed, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Nothing to say, Overall, the experience was excellent.

My room was beautiful and had an unbelievable sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a very wide selection of food.

The beach and main pool were closed in the mornings on weekdays in May, and I was not informed about this in advance. I also wasn’t aware that the general spa facilities could not be used unless a spa treatment or service was booked.

Breakfast was ok , many options , but once you find an item and so look forward to having it again next morning , due to the changes in menues not able to find it again. Gastronomys dinner was great and selections

Two things - 1) I advised Atlantis to be more Transparent to Booking agents like you guys and customers direct especially when Experiences are closed like the Infinity pool overlooking the palm - this was closed from date - to end of August , my wife and I paid for this Hotel through booking .com for this experience , at the same time half of the waterpark was closed - I understand that maintenance is required and I was told this happens every year at the same time . ? so have the courtesy to let us know so we can seek alternate accommodation options for the best experiences. 2) Beverages are exceedingly expensive , for a beer is $20 to $24.00 AUD per 330ml beer , Go to the Liquor store at the mall and buy a case of beer for $2.67 AUD per bottle , Note- your only allowed to drink it in your room , $28 AUD for a 1/4 wine glass

The welcome was professional and slick on arrival. The room was spotless, comfortable and well-equipped; the housekeeping team was attentive to our needs. We were fortunate to have club access as part of our stay. It was fabulously quiet and comfortable. The customer service and food was incredible, and we were looked after by Ahmed and Farmee, who were true ambassadors for the hotel and brand. The chefs should be commended for the exquisite food offer; we absolutely adored the sea bass and tagine! We were also impressed by the Royal Pool and Beach Team; they were fantastic and made sure we were looked after even when it was busy. The beach was the best we had experienced in Dubai and on the Palm. Definitely the place to stay on the Palm and in Dubai.

The experience was on of a kind experience, and we had a wonderful time in the hotel. Special thanks for Mr. Salman for making this experience a great one by offering his full support to us.

The buffet was better before food wasnt good and sweet i was expecting to have more.. compared to atlantis i think their buffet is better

Crowded , pool overcrowded, we were waiting for the ice 1 hour instead 10 min as was promised, roof top pool closed , beach - water green and not clean , definitely not for beach time hotel , waterpark - 1 h waiting time for each slide

The Palm View from the room was stunning. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Mr. Marwan from the reception desk was so cooperative and offered his best services to us.

Special thanks to Marwan at reception for being so kind and giving us a late check-out for my birthday, so we could enjoy the hotel a little longer. Really appreciated his hospitality and support! Would definitely love to come back

I had come to spend my first year anniversary. I asked for some small decorations how only a cake with no writing of the anniversary was there. I was a bit disappointed in that. Due to the current situation also not all pools were open especially the infinity rooftop pool.

Without a doubt this hotel is fantastic. The options available for activities, restaurants, pools e.t.c are just amazing. The hotel is clean, well lit and plenty of staff to support. The room was lovely with great amenities. The food at Gastronomy breakfast is unbelievable.

We booked the half board option and asked at check in, restaurant arrival and our waiter if everything was included, to be told yes. We were then slapped with a bill upon check out as not everything was included. Pretty disappointing. The Cabone restaurant was rushed, tables practically ajoining and not the luxury we were expecting. Gastronomy breakfast was chaos with waitresses no idea which tables were free and which weren't. They even moved people's personal belongings, including phones and wallets off a table and then were shocked when the man was mad and shouting! Expected better from both restaurants.

Everything! The private pool, access and convenience to the water park! Ambiance by the water fountain! The staff, the room… all amazing! And thank you for making my daughter’s 15th birthday special!

There is nothing not to like. Once you stay here, every other hotel will struggle to match up.
