From the staff to the facilities, everything was luxurious. Therese was amazing and took care of us from the moment we walked in.

The Atlantis Royal lives fully up to its reputation.

Facilities were amazing. Even more sensational were the staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Amazing ambassadors. Marwan on the Che k desk deserves a special mention for making our stay memorable.

The hotel is stunning and truly unique in design. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent views. The facilities, pools, and restaurants were exceptional. A special mention goes to Cliff from the valet team, whose outstanding customer service made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. His warm attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the facilities and cleanliness to the service and overall guest experience.

The staff, the facilities, the cleanliness, the food and restaurants were without doubt the best we have experienced, ever.

The pool area was a little regimented and required a booking.

The breakfast was excellent and very diverse – unlike anything we have ever experienced before. We truly loved it. Everything was of very high quality, fresh, and beautifully presented. In addition, all the staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness was amazing the food is very good and the restaurant and lobby hotel staff was very supportive and proactive . Specially mam Susan Ilagan from house keeping .

The staff was very friendly. She upgraded our room to suite. And everything were perfect. The view was fantastic . We can see whole palm . We went the water park during the stay. We had really good time. Will back again for sure.

The hotel is truly outstanding and deserves to be rated as a 7-star property because of its exceptional services and facilities. I used the swimming pool, water park, and kids’ club, and everything was excellent and well-maintained. The experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I also tried the room service and several of the restaurants, and the food was consistently delicious. Overall, everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't like Check-in Experience @ the Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is widely regarded as one of the most luxurious hotels in the world, and naturally, expectations from the very first moment are set at the highest possible standard.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience with the associate (Marwan) fell short of that standard in three areas:

1. Welcome Drink
I noticed that the guest ahead of me was proactively offered a welcome drink without having to ask. I, however, had to ask more than once before it was provided. At a property of this caliber, anticipating a guest’s needs and delivering welcome touches without prompting is not a bonus — it is an expectation.

2. Response to Room Inquiry
When I asked about my room and the view, the associate’s initial response was “it’s not good.” When I asked again, he walked it back and said “no, it’s fine.” The fact that I had to ask twice makes it clear this was not a slip of the tongue — it was an intentional attempt at humor. At Atlantis The Royal, this is simply not appropriate. The check-in moment is when a guest’s excitement is at its peak, and the associate’s role is to build on that anticipation with warm, confident, and positive language — not to introduce doubt or uncertainty, even in jest.

3. Overall Service Standard
Attentiveness, polished communication, and genuine hospitality are not extras at a hotel of this level — they are the baseline. The check-in experience sets the tone for the entire stay, and that opportunity should never be taken lightly.

The stay was amazing, it’s a good choice to discount from the outer world. All you need in one place, food is tasty, facilities are clean, pools are cool. Even shopping is nice.

Attention to details is incredible, everything is there.
Differently will revisit

The rooms are not the same luxury level as the hotel. Also no fridge in the room.

The staff are not trained to deal with busy sessions. We waited in a long queue for check in and one more long queue for check out. Which’s not the right approach for the type of customers you have. Also, if the staff can’t provide a thing, the reply rudely saying: no we closed, or we can’t. However the right behavior is to at least suggest other options!!

No real organization between reception and other services, as we requested a late check out, but still card deactivated! And so many other commitments all about the staff

The resort is out of this world. So grand. So modern. The breakfast at gastronomy was amazing. The room sizes are really good with all the latest amenities. Views from the 29th Floor were amazing too

The pools were overcrowded. Aquaventure park was included in the stay but had such long lines its not worth going anymore. Pool and beach timings should be longer too. We were very rudely told to get off the beach around an hour before sunset. The resort is big so should add a bit of more buggies to get around. Had to walk all the way to aquaventure park.

The facilities are world-class, especially The Link, which offers a truly unique experience unlike any other hotel in the city. The atmosphere feels sophisticated yet relaxed, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Breakfast was ok , many options , but once you find an item and so look forward to having it again next morning , due to the changes in menues not able to find it again. Gastronomys dinner was great and selections

Two things -
1) I advised Atlantis to be more Transparent to Booking agents like you guys and customers direct especially when Experiences are closed like the Infinity pool overlooking the palm - this was closed from date - to end of August , my wife and I paid for this Hotel through booking .com for this experience , at the same time half of the waterpark was closed - I understand that maintenance is required and I was told this happens every year at the same time . ? so have the courtesy to let us know so we can seek alternate accommodation options for the best experiences.
2) Beverages are exceedingly expensive , for a beer is $20 to $24.00 AUD per 330ml beer , Go to the Liquor store at the mall and buy a case of beer for $2.67 AUD per bottle , Note- your only allowed to drink it in your room , $28 AUD for a 1/4 wine glass

The welcome was professional and slick on arrival. The room was spotless, comfortable and well-equipped; the housekeeping team was attentive to our needs. We were fortunate to have club access as part of our stay. It was fabulously quiet and comfortable. The customer service and food was incredible, and we were looked after by Ahmed and Farmee, who were true ambassadors for the hotel and brand. The chefs should be commended for the exquisite food offer; we absolutely adored the sea bass and tagine! We were also impressed by the Royal Pool and Beach Team; they were fantastic and made sure we were looked after even when it was busy. The beach was the best we had experienced in Dubai and on the Palm. Definitely the place to stay on the Palm and in Dubai.
