This stay was a big surprise, the staff were good, the place was good, not to mention the lobby was great. They even have a convenience store inside the hotel which is super sweet

This place is a perfect co- working environment and a hidden gem . Very well thought out and run very efficiently. You can waste money on protentious venues 500m away if you are foolish enough. I am currently working from home but with the cleanliness of this hotel , laundry and gym you could easily stay here for a month and I recommend it for a monthly stay with competitive rates offered. Too many people to thank but the Nadhiya and the team at reception go that extra mile to really make your stay feel special. Try it you won't be disappointed.

We loved everything about our stay. From the amazing view of the Burj Khalifa at the entrance to the warm welcome at the reception, exceeding our expectations. The staff were very kind, helpful and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We did not book a room with a Burj Khalifa view, so we would definitely recommend choosing one if available because the view is worth it. The location is perfect! It is just a short walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. This hotel could easily be rated as a 4star property, so don’t be discouraged by its official rating. It offers great value and is worth staying at.

It was a bit disappointing to see a single guest or 2 guests occupying some of the very few larger, family-sized tables during breakfast, which made it harder for families to find suitable seating.

Helpful staff, excellent location, offered a late checkout and I believe lowered their prices for people who were impacted with flight cancellations. Highly appreciated during these turbulant times.

The location was perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, the staff were so friendly and very helpful, the hotel was spotless, I usually stay in 4 star hotels, this hotel felt like a four star even though it was rated 3 star, the standards are so high here. I would definitely stay here again.

One of my best stays ever! We stayed here at the time the Iran conflict started and it was a little bit stressful, but the hotel, staff and location was perfect! I wish I can stay at Rove Downtown again!

The free shuttle to the Dubai Mall is a great service. There is a coffee shop and convenience store with food and snacks. We spent time relaxing in the lobby seating area and also liked being able to do our own laundry on site.

The carpets in the room have seen better days. They absorbed odors that are more noticeable if the AC is off.

I liked the efficiency of room service, room cleaning, the 24h super market offer, the sunbeds and cleanliness of the pool area, the water and coffee option in the room, the helpfulness of the entire staff.

I got a stiff neck because I used the harder pillow since the first night and thats when I immediately got stiff. The mattresses are a bit too hard for someone who has some health issues. There was also the soft pillow available the first night but I didnt use it at first because i didnt know.

Perfect location amazing price good value

The location was central and very easy to get to anywhere from there. The staff was amazing, polite and very helpful. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The dining room was spacious with a rich breakfast.

During our stay there were two occasions when the omelettes ran out and we had to wait about ten minutes for them to arrive. It was strange. Because it's really not typical for a hotel like this.

The staff were very accommodating and really went out of their way to help in any way they could!

I stayed here for 10 days and here's what I thought: The hotel is 3 star hotel. However, it offers much more than what I used to as a 3 star hotel. First off, the room is spacious and well maintained. It wss clean, modern, and has a nice touch of furniture to it. It has a good view on the downtown of Dubai; Burj Khalifa. At the same time, it has good sound isolation so that you won't be disturbed by the cars in the road infront of the hotel. Secondly, they have many useful amenities. The parking area is wide and has many spaces. They have a gym and a pool on site, both of which are serving their desired purpose. Furthermore, they have a games room that contains PC and a Playstation, as well as a gaming floor that has Table Tennis and Foosball Table. They also have a room for washing/drying machines that are easily operated by guests without the need to go through the struggle of handing over your clothes to the staff and waiting for them to deliver it back to you. Aside from all of this, they didn't forget that as a traveler, you'd surely need food and snacks. Therefore, they added a 24/7 grocery store and a resutrant. Finally, they also offer a locker room for your luggage. Because of this, even if you arrive before your room is ready, just put your luggage in the locker, and go for a walk and sightseeing untill the room is ready. Also, in the same locker room, they offer a scale for you to weigh your luggage before going to your flight. Finally, shopping and sighteeing. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk to Dubai Mall and the fountain. You don't feel like walking? No. problem at all. They offer a free bus that is available at different times during the day to take you to and from Dubai Mall, global village, miracle garden, Kite beach, Mall of Emirates, Souq madinat Jumeirah, and the Al Seef Souq. To conclude, it was an amazing stay. I do recommend to stay at this hotel. Has good vibes and atmosphere.

Highly recommended, we really enjoyed very much!

Very comfortable and cozy hotel with nice staff. The views to Burj Khalifa and all the buildings surrounding are amazing. Plenty of choices for the breakfast and the breakfast area is really cool and has such a good vibe. It has also a supermarket inside and they have free shuttle to some of the most iconic places in Dubai! Close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, we could reach it easily on a 10-15 min walk. To repeat for sure! ☺️
