Rove Downtown Hotel, Dubai

The 24/7 on site supermarket was top notch. I also liked the staff behaviour and how friendly and accommodating they were.

Tissues and disposable sandals were not available in the room and I did not ask for it as it seemed hotel did not provide them in general. Adding tissue box next to the bed + disposable sandals helps massively. It was very hard to keep wearing my shoes when I wanted to move around the room or access the toilet.

There was some bad smell coming from the toilet; when the seat was closed down, the smell was down near to nothing; so I assume there was something to do with the pipes.

The bed was clean, but beneath the duvet, I could find a bit of fluffs that was not from my clothes so this could be improved too.

The above comments are just for the improvement; and in fact the attitude of the staff were amazing that made me ignore all the shortcomings and will deffinitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

الفندق يتميز بموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء، ومستوى النظافة فيه ممتاز جدًا. أعجبني أسلوب الفندق؛ فهو بسيط، عملي، وخدمي بطريقة مريحة.

السرير كان مريحًا جدًا، وإجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج كانت سريعة وسلسة، كما أن حجم الفندق مناسب جدًا ولا تشعر بالازدحام.

ومن الأشياء الجميلة التي أعجبتني وجود Mini Supermarket يعمل على مدار 24 ساعة ويوفر جميع الاحتياجات الأساسية لنزلاء الفندق. كما يوجد مطعم الفندق، بالإضافة إلى وجودrestaurant Fridays داخل الفندق، وهي إضافة رائعة، رغم أن أسعاره مرتفعة قليلًا.

كذلك أعجبتني الخدمات الإضافية مثل:

* خزائن (Lockers) ذاتية الخدمة لحفظ الأمتعة برقم سري خاص.
* ميزان لوزن الحقائب.
* مسبح جميل وبسيط.
* صالة رياضية.
* غرفة كمبيوتر.
* غرفة ألعاب تحتوي على أجهزة PlayStation.

إذا كنتم تسافرون مع مراهقين، فأعتقد أنهم سيستمتعون كثيرًا بهذه المرافق.

We had a wonderful stay at Rove Downtown and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

I would like to give a special thank you to Mohammed at the reception desk. He was exceptionally professional, kind, and always willing to help, especially with my children. His honesty and dedication to his work were truly noticeable, and he made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions. The property is exceptionally clean and has a casual, modern, and very practical atmosphere.

The bed was comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I also appreciated the hotel’s size, as it never felt crowded.

One of my favorite features was the 24/7 mini supermarket, which stocks all the essentials guests might need.

Overall, I had a great stay. However, I believe the rooms could benefit from some renovation and general maintenance to keep them looking fresh. I also requested room slippers several times, but unfortunately they were never delivered. In addition, I think the bathrooms would be much better equipped if they included basic amenities such as a toothbrush, cotton buds, and other essential toiletries. These small improvements would make the guest experience even better.

Great location and comfortable hotel room. Short walk to the Burj and the mall - very convenient if you want to see the main attractions. Nice staff and the TGI Friday's downstairs is actually quite convenient with friendly staff, bar, pool table, etc.

My favorite hotel did not let me down as always. This time we stayed here for 13 days and everything was really nice. Everyone went above and beyond to make our long stay as comfortable as possible. Every request by us was met with a smile and granted with a professionalism. Rove Downtown all the time👍🏼

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was exactly as promised, which is refreshing compared to many hotels where the photos appear overly glamorous and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms.

The location is outstanding, with a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall experience matched the expectations set during booking.

A great property in a prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Nick made the check in easy and quick when we arrived early in the morning. He even gave our party the two rooms next to each other. Rooms are clean. Convenient for several attractions.

I had a great stay at Rove Downtown Dubai. The hotel has an excellent location and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the convenience of having a market within the hotel, as well as the nearby dining options, including Fridays restaurant.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful view from the room, overlooking the swimming pool and the iconic Burj Khalifa. Waking up to that view was truly special.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
