The staff was great, the food was great, private villa with pool was great, facilities was mostly great, view is nice and unique, not many guests on the island for it's size so you can spread out and relax, good wifi

Why you charge hotel guests separately for the boat ride? Boat ride to the island should be included in room price. The facilities was kind of a mixed bag. The island is clearly still being developed so depending where you are on the island there might be noise from generators or bad smell in the air. Luckily our room was away from this so it did not impact us but you clearly notice it on the way to the room. Most of the facilities are nice and as you would expect though and the room was very nice. It's an artificial island so the sand is not as smooth as you would expect, water was very clear and clean though. There are only two major restaurants for dinner (one Indian and one Greek), the food especially in the Indian one was great.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Firstly, we found the prices for accommodation, restaurants, and facilities to be overpriced. Additionally, the boat departure process was disorganized, with no staff members to guide us or provide information on where to go. The waiting area was crowded, and we were left unsure if we were leaving together or on different boats. We were standing in the sun for around 15 minutes, asking people around for information on where to go and who to follow. When we departed, the boat suddenly stopped and reversed, as some guests had been left behind due to the disorganization. Finally, the reception we received upon arrival was lackluster, with the staff appearing tired and unhappy, aside from the drum guy who was impressive. We recommend either improving the reception ceremony or removing it altogether, as it is the first impression guests have of the resort.

The hotel is amazing , great views , friendly and very helpfull staff specialy hassine. He was really professional and helpfull. I highly recommend this place . We had enjoyed our stay . But only one feedback , the breakfast buffet is very average . The rest was all perfect

The transport from and to the world island is not as organised. Food quality was OK not great You pay to have your private beach however there are labor passing by and peeking.. so wasn't really private at all.. sometimes uncomfortable really.

For the price I would have expected all inclusive.

The place is very clean and amazing, yet the price is too high although it dose come with private swimming pool. Besides, I believe the location is still under progress. Otherwise, the food is delicious and clean, and that staff are welcoming and always there to serve.

Beaches needs to remove stones from and needs more entertainment. Air con in rooms to be directed away from the bed area.

Did not feel like we were in UAE and the staff pulled off my celebration request beyond expectations. Highly recommend food, villa and service were all amazing thank you!

I enjoyed 2 night in the island. They had very helpful and extremely nice staff, especially the one and only Sayyed Altaf (he was a drop from heaven). I booked the joiner ocean view suite and got a free upgrade to accommodate my request. The Island has many facilities (gift shop, salon, Greek restaurant, Indian/Arabic restaurant, a lounge, pool, water sports, kids area, swing on the edge of the sea, and tennis court. I tried the Greek restaurant and enjoyed iced tea watching the sunset in the Indian/Arabic restaurant. I also tried hoverboard 👍🏼 with Mohammed. The atmosphere was phenomenal, clean and organized. The place is good for couples and families. I would definitely do it again to escape the stress of work and life.

Great private location. The boat trip all the way to the welcoming and room was amazing. The skyline is phenomenal. I also loved the concept of having an assigned staff member to the room. It was my pre-birthday celebration and the hotel made sure to welcome me in style.

The timing of housekeeping can be improved. Other than that the hotel was amazing.

The ac was either too strong or too low And the service at the restaurant was excellent but sometimes a bit too much, we would ve enjoyed some more time without interruptions, although I know they were trying only to be nice but there is no need to check every second, That's all for the rest it was impeccable .

Review of Booking.com Experience: My recent stay booked through Booking.com was a frustrating experience marred by poor boat timing and a lack of flexibility from the staff. Despite intending to spend a night on the island, I ended up staying for only three hours due to delays and mishaps beyond my control. The boat timings were consistently unreliable, often departing later than scheduled, and showing no regard for guests' time constraints. While guests were expected to adhere strictly to these timings, any request for a minor delay was met with outright refusal. Adding to the inconvenience, I received the wrong luggage upon arrival, further wasting my time as I waited for the boat. The promised 15-minute journey from the welcome center to the island stretched to nearly 25 minutes, and the boat departure was delayed by 15 minutes without any explanation or apology. Despite raising my concerns with the staff, the only compensation offered was a complimentary breakfast and a late checkout. However, when I requested a mere five-minute delay for the return boat, considering the previous day's delay and the inconvenience caused, it was met with staunch refusal. The manager's dismissive attitude towards my concerns only exacerbated the situation. Ultimately, I was unable to fully enjoy the island's facilities and felt like my time and money were wasted. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would caution others against booking with this establishment until these issues are addressed.

I loved this place generally.

Foods was not delicious. there was a Greek restaurant. We ordered some hot appetizers and also salad and main course was not good. Not delicious not like Greek food. We ordered also room service. They were also bad. other than this everything was perfect.

Everything's fantastic! The staff upgraded our room for my wife's birthday without us even asking and arranged a bottle of wine with a cake for us. It's a wonderful place with magical design. Highly recommended if you're looking to switch off from the crazy busy days and relax. A perfect 10 out of 10!

Everything in the hotel was at the highest level! The rooms are spacious and clean, the food and beverages are delicious in all restaurants! The private pool has the ideal temperature both during the day and in the evening. The staff is very nice and caring! We even extended our stay another night!
