Excellent stay! Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and very cooperative. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities met my expectations. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We liked everything, great food, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again.

Scary crows attacking when passing by the pool, one hit my husband, it’s definitely something to look into as we witnessed other guesses being targeted.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and hospitality. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We were not comfortable using the pool because it was very crowded during our stay. We were unable to fully enjoy the pool facilities.

Nice good location , food buffet for breakfast and dinner was vey nice with a lot of options . Staff were friendly and attentive gym was nice and well equipped. I just wished if pool was far from kids area .

Everything was very nice but I didn’t like that whatever I order I have to pay at the moment and not during checkout although they offer room deposit but still I prefer to pay what I ordered extra upon checkout. and during buffet I prefer if soft drinks will be also included with the buffet without extra charge

This is my 3rd time staying and I love the proximity to the beach

Everything was good except the long wait at the lifts and during my stay, the guests in the room above me were very noisy. I had to wear ear plugs which wasnt ideal

The view of Ain Dubai and location were amazing. Breakfast and dinner were good with a lot of variety of foods.

During check in time you need to wait around 1 hr because the room was not ready. Worst part was the elevator, it wont stop at your level. they really need to improve this!

My family loved the breakfast, the room, the view and the friendly and attentive service of the staff.

The place could've been cleaner or some areas of the room could've been renovated to represent that it's a 5 star hotel. Also, some dishes and glasses were a spotted with dust that I had to switch a couple of times for a clean one.

It is one of the best hotel that i have stayed in , the general manager Mr. Waleed is a very helpful and respectful person i will come back again and again because of him and the way that he treats the customer

All the staff were friendly, well-behaved, and very helpful. The beach was easily accessible from the property, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the elevator situation. There were only three elevators available for all the guests, which was inconvenient.

The only thing I ddnt like about the property is internet was very slow even the programs on the tv kept on dragging

The location was appropriate with walking distance from lot of attractions and kids activities and many eateries available in and around the hotel

All was very comfortable and I didn’t like they even did take care of all the special requests made at time of booking 😆

3. The location is one of the hotel's greatest strengths, situated directly on The Walk at JBR with easy access to the beach/restaurants/shopping/ family attractions.

I liked the ocean view from the room. The reception staff Mr Hamza was extremely professional and kind handling my check in and the other staff who showed up quickly while there was a small inconvenience.

The dinner was not so good and the food requires a lot of improvement in regards to the freshness and taste plus the room cleaning needed attention. I could see some hair on the floor probably from the previous guest who stayed in the room so was a bit disappointing

I was invited for complimentary lunch at JB's restaurant, and the food was fresh and delicious, I really loved it. Thanks to Mr. Nabeel.

I was offered early check-in and late checkout.

JBR totally has that great beach vibe, with restaurants, shops, a cinema, pharmacy, and play areas for the kids.

Suggestion: consider adding some slides at kids pool

The room is excellent and roomy, but the bathroom facility is modest
