Very nice location with reasonable price .

Vallet parking is bullshit. I believe the staff only cares about (respect) high brand cars. Other small cars they are doing just for name sake. They really do not care about small car users . End of the day everybody is paying money only, probably the same amount .

All Great. Little Hicups on Day 1 Dinner as it tooks long time to serve in JB restaurant Great Hospitality by Mr.Mostafa during Breakfast and Dinner. Great welcome by receptionist Ms. I forgot her name but he extend our checkout time. Overall great experience and Loving memories.

Amwaj Rotana boasts a fantastic location with stunning sea front views from its rooms and easy access to a beautiful waterfront walk — a wonderful setting for an Eid holiday. This review was originally intended as a complaint — but I am pleased to share that it has become a compliment instead. During the first two days of our stay, we encountered a couple of issues that affected our experience, due to the pressure of an unexpectedly high volume of walk-in guests. We raised our concerns with the team, and what followed genuinely impressed us — the matter was taken seriously at every level, ultimately reaching the Duty Manager, Mr. Abbas, who personally stepped in to address our concerns. Mr. Abbas listened attentively, acted swiftly, and ensured everything was resolved to our full satisfaction. The remainder of our stay was excellent, and the difference was night and day. This is a reflection to a management culture that values its guests and takes ownership when it matters. Mr. Abbas in particular demonstrated outstanding professionalism and genuine care — qualities that are not always easy to find.

The location is fantastic, the pool area is great, the staff are friendly. we have stayed twice in this hotel, once with breakfast and diner, this time "all inclusive"

Asked 4 times before we arrived for a low floor, when we arrived they did not have a low floor without paying for an upgrade! We found this disappointing. They do not show the "ALL INCLUSIVE" menu anywhere online. So you cannot see what you can actually get. The restaurants all have menus, if you are all inclusive you get a different menu with limited food and drinks on it. So not really "all inclusive", plus the super buffet meal they boast about every saturday is not included in the all inculsive paskage, you have to pay extra. The horizon buffet was nice but can become repetitive.

The location was perfect with easy access to Jumeira beach. It’s very lively in the area with lots of activities. The view from the room was amazing. Nice and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of options for any taste. Nice lounge options.

One lady (I think she is new, a trainee) in the lounge was very nice and accommodating, but the other was a bit less so. I felt like she was doing me a big favour by serving every time. Not a nice feeling, but not a big trouble either. Just a small thing that might need some improvement in service.

The room was comfortable and big also had a great view. The breakfast was good and the chefs and staff aimed to please all the staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Location is lovely right on the JBR close to all services.
