Fabulous
The convient location. Just a walk away to the tram station which easily connected to Metro. Walking distance to the beach and alot of restaurant and fast food chain just across the hotel. And Bluewater Island just a walk across the bridge.

Hotel staff are super nice and helpful. Location is probably one of the best in JBR. The view is spectacular. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We will come back

Fabulous
Location was perfect to access restaurants and activities on JBR area. Room was comfortable. Children slept on sofa bed. Service was very good. We were treated to candy and fruit on our room on our last night 😊
Sofa bed was not prepared ahead of time even though reservation was for a family of 4. However, this happens at many hotels where we stay, therefore it is not unique to Amwaj Rotana. The staff was very quick to come set up the sofa bed once we asked.

Beautiful and very clean place. Excellent amenities, gym and swimming pool. Room was not ready for check in so I was offered free lunch. Nice move and thank you.

I had a relaxed and welcoming weekend.
Our welcome was in the beginning not good since the initial booked room was not available. Nevertheless, the manager on duty came up with a solution and offered us an upgrade and while waiting in the middle of the night (4am) a nice welcome drink while waiting for the temporarily room. Amazing actions on a problem in the middle of the night.
Hotel was fully booked and therefore the breakfast was quiet busy. Kitchen and restaurant staff managed it just enough to make even the breakfast just good. However, knowing the hotel is fully booked, more staff should be hired for keeping the restaurant running smoothly without any stress.

A great location and a very good stay
The staff were amazing, we got a complementary lunch and the food was fantastic.
There are only 3 lifts for 25 floors and trying to get one was a nightmare - especially between breakfast and check out time. We were a family of 5 with two rooms on separate floors and we had a toddler with us, which made trying to get around difficult. That is the only issue we had but it was a big one that was enough to put us off booking another stay in the future unfortunately.

Lovely hotel , modern interior and great area for families with young children .
No kids menu available for half board guests. Outdoor area a bit outdated and needs an upgrade . Rooms are very dark
