Friendly staffs and specially the lady that stationed near the entrance, her name is Purity, she is a gem. Very kind and accommodating specially to our daughter.

Adult pool is too deep

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely perfect, especially overlooking Ain Dubai, it really made the experience feel extra special. The room was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of space to relax, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was the noise, as sounds (possibly from doors closing in other rooms) could be heard inside our room.

Great location in JBR with easy access to the beach, marina and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was excellent and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The views around the property, especially at night, really added to the experience. Overall it felt like a relaxing and well-positioned place to stay in Dubai.

Everything was perfect. - Great checkin support by receptionist, Ako and others as well. - Considered our special requests.. - The staff made every possible effort to delight our stay and were proactive in offering their services. - Had booked Halfboard meal package and was really impressed with the spread we got to see. Note for vegetarians - you can request the chefs for providing you options incase you are not comfortable with existing spread options. - The location and accessibility is just awesome. Really happy that I booked this place. - They have complementary access to their pools, gym, jacquizze, steam and sauna. Good job and great professionalism by the current staff of Amwaj Rotana, JBR.

As most of my family members are vegetarian, they had to manually discuss options with the serving team to get their desired food options.. Apart from that everything was just a great experience.

Very good hotel for family vacation near the beach and walking zone.

The pool worked just till 6 pm

Room was larger than a regular hotel room. Very comfortable for 2 people. Robes were fresh and comfy. Soundproofing from the balcony and black out curtains ensuring no light and noise from outside disturbed sleep at night. One part of the special request was taken into consideration. Pool was excellently clean. Staff responded very promptly to room requests.

Something that bothered not only us but others aswell was the lack of respectful attire worn at breakfast. There was a lady had a bikini top and super short skirt. It was extremely awkward for a family friendly resort. There is jo need for formal clothes but basic clothing should be a requirement. With regards to the room, the bathroom is small and abit outdated, we specifically wanted a quiet room and they put us next door to a room with a family and kids and we could hear noise through the wall, while it seemed like the other rooms on the floor were empty and the hotel itself was not bursting at capacity so I really dont understand the logic. Also there was no air circulation once you left the room, while waiting for the elevator you feel how incredibly stuffy the flooris. Pool closes way too early espdcially for summer nights. The TV hardly worked for the time we were due to somw intenet connection issue there so as a result I did not spend a cent on their food because we could jot get any menus to show up but fortunately theres lots of options around.

We loved the location, cleanliness, hotel room and more than everything the welcome and care given by the staff of this hotel, which made our stay so wonderful. All the staff were exceptional but especially mahammed the lifeguard and all the staff at the sundeck pool - saw, joell, mully, mikey (sorry if not spelt right) and the lovely staff at breakfast. Food was excellant.

Although the food was great, the all inclusive menu was fairly limited.after 6 days there wasnt much choice but to repeat order. The pool area could do with a refurb. The furniture was getting to look very worn. You couldnt order alchoholic drinks to your room on all inclusive which we thought very strange as sometimes we wanted to dine in our room. Some of the restaurants were closed whilst we were there but thats because of the ongoing conflict at the moment i think

The location is perfect, right in the heart of JBR with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and every part of the hotel reflected quality and care. You can genuinely feel the commitment to excellence. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai — I will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here with family for a staycation. The staff were extremely courteous from the valet to the check-in counter and restaurant. Hamza at the reception ensured we got checked in really quick and offered us a room with an amazing view of the Ain Dubai which made our stay even more amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable and offered a good night’s sleep. The wash room was small but neatly laid out. We had dinner at the Horizon Restaurant. The buffet was nicely spread out with a good variety. The dessert counter was exceptional. Breakfast at the Horizon was also equally great with several healthy options. Overall amazing experience and highly recommend anyone who wants to stay close to the beach at a prime location in Dubai.

Nothing to not like

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety and everything was delicious. The location was superb—convenient and perfect for exploring the area with ease.

Everything was perfect—from the comfortable room to the excellent breakfast and superb location. The only downside was that we didn’t find many vegetarian options during dinner time.

The valet replaced my car ticket with another, and they brought the wrong car to me and loaded my luggage into it and blamed me for giving them the wrong ticket, which was the only one i had at that point since i didnt need to use my car during my stay, everything i needed was a walking distance.

Vallet parking is bullshit. I believe the staff only cares about (respect) high brand cars. Other small cars they are doing just for name sake. They really do not care about small car users . End of the day everybody is paying money only, probably the same amount .

I really liked the staff's behavior

The only fault I felt was that there was no way for the water to drain to the floor in the bathroom closet area, but everything else was good.
