Adagio Premium Al Barsha, Dubai

The staff were friendly and the services were great. The location is incredible and the room was spacious and clean and had a fabulous view.

It has a gorgeous view and good location near metro station. It was so spacious and full of light. I really like the cleanness of this stay and daily services.

Not clean, shortage in staff, AC not working.. very bad experience

Drainage in the bathrooms were blocked we had face flood in the bathrooms every-time we shower

Very dirty / lack of basic hygiene: fruit flies inside the flat/rooms, and very bad cooking smell coming into the flat through ducts, AC, ventilation or drains. Dish washer smelt bad; cleaners did not clean well and wash dishes by hand instead of using dish washer (which would have been more hygienic). Furniture was very dated: broken wardrobe drawer units, broken/peeling living room wooden furniture.

We had to attend some events near the Insurance market metro station so we picked Adiago. Overall it's a nice property. Very spacious, staffs are friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a week. There's a very nice cafe Cafe Java downstairs if you want an easy and quick breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to metro and a 24 hr grocery store nearby

Two bedroom size is decent and spacious. Location is quite convenient if you are going to be around Al Barsha area, 5 mins walk to the metro station insurance market. The cafe Java downstairs offers lovely breakfast and lunch options, they also have a steakhouse in the building but we did not get a chance to try. It looks fabulous though! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Gym comes with good facilities, I didn't try out the pool as it's winter time.

I wish the lights in bathroom and kitchen could be brighter, and windows can be opened.

My husband and I stayed at Adiago Al Barsha for just under 3 weeks. The apartment we were given was very spacious and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Excellent service from all staff members. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Close to the metro and Mall of Emirates. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again in the future.

There were two things that bothered me about the place, even though everything was beautiful and excellent.The internet is very very very bad The detergents used in cleaning smell very bad.

Very spacious 2 bed apartment. With 2 extra toilets. Fully equipped kitchen. Location is excellent with exit to Sheikh Zayed road. Barsha traffic around MOE can get very bad at times. We avoided all traffic during rush hour. And best is they provide cold water by maintaining a chiller in their over head tanks. Taking a nice cool shower in Dubai in summer is a privilege. Most of the old hotels I stayed in had hot water coming out of their cold lines.

Very spacious and close to the Metro and shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

Got there at 12pm.. A bit early but was told if I paid an extra 100 AED I could check in now or wait until 2pm... When I got to my room I had to wait in for 2 hours for my TV and safety box to get repaired. The swimming pool was closed even though it still said on Booking.com it was open... It is also in the shade until about 3pm or later.... A complete contrast to when I arrived in Dubai 2 weeks earlier at the DusitD2.. At 10am... They couldn't have been more helpful... Delivering me cold drinks on arrival and phoned to get my room ready ASAP...

The Hotel has poor windows sound proofing. It is difficult to get a peaceful sleep with the car noise at night.
