Everything was amazing. Starting from the reception and hospitality of the staff, to the luxury and comfort of the room and ending with the beach area. Absolutely a great hotel. You don’t need to leave the premises. You have Madinat Jumeirah with all sorts of restaurants and cafes. An absolute delight to stay at this hotel.

The location near to the sea is fantastic. We did not feel the need to get out of Jumeirah; it has everything needed for a relax stay.

Our recent stay at Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! This place is a true gem, boasting unparalleled beauty and grandeur, especially with its prime beachside location offering breathtaking views. The standout feature of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Letizia, the manager, and Eleonora at the front desk, exemplified hospitality at its finest. Their attentiveness and commitment to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience were truly commendable. Having chosen this hotel for a special occasion, I was pleasantly surprised by the meticulous attention to detail that the staff. They managed to turn our stay into a magical experience, going above and beyond to surprise my partner with exceptional service that added an extra layer of joy to our celebration. In conclusion, Al Qasr is not just a place to stay; it's an experience of indulgence and sophistication. From its beautiful and expansive premises to the breathtaking beachside setting, coupled with the outstanding service from the dedicated staff, this hotel has earned its place as one of the finest in Dubai. The service from the room service to the reception to the breakfast restaurant and so on. Impeccable service.

Breath taking facilities, lush gardens in arabesque settings. The best part was that after having a small misunderstanding the hotel managed it perfectly. Special thanks to the front desk team and Mahmoud.

The Consierge is slow and unuseful

Good selection of breakfast. Breakfast hall and outdoor sitting area was very nice! Gardens are amazing and we love the waterways and boats!

Kids club was closed for refurbishment. Disappointed that can no longer visit all neighbouring hotels. We were asked to pay at Jumeirah beach hotel or otherwise leave.

Service was very excellent. Hotel was excellent including amenities and beach access. Santosh at the front desk was very helpful including all the stuff. We would definitely recommend.

the room is very spacious, the service of all staff is amazing, the multiple pool you can go to all by a buggy. you really dont need to leave the resort, many award winning restaurants. complimentary icy poles and fruit by the pool is a lovely touch.

Staff were professional, friendly and accommodating

Everything. Room was beautiful, the hotel design and aesthetics was amazing. The staff are great and so accommodating, absolutely nothing is a problem for them and they are always willing to help and assist you. An absolute multitude of restaurant options for breakfast and lunch or dinner included in the half-board package. We would highly recommend Al Nafoorah and the Arboretum. Big shout to Abi The hotel provides an e-butler service which greatly enhances the stay by being able to request hotel reservations and extra amenities all over WhatsApp, Viber or other social media platforms Housekeeping was immaculate. Our room was seen to twice a day, once in the morning and again the in evening. We never ran out of the essential amenities, and on the odd occasion we had a special request (more ice, shaving kits etc) they were delivered to our room within 15 minutes by house keeping staff

We had one minor issue which was due to a miscommunication, however, we were invited to speak directly with the guest relations manager who took our feedback seriously and resolved our issue with no fuss

The hotel is amazing, beautiful setting with ample choice of restaurants, bars, pool and beach areas. Perfect for couples and families. Easy access to madinat jumeirah.

Some staff were lacking in basic communication, below the standard you would expect from 5* resort. We got the impression there were lots of new staff members, perhaps this was the case due to the increased capacity level as they reach peak season

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the amazing staff notably Hamid the check-in manager (hope that I am spelling that right) and Saeed who were both amazing and extremely welcoming throughout our stay. My family and myself were on holiday to celebrate my parents 5th year wedding anniversary and I couldn't have chosen a better destination than Jumeirah Al Qasr. Throughout our stay we were made to feel welcome and the amenities were incredible with access to different pools, activities and an amazing breakfast buffet which was made pleasant once again by the amazing staff such as Mary, who greeted us everyday with a smile and was very pleasant to speak to. Our room was cleaned every day by Bhupendra who added lovely finishing touches everyday. Finally I would love to give an amazing shout out to the concierge team especially Peter Karanja who made our stay very special, by supporting us with our needs and organising unique experience with ease and professionalism. There are so many people to mention but the names mentioned within this review made this hotel the best of which we have visited and will visit again in the near future with the rest of our loved ones. A special thanks to the entire team who made our stay incredibly pleasant, enjoyable and one of a lifetime. I can easily say that Jumeirah Al Qasr is by far the best hotel that my family and I have ever experienced, we can't wait to return next year. lots of love, The Ramadan Family

nothing comes to mind to be honest

Room was by far better than the photos (stayed in a standard one 55sm); Breakfast was good, everything there - though would suggest more freah vegtables. Pool was gigantic.
