We stayed in March during the period of regional tension with Iran, which made this a rather unique experience. The rates were exceptionally low, the resort felt pleasantly uncrowded, and the service was outstanding. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, restaurants were easily accessible with no wait, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The rooms are beautifully designed, a refined Arabic style with a modern touch, and the grounds are simply stunning. It is probably not a typical scenario, but for us it was close to perfect, genuinely hard to find any faults.

Nothing significant to mention. Given the circumstances, everything exceeded expectations.

The staff were incredible with my daughter and so friendly and attentative. The food was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that I would say I was disappointed with is that I had to call house keeping each day to come and clean the room as it wasn’t done. And this would be at about 3 o’clock.

Everything! We don’t think any hotel will ever top this one. From start to finish we were treated like royalty. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Room was amazing and the food was 10 out of 10. As Dubai residents we really appreciated how well we were looked after 🙂

Nothing we loved the visit.

I have to say the staff is truly exceptional. Their only guarantee is to create a peaceful environment and ensure completely satisfied guests. The facility is wonderful, especially for families with children. In an uncertain situation in Dubai, and with the discounted prices for UAE residents, I have to say that even though it's just a few steps from home, you feel like you're hundreds of kilometers away. The sea is stunning, the service exceptional, the greenery everywhere, and the children are happy. Seeing the children play was truly wonderful.

The property is located in the heart of Dubai, between the palm and the city making it perfect for all external trips. The gardens are stunning. The pools were great with a nice variety of quieter and more child frindly options. The staff were superb especially at Olive. Food was great and the rooms very comfortable and clean.

The beach, sadly the marina has ruined the beach front as the property is now surrounded by sky scrapers 360degrees. The sand was nice but eh water dirty with motor oils and pollution.

The resort is a combination of beautiful architecture, stunning spaces and extreme comfort in a dreamy setting. The staff is lovely, the facilities are great and the experience is unforgettable.

Everything was perfect except a small detail - the lighting in the room is a bit old and needs some maintenance.

The breakfast and dinner choices were excellent and the service exceeded our expectations. Front of house service was exceptional - they made my Mum and I feel very special - we wanted for nothing. The spa facilities were fabulous - I felt like I floated out after my massage.

Just small things -Milk in fridge for coffee/tea. Small sewing kit as button came off . I live in Dubai and feel sad that the view from the hotel beach is no longer unspoilt

We arrived very early and were able to check in ahead of schedule, plus we received a room upgrade — amazing! The restaurant staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and I even enjoyed my first really good oat-milk coffee at a 5-star hotel. Overall, a wonderful February vacation — highly recommend!

One downside: we were told the minibar was free except for alcoholic drinks, but we were still charged. I mentioned it at the reception, but it wasn’t resolved, which ended our trip on a slightly awkward note.

What a nice hotel this is! With love and care for detail this hotel has been constructed and maintained. The very friendly and helpfull staff will do about anything to make your stay memorable. The location is perfect, directly at the beach and with the large gardens it really feels like a resort. Being at a large conference for 4 days, this was a place to relax and unwind. Unfortunately the time to enjoy everything was limited. The breakfast is to die for, with its immense diversity and options. We loved it. The rooms are spacious, and very well equipped. The bed is super comfortable and the turn down service is well appreciated. The large bathroom has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet and is as spacious as the room.

Actually nothing. One advice when booking a room: there are two separate buildings in this hotel; the Palace and the Arabian Court. So when booking the Arabian Court rooms, you are in another buidling on the same hotel grounds. It is not an "upgrade"of a room in the same hotel. Both the Palace and the Arabian court have very different athmospheres to it. There both good, but different.
