The beds are amazing

We spent our wedding anniversay at this beautiful hotel and had the absolute best time. The room as just WOW and all members of the staff were very attentive and friendly. There was not ONE thing I would've changed, everything was perfect!

That you are in the middle of Dubai yet you feel like you are in the jungle . Very peaceful.

I like it all, it is one of my favourite hotels in Dubai.

The staff truly made our stay exceptional — warm, attentive, and always on hand without being intrusive. The overall atmosphere of the resort is wonderfully relaxing, and we genuinely had a great time from start to finish. The food, while not extensive in choice, was consistently of good quality, which suited us perfectly. We left already hoping to return!

The hotel is showing its age in places, and a little refurbishment in some areas would go a long way. The dining options feel somewhat limited, and our dinner at the Eauzone restaurant, while pleasant, did not quite live up to expectations — nothing on the menu or in the experience particularly stood out.

From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family. The staff are exceptional ,warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel special. The interiors are truly one of a kind, unlike anything else you will find anywhere in the UAE. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed and full of character.

Thank you for making my family and me feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. This hotel is truly one of a kind and an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!

The beach floor and view not that amazing due to the construction around the beach

The stay was very relaxing and nice

It’s not a negative point, however I thought bcz it’s renovated, the furniture will be new. Overall room a bit old, but it’s clean. .

We stayed in March during the period of regional tension with Iran, which made this a rather unique experience. The rates were exceptionally low, the resort felt pleasantly uncrowded, and the service was outstanding. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, restaurants were easily accessible with no wait, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The rooms are beautifully designed, a refined Arabic style with a modern touch, and the grounds are simply stunning. It is probably not a typical scenario, but for us it was close to perfect, genuinely hard to find any faults.

Nothing significant to mention. Given the circumstances, everything exceeded expectations.

Clean , nice , fantastic management

The staff were incredible with my daughter and so friendly and attentative. The food was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that I would say I was disappointed with is that I had to call house keeping each day to come and clean the room as it wasn’t done. And this would be at about 3 o’clock.

Room excellent large clean with balcony view of pool & beach, Beach & Pool area very good separate pool for adults, staff polite and extremely helpful, breakfast very good, Dinner at Eauzone was exceptional food delicious, night made perfect with exceptional service from server Min. well done!

The room was lovely, service was great and the extra touches like bringing dates and chocolates for Iftar in the room was lovely!

Everything! We don’t think any hotel will ever top this one. From start to finish we were treated like royalty. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Room was amazing and the food was 10 out of 10. As Dubai residents we really appreciated how well we were looked after 🙂

Second visit the the One&Only and we will be coming back again. The staff are attentive, the hotel is clean the suite was well provisioned. We love the feel, the cleanliness and the service. 10/10

Nothing we loved the visit.

I have to say the staff is truly exceptional. Their only guarantee is to create a peaceful environment and ensure completely satisfied guests.
The facility is wonderful, especially for families with children.
In an uncertain situation in Dubai, and with the discounted prices for UAE residents, I have to say that even though it's just a few steps from home, you feel like you're hundreds of kilometers away.
The sea is stunning, the service exceptional, the greenery everywhere, and the children are happy.
Seeing the children play was truly wonderful.

The property is located in the heart of Dubai, between the palm and the city making it perfect for all external trips. The gardens are stunning. The pools were great with a nice variety of quieter and more child frindly options. The staff were superb especially at Olive. Food was great and the rooms very comfortable and clean.

The beach, sadly the marina has ruined the beach front as the property is now surrounded by sky scrapers 360degrees. The sand was nice but eh water dirty with motor oils and pollution.
