SIRO One Za’abeel, Dubai

This is a beautiful, modern, and immaculately maintained hotel, with an excellent gym and outstanding facilities throughout. The pool was stunning, and the location is ideal for exploring Dubai. What truly made our stay at Siro special was the staff — from the reception team to the concierges and housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Although we had paid in advance, we were still asked at check-in to provide a credit card deposit of AED 800 per night as a hold, which amounted to approximately €1,300. This requirement was only communicated upon arrival. As our banks take weeks to release such holds, this was a significant amount for us and would have considerably impacted our holiday spending. While we understand that the hotel may cater to a very affluent clientele, this was substantial in our case. That said, when we explained the situation, the receptionist was extremely helpful and reduced the hold to AED 1,000 in total, which was much more manageable. We feel this policy should be clearly communicated at the time of booking so guests are properly informed in advance. The hotel layout was also somewhat confusing, as the building houses offices and another hotel, requiring multiple elevators and some time to navigate. Accessing the pool involves returning to the main lobby and using a different elevator, which felt a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the rooftop pool in the building’s other hotel was undergoing renovations, which was disappointing. When booking, it was stated that Siro guests had access to this pool from 6–10 a.m., and this was a key factor in our decision. Again, clearer advance communication would have been appreciated. Overall, however, these minor issues did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay. The facilities were excellent, the hotel itself was impeccable, and the staff were exceptional, kind, and professional. Thank you.

Nice concept. Sleek and clean

The comfort of the Hotel was very good, the spa and wellbeing facilities were also very good including the gym. The view of the gym, the zen room and the wellness center were great. The Protein shake was good. The room was very comfortable, the spa was clean, the gym was clean.

Breakfast: average. Food in general was average at the link and around. waited at least 40mn for an order, to this day we have no explanation of why we waited so long for scrambled eggs The access around and the lift change was confusing at first. Too much informations to gather at the reception without having a summery in the room or on the TV. Valet service wasn't the best as we waited a good 30mn to get our car because someone did not scan the card.

Amazing new concept, if you are into fitness, wellness and nutrition this is your. Even as a pre and post stay in Dubai. Garden pool is amazing relaxed and very friendly staff.

I love the casual environment of SIRO. It felt different and more relaxed than any other hotel I’ve been to. The Staff are so friendly and so helpful through out the hotel. Honey welcomed me and by 2 children and ensured check in went smoothly knowing the kids were extremely tired from the journey. She also managed to solve a small issue within the space of minutes! Will definitely visit the hotel again and recommend to others!

Not my first time at Siro, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai. I love coming here just to relax — watch a movie, get a good night’s sleep, and enjoy the peaceful vibe. They have plenty of facilities and activities, like the gym and treatments, which I haven’t tried yet but they look amazing and worth experiencing. There are also great dining options on-site. It’s the kind of place where you can simply check in and spend the whole day enjoying the property without even leaving. Always a pleasure to come back!

I had a great stay at SIRO One Za’abeel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The gym is truly exceptional—probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice variety of restaurants on-site. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

The pool at The Link was under maintenance during my stay. There is another pool available, but I was really hoping to try that one. the in-room projector setup is a creative idea, but watching from the bed felt a bit too close, and the sound system wasn’t very clear.

I had an amazing experience at the Siro Hotel! They really went above and beyond, starting with a fantastic room upgrade. I was given a thorough overview of all the hotel facilities, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Special thanks to Abdulwaheb and Kaleeem for their outstanding service and for making my visit so memorable. I highly recommend the Siro Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Front of house staff very young and not trained adequate to meet the standard of O&O!! Staff needs to be trained in what they do and so post to know what they have available to sell ! Mid-level pool was closed :-(

I didn’t lijke the breakfast area and the restaurant I already paid for breakfast and they treated us like we are having food for free I didn’t like the atmosphere of the restaurant it seemed low class compared to the hotel If I knew about it I would’ve chose breakfast with my room I prefer going to any other many restaurants they had in the hotel than this one I had an awful experience
