Location is great and access to the hotel was easy, hotel staff were nice and helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was really comfortable and cozy, the room and the amenities modern and comfortable, Gym was next level, the breakfast was amazing and completely opposite the reviews i read. The view of Burj Khalifa was breathtaking. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Access to the room takes time specially if the building is busy because you have to take two lifts in order to reach the rooms

This is a beautiful, modern, and immaculately maintained hotel, with an excellent gym and outstanding facilities throughout. The pool was stunning, and the location is ideal for exploring Dubai. What truly made our stay at Siro special was the staff — from the reception team to the concierges and housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Although we had paid in advance, we were still asked at check-in to provide a credit card deposit of AED 800 per night as a hold, which amounted to approximately €1,300. This requirement was only communicated upon arrival. As our banks take weeks to release such holds, this was a significant amount for us and would have considerably impacted our holiday spending. While we understand that the hotel may cater to a very affluent clientele, this was substantial in our case.
That said, when we explained the situation, the receptionist was extremely helpful and reduced the hold to AED 1,000 in total, which was much more manageable. We feel this policy should be clearly communicated at the time of booking so guests are properly informed in advance.
The hotel layout was also somewhat confusing, as the building houses offices and another hotel, requiring multiple elevators and some time to navigate. Accessing the pool involves returning to the main lobby and using a different elevator, which felt a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the rooftop pool in the building’s other hotel was undergoing renovations, which was disappointing. When booking, it was stated that Siro guests had access to this pool from 6–10 a.m., and this was a key factor in our decision. Again, clearer advance communication would have been appreciated.
Overall, however, these minor issues did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay. The facilities were excellent, the hotel itself was impeccable, and the staff were exceptional, kind, and professional. Thank you.

Amazing new concept, if you are into fitness, wellness and nutrition this is your. Even as a pre and post stay in Dubai. Garden pool is amazing relaxed and very friendly staff.
