The location is perfect especially for business travel.

The price seems very high vs other locations that could be a little far but with the same level of service

Nice design and friendly staff .

The room was a bit dark.

Location and cleanliness. New atmosphere of modern lifestyle kind. I do recommend arty people to visit the hotel.

The loud sound of the music, Dj, at night which I couldn’t relax in my room and sleep. Plus important point is the toiletries, the shampoo, conditioner,and the shower gel honestly were not good to use and kind of dry or lumpy, so I couldn’t use them.

We’ve chosen the hotel to change the experience of traveling accommodation and 25hours hotel delivered!

Unfortunately the music was loud and to be fair It was only on Saturday night and when we asked to reallocate our room they were helpful and moved to another room within 10Min

Everything was beautiful, staff super nice, and comfortable

The ac was not heating up so we were cold, and the music was to load so we could not rest properly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were perfect and the breakfast was very good and tasty.

Loved the style of the hotel, really feels like a version of home. Very different feeling from other hotel stays. Helpful, friendly staff. Overall, great stay!

Extremely bad experience on pool dining. It took more than one hour to receive a salmon bagel

Superb location with metro stations nearby, as well as places to eat/drink. The breakfasts were very good and the wait staff (Sinta especially) were exceptional.

The check in process seems overly bureaucratic and meant staff staff doing admin instead of focusing on guests.

Outstanding service and very cool decor. Staff were so friendly and always ready to fill your complimentary minibar (soft drinks and snacks). In house Indian restaurant and German bar well worth a visit too

The rooftop bar was very noisy and we asked to be moved to another room. The staff upgraded us as an apology and moved us very quickly so we were happy with how our complaint was dealt with. I’d definitely recommend guests to request a room far from the bar unless they like their own room disco 🤣

The staff was helpful and they ensured a enjoyable stay. My room had comfort and style, with tasteful decor and modern amenities. What truly stood out was the panoramic view of the Museum of Future. I would recommend it to anyone seeking for a good, funky, young, fresh hotel for a business trip.

Very clean room- the hotel in general is very beautifully designed and decorated. The breakfast is amazing very tasty lits of choices. Breakfast area has an outdoor with view to the museum of future. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I raised this to management: it should be very clear in their booking page that the outdoor clud of the 6th floor plays reaaally loud music during weekends up until 3 am which is very annoying and disturbing if you want to sleep earlier!! Beware of that!! Plus, I didn't like the shampoo or the soup! They are natural organic products but the texture is very strange!

The bed mattress was uncomfortably soft. Impossible to get a good sleep

loved the integrative and quirky feel of the hotel.

The staff at the restaurants were sometimes not very hospital , and had drainage issues in my bathroom a bad smell and a hose water leak.
