The view of my room was not good

Brendon was an amazing receptionist and a lovely person. He was happy to accommodate every need of ours. He also made our stay as enjoyable and as hassle free as possible. He did all that with a wonderful smile and an endearing demeanor :) We also loved the strong hipster-like identity of 25Hours. There was an incredible attention to detail throughout the hotel and some beautiful, artsy, choices all around. I'm not going to spoil the fun for you, but it's nothing you have ever seen before. I was mesmerized every single moment... A breath of fresh air in what has been an overly commodified and sterile sector. P.S. We loved the LG OLED TV. Thanks for not cheaping out on the TV!

The room service was a little slow and the shower's temperature setting was inconsistent.

The style, design and location

High price, small rooms, decent beds and comfort pillows level. Construction view, coffee wasn't available while mini bar saying coffee is available and barcode to scan provided to demonstrate how it should be made??! Water cans instead of bottles were it can't be closed after partial use

The iron kept living limescale stains on my white clothes, even after they changed it, but they took my stuff into laundry and took care of it.

We loved the design, it was unique and stylish. The pool was great, it was warm and had a stunning view. Breakfast was good, there was a short menu from which we could order and a buffet. We thought it was unique that the shower was in the middle of the room, we liked that there was a curtain to close it if we felt like it. We loved that the minibar was free. Great bed, sheets and robes. Overall staff were great, professional, helpful.

The breakfast waiters were either new or had a language barrier, but they managed to get the coffee order right. The waiter at the indian restaurant, did not know the menu well, altough not a big deal but not something you expect from such a hotel. The pool was not deep enough for our liking, but the view makes up for it. The sink outside the bathroom was inconvenient. The shower was difficult to manage to find the right temperature. The only thing we did not like about the reception is that they wrote happy birthday on my card, even tho I informed them that it was our anniversary, when we told them at the reception about the mistake, they were genuinely sorry and said they will fix it for me but they did not do anything. We expected them to make our stay more special somehow but felt a bit looked over. We also asked about the pool at the reception and they said no reservation needed but it turned out that we needed a reservation for the sauna. I wish they would have told us that at the reception, we did get but we felt a bit akward. Also the person at the main entrance, when we were checking out tried to get us a taxi and said we would have to pay 100 aed. We checked Careem app and a taxi to the location we wanted to go, was 40-60 aed. If you do not want to pay more than you should, use Careem not Uber

Great location for working in the DIFC but being able to unwind at a less "business" location after work. Love the themed decor.

It was pretty noisy at night time so I didn't sleep particularly well.

Proximity to World Trade Center. Many restaurants and cafes near.

Great location for dwtc and great service. Got helped out by Alessandra and Evita for several requests. Pool area is great and well maintained. Also the hairdresser is excellent. Breakfast options and add ons like shakshuka or eg royal/benedict are a big plus.

Shower was clogged so the water wouldn‘t run down easily. Hotel is a bit overpriced..

When you need a taxi they tell you nothing and then bring on the private car of the hotel. They should be clear about this. I've stayed at 25hours hotels in Europe and my experience was much better especially regarding transparency on room type and pricing, payment. I don't know if it is my unluck or a special approach, but during my both stays in 2023 and 2024 I had problems with type of the room, availabilty, pricing, payment by this or that credit card...

The breakfast was very good, and had a complete menu. The view of the room was facing the future museum and it was very beautiful. Every time we went out and came back, the room was completely clean.

The room was cold at night, I wish the rooms had hair dryers. The light in the rooms was a little more.

Different experience with the design and the concept

if you are traveling to relax, then it is not the right place to stay in. It gets very loud at night which makes having a good night is impossible.

Very hip and quirky hotel with awesome vibe. Love the interesting decor and touches in the rooms. Very unique and the bath in our room was amazing. Toiletries were great too. We were upgraded on one room which was a lovely touch. Coffee in the room and snacks were nice.

The noise from the rooftop bar was unbearable. It goes on till 3am and the rooms are NOT soundproof at ALL. So if you are not a party animal and would like some shut eye then reconsider. Also the pillows were ridiculously hard and no different options in the room. The duvet was also very thin, I would've preferred to have some extra blanket and ended up sleeping with a robe on top of my duvet.

Location Concept Comfortable if not for the loud music

This is at least over the weekend a party hotel which was not expected as any hotel is supposed to allow comfortable sleeping - the music was loud until very late Won’t be back until they do take care of non party guests I guess

The theme of the hotel is unique. The open area is very nice. The docaration is amazing .

The bathroom needs to be more private . there is no need of the panio to be in middle of the room 😅

Fun vibe hotel with great location.

The location was excellent, the atmosphere at the hotel was relaxed and fun, so many options on site, employees were professional and super friendly at the same time and very helpful.

The breakfast can be improved, in terms of layout and options, no makeup mirror in the room a simple detail but very important.

i had a room facing the entrance of the hotel; at night there's a busting nighclub that will not let you sleep at all. luckily hotel staff were understanding and changed my room without requesting to which is outstanding. but surely this issue needs to be fixed

Breakfast average and expensive, I requested to be in a twin bed and they charged me for that two different staff gave me two different prices! Justification was the hotel overbooked!! And when I checked in booking for same duration of my stay I found rooms available!!

Everything except the size of the room. I do not recommend the king bed room for 2 adults with 2 children.

The shower needs to be fixed, it was dangling . Also, it was a hassle to get the suitable water temperature for showering

The place is beautiful, clean, and they pay attention to the smallest details. It’s my first time visiting a hotel with such a charming atmosphere, and I absolutely loved it. They take great care of the rooms, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance. The service is fast, and the staff are amazing, friendly, and quick to assist with a welcoming attitude. The location is fantastic, and the overall service is excellent.

Nice location, close to sights in Dubai.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff really responsive and the common spaces are really creative. I only stayed for 1 night but had a really smooth check in, had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and found the whole experience easy and relaxing.

The location is right next to the Museum of the Future but its difficult to walk anywhere - there isn't a supermarket or anything nearby so you have to get taxis.
