Maybe our expectation was too high because it is the PALACE.
Great location, adjacent to the Dubai mall and the fountain. It took about 5 mins to walk over.
The front-desk staff LiSha was very helpful during check-in and check-out.
The pool was nice and cozy.
The room needs to be updated with technologies and becomes efficient for modern-days travel.
The concierge needs to be more proactive.
For guests who look for quietness, you may find the "closeness" coming to "noise".

An excellent hotel experience
An excellent hotel experience. Impeccable service and a very high level of cleanliness. The rooms were cleaned very early the following day. Initially, the hotel made a mistake and gave us a room that did not match our preferences, but the next day they corrected it promptly and provided us with an even better room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to create beautiful memories in Dubai. It is an exceptionally beautiful hotel, with very easy access and movement to other areas.

Excellent location, helpful staff. good showers. walking to DUBAI MALL 2-3 minutes, great service by valet staff
low water pressure on the higher floor; however, water pressure in showers on the lower floor is excellent, that you would not want to come out.

Rania was incredibly helpful — a very kind lady and extremely professional, with outstanding communication and public relations skills. Mr. Zack and Ms. Oumnia also guided us very well throughout our stay.
In the hotel transportation department, Mr. Davoud was an excellent guide for guests, and the hotel’s vehicles were outstanding as well.
One of the best and most remarkable staff members of the hotel was Mr. Jas. From arranging cars and organizing our daily plans, to managing our shopping, coordinating the receipt of items sent from stores, delivering everything to our room, and handling anything you can possibly imagine — Mr. Jas was exceptionally smart, kind, and highly professional.
We had a Lake View room facing Souk Al Bahar, and the nights were very lively and enjoyable. We truly loved it. For the New Year’s Eve celebration, we also had a reserved table at the viewing deck, and everything was excellent.
Whenever I travel to Dubai, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
