Great hotel

We made our booking using booking.com. We initially booked for 3 nights. We subsequently had to change our arrangements to 1 night. Despite all attempts with booking.com and the hotel we could NOT change our booking to just 1 night on the app. Fortunately I had all the communications for the last 2 months and the hotel graciously adjusted my booking when I arrived. The lack of response/assistance from booking.com was quite poor - even the hotel tried to contact them.

The location is perfect, for relaxing and enjoy the night near the mall with amazing restaurants,

The hotel must improve the breakfast if you stay is only for 2-3 days it's ok, but for a week you see the same menu, it's not varied. the menu do not offer more local plates to taste the amazing Emirati food that I tasted outside of the hotel.

Amazing location- our room, a palace suite, had a view of the Burj Khalifa, and a partial view of the fountain. A short walk into Dubai Mall and all that is there! They looked after us well, and I can’t fault the exceptional service- my thanks to Yousef who checked us in and offered us an upgrade (sadly not fee free!)

The fountain view is partial- that is not clear on booking.com We upgraded to get a higher floor room for a better view. Just remember the Dubai Mall metro is a very good walk away- 20-30 min thro the mall and walkways But, taxi and Uber work

Well located and has most of the amenities a guest needs

Minor issues with TV remote control made me call 3 nights in a row to solve the issue. Some minir electrical issue. Maybe needs more QC on that matter

Ideal location, very close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa, beautiful views. The hotel is very beautiful too, beautiful architecture and beautiful decoration. Nice restaurants. Breakfast ok.

The room was a bit dated although nice. No usb-c connections, not enough plugs etc. Also, I forgot my electrical toothbrush in the bathroom but have received no notification from the hotel about it. A bit disappointing.

Air Con Broke for one night and they offered a free upgrade when we return. We will be going back is a perfect location for Down Town

Proximity to Dubai Mall, internet speed, comfortable.

Wash sink is clogged, not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel. Price is a bit high to what it provides.

Exceptional location, beautiful hotel and great service especially Mr. Rakesh who took care of us every morning during breakfast. Highly recommended
