Amazing hotel🔥 Thank you

It’s a stunning hotel with outstanding facilities! Achol Mordicai greeting us at the door and making sure we were looked after was the best start to our stay!

Check in was slow but staff very attentive and quickly resolved the situation

Service was outstanding, it wasn’t busy although it was sold out. Beautiful hotel full of Luxury and the staff are very helpful and go above and beyond! We had access to all the other hotels and beaches and restaurants too, the buggy service is perfect to help you get around. You don’t need to leave the resort at all, but we did go shopping and a walk around the JBR. Other than that stayed in Jumeirah beach hotel resorts.

our host Ashraf on the 16th floor was the most amazing man ever. Highly recommend. Please somebody give this man a raise, he was the best most welcoming helpful man ever. Really made mine & my girlfriends stay absolutely fantastic.

Classic luxury vacation

LOVEd the hotel the past, the present and the character. Our suite was Perfect, with an amazing views of h Arabian Seas, a stunning master suite and perfectly manicured architecture.

the breakfast room was super crowded and very limited with options. Needs a Much better menu. would recommend doing the room service, Much better and more relaxing.

Market was near by.

The staff at reception treated us very badly as we were commoners. They took a double debit and refused to refund me the difference.

One of my best experiences ever. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities are exceptional. I had such a comfortable stay and will definately book again in the future.

The hotel prices are rather too expensive and not sure why the deposits are so exorbitant

Loved everything about it, especially the buggy and poolside staff. They are so good. Nadeem next to the pool side went beyond and above to make my experience amazing. The staffs make the experience even better without them it's just a building

Upon my check-in, i was charged tourist tax, even though I was very clear before my stay that I would like to clear all payments before my stay and have paid that already via a link but was charged again upon arrival. For a seven star, they should be on top of these stuff. When I was checked in and taken to my room, the person very little knowledge about the hotel. When I was asking what was complimentary in the room, what was not he knew very little. I paid a lot of money for my stay over £1500 a night and was sent to the room with a trainee. Just because of this, I should have rated the hotel a lot less stars, but I still gave it high. On the last day on my stay I found where the spa and inside swimming pool was. I also found out there was a snooker room upstairs. Was not told about this. Very poor on the hotel management side tbh. Lastly, I would like to mention my experience on breakfast. It's one of the best but can you believe for a seven star hotel there was at least 15 people waiting outside for half an hour to an hour to be sitted inside because there was no space inside the dining area. I appreciate that there were sit outside but it was too hot sit there. My experience overall was not up to standards, and If I could go back on the last page where I had to mark the hotel, it would have been lower.

It's one of the most luxurious places I've seen so far, but the prices are a reflexion of that. The review takes into account the expectational I had relative to the price (2700 euros per night).

The issues I noticed were related to the facilities and food quality. The breakfast wasn't that diverse, compared to other 5 star hotels I've been to, and definitely not that tasty. Another annoying thing was the fact that the facilities were not up to par with the quality you would expect from a 7 star hotel, the saunas and internal pool were quite modest actually. Also the gym has an inBody device, that basically you can buy with the price you pay for the room per day, which is virtually free to operate in terms of electricity consumption and fully automatic, that you can find in most modern gyms and use for free, yet they ask for 250 AED per one analysis, I find this money grabbing strategy to be of poor taste and services of that sort should be complementary for all guests. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but there's a sense of low effort nonetheless.

Total experience was exceptional… you feel like royal treatment everywhere.totally worth it… love to come again.

It was a great experience. Especially, the room, the swimming pool area and the breakfast were amazing. We also enjoyed the possibility the hotel provided to bring us to the areas near the hotel, like wild wadi waterpark.

As soon as we walked into our room we decided to book an additional night. Unfortunately, at the reception they offered a price far higher than we noticed we could book via booking.com, so we booked online. We feel that it would be more friendly if same price could have been offered at the reception, especially in such high-end hotel.

Jeanny at the front desk was everything .you can imagine.. excellent service .I will remember her smile and her knowledge.from the time I walk in the door.until the time I walk out .wow she wow me and my husband.because of her we will be back.

The room was exceptional, loved the butler service, food was tasty, and amenities were fantastic. The tour of the hotel and the whole vibe of the hotel was very happy, nice, and positive. I was also lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. As far as the property is concerned, everything was perfect. Will definitely come back to stay for more days! :)

The staff at the Jumeirah counter on the airport was impolite, rude, and not very welcoming. I expect better service especially from a hotel of such stature. A smoother express check-in/check-out process would've been nice. Just minor things.
