The front desk team was so helpful in arranging reservations, providing recommendations, and arranging transport to our car. The room was very large and very nicely prepared and cleaned each day. The location was super for great restaurants, shopping, and enjoying the harbor.

If you rent a car, it’s a little of a hassle to walk to and from the parking area but honestly we didn’t mind. The hotel offers help with a golf cart but if you don’t have wifi/phone reception, you can’t call them to request a ride. Keep in mind if you are arriving late.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. The location is great, not even a minute walk away from the city center. Upon arrival they bring you golf carts to take you to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The hotel used to be a family mansion that was transformed into a hotel by the family who owns it and is extremely beautiful. We asked the staff for help to find a restaurant for my daughters birthday and they recommended Pallas Thallasa and made us a reservation. The morning of they surprised my daughter with a cake and when we finished our dinner at the restaurant we found out the owner of the hotel, Margarita, had contacted them and bought us dessert to celebrate the birthday. I think this hotel is a nice luxury to splurge on and have made the trip extremely comfortable.

Breakfast needs more options

Awesome from start to finish. The communication from the point of booking was brilliant. On the day of travel our flight from the UK was delayed. Managed to message the hotel whilst on the runway at Manchester to say we’d be late. Our taxi transfer was there waiting for us when we finally arrived in Chania airport and only €30 for the journey. Hotel recommended a restaurant (and arranged a table for us) on first night and all staff were fantastic throughout stay - so knowledgable and friendly. Lovely hotel. Make sure you experience the rooftop terrace bar - amazing views. Will definitely return here.

Pleasantly surprised it was a lofted bedroom for I’m an early riser and I could escape to meditate and read and not disturb my sister would loves to sleep in Staff was super efficient with making sure we had everything we needed Very appreciative you could accommodate my sister with gluten free breakfast options

I suppose the only thing I can say is to explain to the guests how the main power switch in the room functions .The next morning the room was cleaned and the the power was turned off we didn’t know we had to turn that main power switch back on because we were told not to touch it

From the moment you walk in you unwind. Perfect place in a super location and all the staff are friendly and amazing. Had their Mediterranean facial which was also in a lovely spa area with a wonderful therapist.

This was one of the most wonderful properties in a stunning location. The daily breakfast was delicious. The rooms were so comfortable. We were with our two teens who also loved the space. Perfect spot from which to explore Chania.

I felt the breakfast could have been a little better but over all an exceptional hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. It's really close the port, everything. The hotel is located in the old town; cars are not allowed to enter in the area but the staff really nice and help us to go /pick us up the parking area of the hotel. Breakfast is really delicious and full of options. The hotel has also a very nice terrace; it have amazing view, you can have some drinks at the terrace witha beautiful sunset. And our room was a large one and confortable.
