Charming hotel right in the heart of Rethymno
Charming hotel located right in the old town, only a few streets away of the Venetian Harbor. The room was superb, with a small balcony overlooking the pool area, the bed comfortable and the breakfast exceptional. The staff was very friendly and professional, exceeding my expectations. Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay!
This hotel is nicely located. The employees are very friendly and helpful. we really enjoyed eating breakfast outside near the pool. the breakfast was very good. The room was large and comfortable.

A Cozy Hotel with Excellent Service
I recently stayed at this hotel and I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating and they even upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The room was beautiful with a lovely terrace and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
However, there were a couple of things that were not ideal. The wifi signal in our room was weak and we had trouble connecting to the internet. Additionally, the hot water in the shower ran out quickly and we had to endure cold water towards the end of our shower.

Quaint and nice boutique hotel with dedicated service
The location is great, close to many restaurants, shops and amenities. Although there is no parking on site, you can park at the public car park which is about 5 minute walk at Euro 14 overnight. The hotel service staff is extremely friendly and takes time to explain the hotel's facilities and breakfast menu to us. We were served welcome drink at the pool and a fruit basket in the room. Breakfast is buffet style with a good enough selection.
Overall a pleasant stay and at the modest price we paid, it was excellent.
The toilet is a bit small and the vanity table at the toilet sink has little space.

Fantastic
A charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, helpful and always smiling. The room was perfect and very clean with a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was great with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of variety.
Unfortunately being in the town centre there was noise in our room at night.

It was absolutely beautiful, very very central location right in the heart of the wonderful windy little streets of Rethymno. The staff were great - couldn't have been more friendly and the room was very pretty.
We had the Estate Pool Room suite and to be honest it was a little damp, we had to ask for a dehumidifyer to deal with it but the staff were happy to provide that. I would say opt for the jacuzzi rooms if you want a splashy, luxury room as they get the sun on them whereas the pool room suites do not.

Very nice historical building/palace. Relaxing garden with swimming pool. Central location in Rethymno easily in walking distance to all the city highlights.
