Great hotel, great breakfast, very good location and good price during our winter stay.

Great value. The breakfast is very delicious. The hotel is close to bus stops and stations which makes it convenient to go to other towns and places

Apart from the room - which was fabulous, light, spacious and well-appointed - the staff were fantastic. They were very helpful assisting me track my delayed luggage. In particular Effie was brilliant.

The restaurant menu for dinner was quite limited (but breakfast was sumptuous)

Excellent location, easy parking, staff super kind and helpful, comfy bed. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had and it's not even close.

We visited in the winter and the HVAC could not be set to cool, room was too warm so we had to open the windows but there was a lot of noise from the road below.

Nicely decorated with a particular style.friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.

The sauna and jacuzzi facilities are coming with a very high price,.The mattress was too soft for us but that's personal.

The best breakfast I had in years. The assortment of cakes (all home made) was unbelievable.

Welcoming front desk staff, beautiful rooms with high ceilings and comfortable, soft bedding. We extended our stay because we liked it so much.

The food upstairs was sub par and service upstairs was very poor. Tried twice, both times disappointed.

The proximity to the central bus station and the old town was great. The breakfast was incredible. The availability of different foods at breakfast was stunning. I've travelled the world and this was by far the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced. The breakfast area of the hotel was beautful and plush with views to the sea. The scent of cinnamon wafted through the breakfast area full of local and traditional delicacies prepared with the best ingredients. Breakfast at this hotel was an immense pleasure. The hotel rooftop restaurant was also a delight. The service was fabulous and the food was well prepared to high culinary standards.

The reception staff were excellent, location great, a short walk across from the ferry terminal. Room and bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options.

All communications with staff, both before arrival and during our visit, were very friendly, prompt, on the mark. All staff had smiles and made us feel welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful and the rooms very comfortable, with large well equipped bathrooms. Breakfast is wide ranging and delicious. To top it off, the location is also perfect, on the edge of the Venetian walls within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants inside the walls. We loved our stay here and would love to stay again!

The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi worked very well. Our room had two small balconies overlooking the harbor and fortress. I must say that all the staff were friendly, exceptionally helpful and professional. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Great location close to the harbor and the main shopping area of Heraklion. Loads of restaurants within a quick walk. The buffet breakfast included with the room was amazing! Best I’ve seen in Greece by a long shot! Great variety of items, hot & cold, sweet and savory. Excellent coffee as well! Will definitely stay here on future trips to Heraklion, and have already recommended to many friends!

We had minor issue with communication in relation to organising a massage but it’s fine

The breakfast is definitely a highlight in the hotel with a rich spectrum of local specialities, i would recommend everyone to book the breakfast. The room is also fantastic, it is very clean and cozy and with a view to the harbour The service staff in the hotel is nice and provides help such as booking taxi and touristic information

Very spacious and well appointed rooms and great service. A/c worked extremely well. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The rooftop was nice and the pool was a little bigger than I expected. Location was super close to the ferry port and bus station, as well as an easy walk to the archaeological museum.

The location was great-close to the airport.
