Great location so close the the metro, shops and tivoli, staff were very friendly and bedroom design was fab

Was quite noisy as located outside a busy road and square but hotel did supply ear plugs which mostly did the trick

Very well designed, lovely breakouts in the reception. Rooms were good quality, staff so friendly and welcoming. Renting the bikes was great. And breakfast was good - nice fresh healthy menu to start your day.

Nothing really to complain about. Only things would be I would’ve liked a gym, pool and sauna facilities. But there’s so much to do in the city it would’ve slowed me down. And the room was slightly small but not a problem.

Loved the mid century vibe , and friendly staff. Had a great breakfast cafe and places to sit and relax

The way all the staff manages it's customers. The menu is delicious too.

The curtain shower in the bathroom. We would have preferred a glass shower door. On the second day we had to wait for 15 min to have a table for breakfast - restaurant was very busy.

In a noisy section of town in the summer (but quieted down by 11) and the room was quite small.

It is in the heart of city centre, very close to metro and Tivoli Gardens. Room was nice and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciate the sustainability initiative about optional room cleaning service

When it is busy sometimes, the shortage of staff at reception (one person) means longer waiting time for check-in/check-out. I also wish the bed is more comfortable as it is very spring-y for my liking. One disappointment in the cleanliness of the room is that I found a blood stain on the duvet cover (clearly washed prior but didn't manage to take it out). It would be nice to have clean beddings.

The friendliness go the staff and the hotel and cafe. They sorted out a number of problems for me. The food in the cafe was excellent and as I am lactose intolerant they were very good at helping me find a dish I could eat and removing certain items I couldn't.

The location is so convenient and once the stuck plunger in the basin was fixed my standard single room was simple but contained everything I needed. Unfortunately although I moved rooms the next one also had a 2 rooms had a stuck basin plunger, so the staff upgraded me to a superior double room and included breakfast I thought I had booked. However it is important to note that directly next to the inner garden of the hotel is a new building going up so the noise is considerable. Luckily the windows are double- glazed and the builder do not start very early and end by about 4pm.

The location was great. The staff was very accommodating. We could have used a mini fridge to make it perfect.

The breakfast was fantastic!

It was quite hot and the AC in the room didn't really help.

The hotel is very beautiful as well as the room, it has a 60's style. I loved the design of the room, and it's very cosy. The location is great, it's near the city hall, very convenient to everywhere. The breakfast next door is delicious. It's quiet at night, cant hear neighbours unless you open the window.

The bathroom doesn't dry so quickly, the floor stayed wet for many hours after shower. The toilet seat was a bit broken.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a special Danish design, which creates a nice effect.

The breakfast was good but it is not an open buffet breakfast and only one option on the menu. Also, it is a restaurant at the same time, and very busy, which does not make it a pleasant experience for hotel guests. There should be a special section dedicated for hotel guests. Also, dropping off and taking back the keys is again an unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

Noise from music venue across the road between 6-9 pm every day.

Decor - 1960s very stylish. 24 hr reception. Great restaurant downstairs serving breakfast. Complimentary umbrellas for guest use. Complimentary wine at 5pm for guests in lobby.

Property next door was being built which meant construction noise some mornings. Music concerts on opposite side of street which went until 10pm most nights.

Lovely room, decorated in 1950's style. Comfortable bed and very good shower. Great location close to Central station and Tivoli.

The traffic noise is very bad as the hotel sits on the main thoroughfare, which is 6 lanes of traffic.

The hotel did not have it's own restaurant but is connected to the cafe next door. They serve a superb breakfast.

The sink in my room, room 115, drained very slowly. I advised reception of this.

The staff was very friendly, everyone we met was helpful and polite.

The walls are very thin and you can here other people all the time. The size of the room is tiny.

Convenient for both station and walking into the city, waterways etc.

Breakfast was expensive and you could only choose from a specific hotel menu ( which appeared much smaller than standard menu) which meant choice for hotel guests was limited if you have dietary restrictions, are vegan etc. If you decide to pay for breakfast I’d advise you to check menu first.

Staff were really not friendly and nice. In addition, the room was a bit dirty and had blood stains on the sheets. Be aware that there are constructions all around the hotel - we did not find this problematic as we slept with eaeplugs

Breakfast at nextdoor Cafe was very good. Had to pay but discounted and very filling and convenient. Parking very close to hotel. Across the street from start of tours, things to do/see so good location. Nearby restaurants, bakeries, bars, etc. Bathroom had heated floors and room temp was comfortable.

Uppn arrival, assigned room smelled of smoke (in a smoke-free hotel). Returned to front desk and asked to change rooms. Staff wasn't authorized to do this but when pushed a bit (we have smoke allergies) he contacted manager who authorized upgraded room at no cost as there weren't comparable rooms available. This was a very nice surprise and much-appreciated. Staff was ill-informed on parking options (they don't own cars!). Seemed to not know information about anything to help tourists.

Loud banging noises around 7 am in the morning from next door that were either pipe noises or construction.

The room was very stylish and comfortable. There were beautiful chairs throughout the hotel with comments about the designs. They had a lovely wine hour where you could gather with the guests and have a wine. The location was great. We arrived very early and we're able to store our luggage.

The lady on reception when we arrived was not particularly helpful or friendly, but all the others were. We had construction noise from next door starting at 7am .

Pretty convenient location.

Room was in front of the construction. So it was really loud early in the morning, “wonderful” view in top.

The location was very central to the central train station as well as the metro. My room was clean and spacious. Some of the staff were extra friendly and helpful. Wine hour was a bonus!
